EU resolutie door de VS opgesteld is aangenomen: Rusland en China zijn vijanden

Op 12 maart jl. heeft de EU een resolutie aangenomen waarin Rusland en China niet langer worden gezien als 'strategische partners', maar als vijanden...... De grote motor achter het e.e.a is naast de VS, de Letse politicus Sandra Kalniete, een 'communistenvreter' die o.a. werkte als de Letse minister van BuZa en EU commissaris voor landbouw.

Kalniete is tevens lid van de geschiedvervalsingsgroep Reconciliation of European Histories Group (REHG) en als zodanig heeft ze gesteld dat het communisme en fascisme niet van elkaar verschillen..... Alsof ze zo dom is te geloven dat Rusland en de Sovjet-Unie iets van doen hadden met het communisme, zoals Marx en Engels dat bedoelden..... De Sovjet-Unie was een ordinaire en bloedige politiestaat, waar je dat bewind alleen kan prijzen voor het steunen van arme landen en landen als Cuba.

Kalniete is blijkbaar vergeten dat de volkeren van de Baltische Staten dolblij waren toen nazi-Duitsland hun landen bezetten, immers het grootste deel van de bevolking was al fascistisch gezind.......

De zaken waar Kalniete voor staat, zijn dezelfde waarvoor de psychopathische ijzervreters in Washington staan, ofwel ook zij is een oorlogshitser......

Over Washington gesproken: de EU stelt nu als de VS dat het Nordstream 2 project (NS2), een Russische-Duitse gaspijpleiding door de Oostzee richting Duitsland, niet in het belang is van de EU (nee we moeten vooral de zwaar gesubsidieerde winning van schaliegas door de VS steunen met de import van dit veel te dure gas...... Gas waarvoor hele gebieden in de VS onbewoonbaar zijn gemaakt en waarbij het zware chemische afval dat nodig is voor de winning van dit schaliegas, wordt gedumpt in rivieren en in zee...).... Ook de aanleg van het G5 netwerk door China is door de EU (onder leiding van de VS) als onzalig verklaard, terwijl je dit netwerk niet eens kan gebruiken voor spionage dan wel sabotage.....

Kortom de EU is eigenlijk onderdeel van de VS, een land dat alleen deze eeuw al meer dan 22,5 miljoen mensen heeft vermoord:  -in illegale oorlogen, -met het organiseren en regisseren van bloedige opstanden, -met gewelddadige staatsgrepen en -met het vermoorden van verdachten middels drones, waarbij godbetert meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht, ofwel 'bijkomende schade' >> veelal vrouwen en kinderen.......

Ongelofelijk gezien het voorgaande, dat Kalniete juist Rusland aanwijst als grote agressor en dat op basis van enorme leugens, zelfs het intussen omgevallen Russiagate verhaal wordt nogmaals door haar aangehaald, waarbij ze Rusland beschuldigt hetzelfde in de EU te doen.......

Het volgende artikel verscheen eerder op Il Manifesto en werd geschreven door Manlio Dinucci (overgenomen van Voltaire Network), waar deze stelt dat de EU instituties zijn vergeven van VS lobbyisten, die zelfs het EU volk moeten klaarstomen voor de plaatsing van VS raketten die zijn verboden onder het INF verdrag, raketten die nu worden getest door de VS (ofwel men had deze raketten al lang op voorraad....), met die plaatsing zullen de EU staten weer tot doelwit worden van Rusland, dat uiteraard niet op de handen blijft zitten...... Vergeet niet dat de NAVO troepen 365 dagen per jaar langs de westelijke grenzen van Rusland oefenen op oorlog met dit land:

The European Parliament has just adopted a resolution which requires that the Union stop considering Russia as a strategic partner, but rather as an enemy of humanity. At the same time, the Commission sent a warning about the Chinese threat. Everything is unfolding as if the United States were manœuvering the Union into playing a part in their own supremacist strategy.

Latvian ex-Minister for Foreign Affairs and ex-European Commissioner for Agriculture, Sandra Kalniete, began working against the Soviet Union as soon as her country gained its independence. She is one of the authors of the Prague Declaration (2008), which condemned the crimes of Communism. She assimilates Nazism with Communism via the Reconciliation of European Histories Group. And today, she is pursuing her work against Russia.

« Russia can no longer be considered as a strategic partner, and the European Union must be ready to impose further sanctions if it continues to violate international law » - this is the resolution approved by the European Parliament on 12 Mars with 402 votes for, 163 against, and 89 abstentions [1]. The resolution, presented by Latvian parliamentarian Sandra Kalniete, denies above all any legitimacy for the Presidential elections in Russia, qualifying them as « non-democratic », and therefore presenting President Putin as a usurper.

She accuses Russia not only of « violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and Georgia », but also the « intervention in Syria and interference in countries such as Libya », and, in Europe, of « interference intended to influence elections and increase tensions ». She accuses Russia of « violation of the arms control agreements », and shackles it with the responsibility of having buried the INF Treaty. Besides this, she accuses Russia of « important violations of human rights in Russia, including torture and extra-judicial executions », and « assassinations perpetrated by Russian Intelligence agents by means of chemical weapons on European soil ».

After these and other accusations, the European Parliament declared that Nord Stream 2 – the gas pipeline designed to double the supply of Russian gas to Germany across the Baltic Sea - « increases European dependence on Russian gas, threatens the European interior market and its strategic interests […] and must therefore be ended ».

The resolution of the European Parliament is a faithful repetition, not only in its content but even in its wording, of the accusations that the USA and NATO aim at Russia, and more importantly, it faithfully parrots their demand to block Nord Stream 2 – the object of Washington’s strategy, aimed at reducing the supply of Russian energy to the European Union, in order to replace them with supplies coming from the United States, or at least, from US companies. In the same context, certain communications were addressed by the European Commission to those of its members [2], including Italy, who harboured the intention to join the Chinese initiative of the New Silk Road. The Commission alleges that China is a partner but also an economic competitor and, what is of capital importance, « a systemic rival which promotes alternative forms of governance », in other words alternative models of governance which so far have been dominated by the Western powers.

The Commission warns that above all, it is necessary to « safeguard the critical digital infrastructures from the potentially serious threats to security » posed by the 5G networks furnished by Chinese companies like Huawei, and banned by the United States. The European Commission faithfully echoes the US warning to its allies. The Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, US General Scaparrotti, specified that these fifth generation ultra-rapid mobile networks will play an increasingly important role in the war-making capacities of NATO – consequently no « amateurism » by the allies will be allowed.

All this confirms the influence brought to bear by the « American Party », a powerful transversal camp which is orienting the policies of the EU along the strategic lines of the USA and NATO.

By creating the false image of a dangerous Russia and China, the institutions of the European Union are preparing public opinion to accept what the United States are now preparing for the « defence » of Europe. The United States - declared a Pentagon spokesperson on CNN – are getting ready to test ground-based ballistic missiles (forbidden by the INF Treaty buried by Washington), that is to say new Euromissiles which will once again make Europe the base and at the same time, the target of a nuclear war.

Letlands regering ziet Russische propaganda als een ernstigste bedreiging en onderstreept nog eens de leugen, dat Rusland Trump het presidentschap zou hebben bezorgd........ ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Het is duidelijk, ook Letland is veranderd in een VS vazal, die alles nabrouwt wat het Pentagon en haar waakhond de NAVO, de regering voorkauwt........ Wie is er agressief aan de grens met Rusland bezig en bouwt daar een 'raketschild....???' Juist respectievelijk de NAVO en de VS, waarbij opgemerkt moet worden, dat de NAVO in feite wordt geleid door de ... VS!  Kortom valse anti-Russische propaganda van de bovenste plank, of u het geteisem en Deutsche Welle maar even wilt geloven.......

Deutsche Welle berichtte gisteren over deze zaak, maar wel op een manier, waar de anti-Russische propaganda van afdroop, nou zeg maar af gutste, de kop is al tekenend, waar het woord 'defenses' wordt gebruikt voor de enorme agressie van de NAVO langs de Russische grens..... (zo hier en daar wat commentaar van mij, tussen haakjes geplaatst):

Latvia faces hybrid threat as EU, NATO boost defenses

Latvia is facing a form of warfare from Russia that weapons can't win. But the problem it is facing is increasingly affecting the rest of Europe as well.

Latvian Foreign Minister Edvards Rinkevics wants to put to rest all the speculation that his country will be the setting for a military showdown between NATO and Moscow.

Latvia has just passed a healthy increase for military spending ('gezond' ha! ha!), which survived a 20-hour parliamentary budget debate uncontested and is to boost the percentage of GDP spent on defense to the NATO-mandated 2 percent by 2018. There will be a thousand more international troops here in the spring as part of a Canadian-led NATO battlegroup, and a couple of hundred American paratroopers are training in the Latvian woods in case a Russian boot steps over the border.

But Rinkevics knows those military security blankets can't keep his population completely safe. Information - or, rather, disinformation - is the most dangerous ammunition being used by Russian President Vladimir Putin against Latvia and its neighbors, and no iron shield can stop it. Rinkevics admits this threat is "much higher on my security agenda" than any weapons system, calling it "propaganda warfare against our values."

"We will see definitely see attempts by Russia to test the new [US] administration," he said, expecting the same challenge to new governments that will be elected next year in European countries including France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Recent US assessments that Russian hackers - at the very least - participated in the leak of private data and spread of false information ahead of the 8 November presidential vote have raised alarm as to whether voting systems themselves can be hijacked. That's just one possibility in this escalating type of "hybrid warfare" that Rinkevics says Latvia has faced for longer than many other countries. "This is something [to which] I would say we are all equally exposed," Rinkevics added, "be it Germany, be it Belgium, be it United States or Latvia or the Baltic States at large."

The European Parliament has just approved a proposal calling on the EU to dramatically upscale its efforts to fight back in the information war, blaming "third parties" for trying to engineer a "strategic split between the European Union and its North American partners ... discrediting the EU institutions and trans-Atlantic partnerships ... and undermining and eroding the European narrative based on democratic values, human rights and the rule of law." Russia is mentioned specifically and in detail as employing a "subversive campaign" against the bloc, a campaign in which it invests heavily.

According to Latvia's State Secretary of Defense Janis Garisons, the pro-Russian propaganda onslaught continues to be "very dangerous" as an effort to undermine the will of the people to support their government. Without strategies in place to combat it, he said, all the upgrades in military readiness are worthless. "When your society or your people lose will or trust in their country, in willingness to protect values," he explained, you can be beaten "without a battle."

To provide deeper research into these hybrid attacks, Latvia set up a "Strategic Communications Center of Excellence" in 2014 that was accredited by NATO later that year. Here, experts analyze the nature and source of threats from all third parties, feeding back information and advice to the 28 NATO governments and the various military headquarters.

Center expert Antti Sillanpää said this work became more important every day both for society and those who protect it. "The future of warfare will have more and more of this informational factor," he explained in Riga. "There are more reasons why [enemies] would use information rather than just killing people, because that's not their final aim. The final aim is to change behavior, and that's why affecting people's minds is so important."

Garisons says the rest of Europe, and now even the US, is just waking up to the kind of pressure his country has suffered since it broke away from Soviet occupation. He said that, with a 25-year headstart, Latvia already knew it has to work on this from the perspective of educating its public to weed out lies.

Atlantic Council Senior Fellow Ben Nimmo, who analyzes Kremlin disinformation campaigns, says Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will always merit special attention from Moscow.  He said one factor was that they had shown great success since regaining independence in 1991 - "and the Kremlin really hates that" - and that their membership in the European Union and NATO gave them a big say in Europe's relationship with Moscow.

"They've consistently pushed for the EU to take a hard line on Russian energy companies. They've pushed for NATO to reinforce them since Russia annexed Crimea in 2014," Nimmo noted. "So it's not just that they're an example to other former Soviet states; they're actually a challenge to Moscow's position and Moscow's influence in Europe."
In other words, the Baltics need to continue preparations for battle.

Laura Starink heeft een 'fantastisch' boek geschreven over Rusland en Oekraïne, 'fantastisch' in de zin van fantasie..........

We hebben nog niet genoeg westerse anti-Rusland oorlogshitserij dacht Laura Starink, vandaar dat zij 'langdurig en uitvoerig' heeft geschreven over alle westerse zegeningen en de ongelofelijke slechtheid van de Russen.......... Deze neoliberale helleveeg was afgelopen zaterdag te gast in de Kots Nieuwsshow, om over haar in elkaar geknutselde schrijfsel 'De schaduw van grote broer' te spreken.

Het begon meteen al goed, toen Starink verklaarde, dat Oekraïne oorlog met Rusland heeft, i.p.v. Oekraïne dat oorlog voert tegen haar eigen burgers, die volkomen legaal niet akkoord gingen met de door de VS op poten gezette opstand in Oekraïne en de daarop volgende staatsgreep tegen hun democratisch gekozen president. Een coup die werd gesteund door uiterst fanatieke neonazi's, u weet wel de lui die tijdens de opstand op de burgers schoten, om zo het bewind van Janoekovytsj en Rusland de schuld in de schoenen te kunnen schuiven en zo de Oekraïense bevolking verder op te hitsen tegen hun president en dat land. De VS stak niet alleen 4 miljard dollar in deze opstand, maar verleende ook 'hand en spandiensten...' Obama heeft intussen toegegeven, dat de VS de oppositie in Oekraïne heeft gesteund tegen het bewind van Janoekovytsj.

Volgens Starink gebruikt Putin oude retoriek om de corrupte junta van Porosjenko te demoniseren (dat laatste is mijn woord). Zo zou hij zijn burgers voorhouden, dat Oekraïne de etnische Russen in Oekraïne wil uitmoorden..... Ze noemde niet de woorden van Putin, die de Porosjenko kliek verwijt delen van Oekraïne etnisch te willen zuiveren, waarschijnlijk omdat de trut wel weet, dat er in Rusland een groot aantal gevluchte Oekraïners in kampen wonen, omdat ze werden verdreven door angstaanjagende moordpartijen van het Oekraïense leger onder...... etnische Russen!!! Het is als met alle oorlogsmisdaden begaan door de de kliek van Porosjenko, die wel degelijk door neonazi's wordt gecontroleerd, over die misdaden lullen we niet, of we proberen ze alsnog in de schoenen te schuiven van de 'pro-Russische separatisten....' Starink stelt dan ook, dat die 'oude retoriek' van Putin ook bestaat uit het beschuldigen van Porosjenko's junta, deze zou fascistisch zijn en het nazisme zou terug zijn in Oekraïne. Welnu, daar heeft Putin, hoewel zelf een autocratisch bestuurder is, volkomen gelijk in, hij is dan ook niet verantwoordelijk, dat oude retoriek weer van toepassing is op Oekraïne.....

Starink haalde ook de Letten erbij, die stellen dat ze het westen al jaren hebben gewaarschuwd voor Rusland en ze halen nu hun gelijk aldus Starink.... Volgens Starink waren de Letten tijdens de oorlog al de klos, doordat zowel nazi-Duitsland als de Sovjet Unie hun vijanden waren.... Niets over het feit, dat de Letten de Duitsers verwelkomden, toen zij het land binnentrokken. Er woonden toentertijd veel etnische Duitsers in Letland en die waren voor het grootste deel wel degelijk op de hand van de nazi's...... Starink durfde zelfs te beweren, dat deze etnische Duitsers (Starink sprak over 'Letten') gedwongen werden dienst te treden bij de SS..... ha! ha! ha! ha! De SS was nu juist een onderdeel, dat alleen bevolkt werd door overtuigde nazi's, men wilde daar vooral geen 'ongemotiveerde krachten..' Jezus wat een fantast!!!

Starink vergeet verder voor het gemak even, dat de meeste Oost-Europese staten, net als Letland voor WOII al voor een groot deel genazificeerd waren....... Voorts ontkent ze botweg, dat Rusland omsingeld wordt door de NAVO en daarmee door het westen, volkomen tegen de afspraken met Gorbatsjov in. De laatste wordt in tegenstelling tot voor een paar jaar, tegenwoordig ook niet graag meer geciteerd in het westen, omdat hij keiharde kritiek heeft op het westen en nog net niet zegt, dat het westen op oorlog uit is......

Volgens Starink ziet Rusland Oekraïne als het kleine fascistische broertje...... ha! ha! ha! ha! Het boek 'De schaduw van grote broer' ontlokte bij leeghoofd presentator de Bie, die al een keer of vijf klaarkwam van al het anti-Russische geweld, de uitspraak: "Een prachtig boek!" Nou en als de Bie het zegt, dan weet je het wel: lekker laten liggen in de winkel, u heeft waarschijnlijk al iets teveel onzin boeken in huis en dit exemplaar, met anti-Russische propaganda, is al helemaal overbodig!!
