Terwijl ik het hieronder opgenomen artikel lees (op 16 mei 2026) hoor ik op WDR 5 (radio) hoe een grenswacht van Letland bij de grens met Rusland trots vertelt dat men al 3 miljoen aan luxe goederen, bestemd voor Rusland, in beslag heeft genomen. (zoals je zal begrijpen vanwege de sancties tegen dat land) Uiteraard wordt op dezelfde zender zoals bij ongeveer alle westerse reguliere media niet gemeld dat de EU bijna dagelijks niet alleen luxe goederen, maar ook wapens en munitie exporteert naar Israël, wapens en munitie waarmee Palestijnen en hun leefgebied, inclusief de hele infrastructuur, worden verpulverd..... Het aantal vermoorde Palestijnen, inclusief een groot aantal kinderen is intussen opgelopen tot meer dan 1 miljoen, daarnaast is er een enorm aantal gewonden, waar ook hier weer de kinderen 'een hoofdrol spelen', van wie velen voor de rest van hun leven te maken hebben met geamputeerde handen (en/of) voeten, armen en benen, dan wel delen daarvan..... Het gaat hierbij om 50.000 kinderen die 1 of meerdere ledematen missen, niet door ongelukken, niet door ziekte, maar door de ongebreidelde terreur van het Israëlische fascistenleger....
Israël zet naast verkrachting en marteling zelfs voedsel (honger) en water (dehydratatie door watertekort en cholera als gevolg van het drinken van ongezuiverd water) in als wapen tegen de Palestijnen en dat al heel lang, beiden zware misdaden tegen de menselijkheid, iedereen met een beetje interesse kan dat weten, op zeker dat de correspondenten van de reguliere westerse media en westerse politici hiervan op de hoogte zijn, al houden verreweg de meeste van die correspondenten, hun media en die politici daar hun mond over.... Ondanks dit alles nog steeds zelfs niet 1 sanctie tegen terreurstaat Israël, vergelijk dat eens met alle sancties tegen Rusland, terwijl de door Oekraïne en het westen geprovoceerde inval van Rusland, het daarbij gebruikte geweld door dat land, bijna in het niet valt met het geweld dat Israël dag in dag uit doet neerdalen op de Palestijnse bevolkingen dat al ruim meer dan 2,5 jaar lang..... Opvallend dat een aantal westerse regeringen en media wel negatief reageerden (ook al was dat nog veel te slap) op hoe het Israëlische leger en het fascistische monster Gvir omgingen met de illegaal gevangengenomen vredesactivisten van de Global Sumud Flotilla, maar keer op keer wegkijken als Israël weer een aantal moorden op de Palestijnen toevoegt aan het enorme aantal dat het heeft begaan sinds oktober 2023, of als bekend wordt gemaakt dat Palestijnse jongens, meisjes, vrouwen en mannen worden verkracht in Israëlische gevangenkampen, die niet anders zijn dan concentratiekampen....

ik achterdochtig en bijna meteen na een zoekopdracht te hebben gegeven
op Google, blijkt dat KNDS groot is in de VS (KNDS USA Inc.)!! Niet alleen dat >>
dit bedrijf werkt samen met Elbit Systems een 'gevierde' Israëlische wapenfabrikant, die er prat op gaat dat haar wapens in de praktijk zijn

Afgelopen dinsdagmorgen, 26 mei 2026, in het NOS Radio1 Journaal (rond 8:08 u.) contact met 'Midden-Oosten correspondent' Sander van Hoorn. De uiterst irritante presentator van dat journaal begon er alvast mee te vertellen dat Netanyahu heeft gezegd het gaspedaal nog verder in te drukken, waarmee hij bedoelde nog meer tekeer te willen gaan in Zuid-Libanon, waar bewoners van een groot gebied al gedwongen werden te vluchten. Volgens van Hoorn geeft Israël herhaaldelijk opdracht aan de bewoners van Zuid-Libanon zich te evacueren, wat hij er niet bij vertelde is dat Israël zo een steeds groter gebied bezet en alle bebouwing daar vernietigd, om het de bewoners moeilijk zo niet onmogelijk maakt om terug te keren.... Als je van Hoorn moet geloven is het continu Hezbollah die aanvalt, waarop Israël het recht zou hebben zich te verdedigen, althans volgens een 'breed vredesverdrag' zo liet van Hoorn weten.... Israël heeft dit vredesverdrag al een ongelofelijk aantal keren geschonden en heeft intussen meer dan 3.200 Libanezen vermoord (op 26 mei 2026 gemeld door Al Jazeera die dit getal kreeg van het Libanese ministerie van volksgezondheid) Gisteren (27 mei 2026) zouden de voorsteden van een grote stad in Zuid-Libanon onder continu artillerievuur hebben gelegen, zo meldde Al Jazeera..... Van Hoorn sprak als gezegd met geen woord over het door het Israëlische leger met opzet opblazen van gebouwen in dorpen en steden in Zuid-Libanon, nee veronderstel dat de luisteraars kwaad worden op het schandelijk handelen van Israël...... Ach ja van Hoorn, het woord 'genocide' in verband met Palestijnen komt niet voor in 'zijn woordenschat....'
Vanmorgen (28 mei 2026) liet van Hoorn in het NOS Radio1 Journaal weten dat het Israëlische leger (IDF) achter de gele lijn blijft in Zuid-Libanon, een lijn die zich volgens hem vlak achter de Israëlische grens met Libanon zou bevinden.... Vreemd dan alle video's en foto's van Israëlische militairen die op hun gemak bebouwing ver over die gele lijn in Zuid-Libanon met explosieven opblazen..... Weer liet van Hoorn weten dat het doel van het IDF Hezbollah is en de glasvezeldrones van deze organisatie.... Natuurlijk heeft Israël alweer een groot aantal Libanezen laten weten dat ze moeten verkassen, het viel me nog mee dat van Hoorn liet weten dat de bewoners van steden en dorpen in Zuid-Libanon niet meer weten waar ze naar toe moeten daar alle steden en dorpen, die nog geen doel zijn van het IDF, al afgeladen zijn met vluchtelingen..... Wat van Hoorn niet vertelde is dat de Libanezen niet in staat zijn om de rivier Litani over te steken, de rivier die Zuid-Libanon scheidt van de rest van Libanon, dit daar het totaal losgeslagen genocidale IDF alle bruggen over die rivier heeft vernietigd.......
De 'gele lijn' die van Hoorn noemde ligt niet vlak over de noordelijke grens van Israël met Libanon maar bij de Litani rivier >> 30 kilometer meer noordelijk en dat niet sinds kort maar sinds eind maart!!* Over desinformatie gesproken van Hoorn en NOS!!
Deutschlandfunk meldde dat het IDF de Libanese stad Tyrus zwaar heeft gebombardeerd, als ook de voorsteden, daarbij Israël Hezbollah posities tot doel hebben gehad, zo liet de nieuwslezer van deze zender vanmorgen (28 mei 2026) weten in het nieuws van 10.30 u., informatie verkregen van het Israëlische leger...... Dezelfde leugen die Israël zo vaak als excuus gebruikte voor haar beestachtig optreden in de Gazastrook, daar ging het zogenaamd om Hamas-commandoposten (vooral 'gesitueerd in ziekenhuizen') en een enorm aantal 'commandanten' van die verzetsorganisatie..... I
have been staring at the above photograph for an hour. Two frames,
stacked. On top, a city. Not a metaphor, not a symbol, not a dateline in
a newspaper…. But a city. White buildings catching the Mediterranean
light. Streets arranged in the patient geometry of four thousand years
of continuous human habitation. Balconies where somebody hung laundry
that morning. Windows behind which somebody was making coffee, or
arguing with a teenager, or lying in bed a little longer than they
should have. A city, which is to say, a miracle, which is to say, the
particular and unrepeatable result of a hundred generations of people
deciding, each day, to keep going.
Below
it, the same frame. The same coordinates. The same angle. And nothing.
Not ruins — ruins are romantic, ruins have arches and columns and the
dignity of time. This is not ruins. This is
powder. This is absolute, unadulterated depravity. This is the city
passed through a grinder and spat back out as a grey, undifferentiated
field of its own atoms, stretching to the horizon, interrupted here and
there by a tooth of concrete that used to be a stairwell, a hospital, a
school, a bedroom where a child slept with a stuffed animal that is now
compressed somewhere under forty feet of what used to be its home.
I
have been staring at it for an hour and I cannot make the two images be
the same place, and they are the same place, and that is when it hit
me, sitting at my kitchen table on an ordinary afternoon in one of the
least ordinary years of my life: This is the sickest shit I have ever
seen.
Not
rhetorically. Not for effect. I mean it with the whole of whatever I
have left that still works morally. In the entire catalogue of
atrocities a human being can witness in one lifetime — and our
lifetimes, let us be honest, have not been short on atrocities — I do
not believe anything has ever been worse than this, and I do not believe
anything has ever been watched more completely by more people who did
less about it.
The Empire of Depravity
The
empire is dying in public. It is dying the way empires always die — not
with the dignity it claimed for itself in its museums and its mission
statements, but with its hands around the throat of a child, on camera,
laughing. What we are watching in Gaza is not an aberration of the world
order. It is the world order. It is the thing the
marble columns in Hollywood movies were always hiding. The rules-based
international system, that great liturgical phrase intoned by white men
in good suits on Sunday programs, has been exposed for what it has
always been: a set of procedures for managing the slaughter of the poor,
the black, and the brown by the rich, the white, and the odd comprador
brown-face.
Almost
three years of this. Three years of flesh and phosphorus and the
particular grey dust that settles on a city after it has been reduced to
its constituent atoms. Two years of watching, on devices we carry in
our pockets, the methodical unmaking of a people.
A
study published months ago — serious, peer-reviewed, conservative in
its methods — estimated 680,000 dead. That was months ago. The bombs did
not pause to read the journal. The starvation did not suspend itself
out of respect for the footnotes. We are, by any honest accounting,
approaching a million. A million innocent human beings. Each one with a
name, a mother, a preferred side of the bed, a particular way of holding
a cup of tea, a voice that will never again be heard by the people who
loved it.
A million.
They Broadcast Everything
And
the dying, terrible as it is, is not the worst of it. The worst of it
is the manner. The worst of it is that the men doing this filmed it.
They filmed the torture. They filmed the rape. They filmed themselves
rifling through the underwear drawers of women whose bodies were cooling
under the rubble of the houses those drawers had stood in an hour
before.
They
filmed children in cages. They filmed prisoners stripped and bound and
beaten and violated with objects, and they set it to music, and they
posted it, and the posts got likes. The perpetrators were not ashamed.
They were proud. They understood, correctly, that there would be no
consequence. They understood, correctly, that the institutions built in
the smoking ruins of the last great European crime — the courts, the
conventions, the solemn vows of “never again” — were paper. They
understood that the paper would burn. And they lit the match on
livestream, and we watched, and nothing happened, and nothing is
happening, and nothing will happen, because the people who built the
paper were themselves the arsonists all along.
Look
at who they are. Really look. The Epstein files crawl out into the
daylight one redaction at a time, and what do we find? We find the names
we already knew. The presidents and the princes and the prime ministers
and the financiers and the philosopher-kings of Davos, the men who
lectured us for thirty years about human rights and the dignity of the
individual and the sanctity of the liberal order — we find them on the
flight logs. We find them on the island. We find them in the little
black book of a man who trafficked children for a living and died, we
are told, by his own hand, in a cell whose cameras happened, on that one
night, not to be working.
These
are the men. These are the custodians. These are the grown-ups who were
supposed to be running things while the rest of us got on with our
small lives. This is who decides whether a truckload of flour reaches a
starving child in Rafah this week. Of course the child does not get the
flour. Why would she? Look at the hands the decision passes through.
Look at what those hands have already done.
A
civilization is being erased and the men erasing it are precisely the
men you would expect to be doing it, if you had been paying attention,
which almost none of us were, because paying attention is painful and
the algorithm rewards the opposite.
What
is being destroyed is older than the countries destroying it. Gaza has
been continuously inhabited for four thousand years. Churches from the
fourth century. Mosques that watched the Crusaders come and go. Olive
trees older than the idea of Europe. Archives, genealogies, family
photographs, the handwriting of grandmothers, the recipes that lived
only in the muscle memory of a particular aunt in a particular kitchen
that no longer exists because the kitchen is now a crater and the aunt
is now a number on a list that the people maintaining the list have
themselves been killed for maintaining.
Universities
obliterated. Professors assassinated in their homes, one by one, by
name, because an educated Palestinian is, to the men and women doing
this, the single most intolerable thing in creation. This is not war.
War has rules, however honored in the breach. This is something older
and cleaner and more terrible. This is erasure. This is the deliberate
amputation of a people from the body of human memory.
And Paralyzed We Watch
And
we watch. Eight billion of us. The largest gathering of conscious,
literate, morally-equipped human beings ever to share a planet at one
time, equipped with the greatest communication apparatus ever devised,
and we cannot stop a few thousand men with rifles and a few dozen men in
offices from grinding a civilization into powder. We watch on our
commutes. We watch on our lunch breaks. We watch while the baby naps.
We
watch and then we close the app and we answer an email about quarterly
projections. The horror does not penetrate. It cannot penetrate. The
screen is engineered not to let it penetrate. The next video is a dog on
a skateboard and the one after that is a child being pulled in pieces
from a collapsed apartment block and the one after that is a recipe for
brown butter pasta and the feed does not distinguish between these
things because the feed is not a moral instrument, it is a machine for
the extraction of attention, and attention, once extracted, is not the
same thing as conscience, and the men who built the machine knew this,
and the men who rule through the machine knew this, and here we are.
We
told ourselves a story, for a long time, about who we would have been.
If we had lived in Germany in 1938, we would have hidden someone in the
attic. If we had lived in Mississippi in 1955, we would have marched. If
we had lived in Rwanda in 1994, we would have — what? Spoken up? Done
something?
We
do not have to wonder anymore. We know. We are living through one of
the great crimes of the human record, with more information than any
previous generation has ever had about any previous crime, and we are
doing, in the aggregate, nothing. The story about who we would have been
was a lie. It was always a lie. Comfort is a stronger narcotic than
conscience. It turns out this was the test, and the species is failing
it, and the failure is being recorded in high definition for whatever
comes after us to study.
And
it shows us, finally, why in all the long centuries of human striving
we have never managed to rid ourselves of oligarchy. Not because the
oligarchs are strong — they are not; they are vain and frightened men
who would not last a week without the machinery of consent we build for
them each morning when we wake up and go to work. We have never rid
ourselves of them because ridding ourselves of them would require us to
become, even briefly, the people we told ourselves we already were. And
we would rather watch a city turn to powder than find out, in the
mirror, that we are not those people and never were.
I
am not exempting myself. I am not standing outside this. I am in it. I
write these sentences and I will post them and then I will go and do
something trivial, because the alternative — to stop, truly to stop, to
refuse to participate in a world that permits this — is a thing I do not
know how to do, and neither, apparently, does anyone else.
The
empire is dying in public, and it is taking a people with it on the way
down, and the men at the controls are the kind of men whose names
appear in a pedophile’s address book, and the institutions that were
supposed to restrain them have been revealed as costumes, and the rest
of us — the eight billion — are standing in the street watching the
building burn and filming it on our phones.

Ondanks dat zoals gezegd veel zaken openlijk zijn gebeurd, dan wel naar buiten zijn gebracht door overlevenden en klokkenluiders, die als bewakers in de gevangenissen en concentratiekampen hebben gediend. Ziek om op de westerse radiostations, sinds Israël en de VS de illegale oorlog tegen Iran begonnen, telkens weer te moeten horen hoe men Iran demoniseert en met geen woord spreekt over het illegaal zijn van die oorlog die Israël begon, gevolgd door de VS, noch te horen dat er intussen al meer dan 1.500 Iraniërs zijn vermoord, meer dan 20.000 Iraniërs (ook zwaar) zijn verwond door het beestachtige optreden van de Israëlische luchtmacht, om over de enorme materiële schade daardoor nog maar te zwijgen......

Op 19 maart jl. werd al gemeld dat Israël meer dan 1.000 Libanezen had vermoord (al wordt dat 'uiteraard' niet zo gemeld), waaronder 116 kinderen en 40 medische krachten..... Het aantal (ook zwaar) gewonden was toen de 2.400 al gepasseerd.... Intussen ligt het aantal vermoorden op meer dan 1.500 en het aantal verwonden is een keer of drie hoger..... Niet vreemd als je bedenkt dat Israël er geen probleem mee heeft om civiele doelen te bombarderen en deze psychopathisch moordende staat gaat zoals gebruikelijk tekeer als een wild beest..... In Libanon en Iran bombardeert Israël, als in de Gazastrook, ook ziekenhuizen en medische posten.....
Elke staat die dergelijke misdaden begaat verdient het om aan de paal te worden genageld en dat heeft niets, maar dan ook helemaal niets met antisemitisme te maken!!!! Overigens moet nog opgemerkt worden dat een aantal Israëlische politici stellen er geen moeite mee hebben te worden uitgemaakt voor fascist en daar zelfs trots op zijn....
Opvallend dat men een spandoek draagt van het Centrum Informatie en Documentatie Israël (CIDI), een zwaar pro-zionistsch orgaan dat de oorlogsmisdaden begaan door Israël ontkent en al helemaal niets wil weten van het woord 'genocide' in verband met wat Israël nu al bijna 2,5 jaar lang doet in de Gazastrook en op een 'zachter pitje' op de West Bank.... Iedereen die zich interesseert voor Israël en Palestina kan het niet zijn ontgaan dat Israël inderdaad een genocide uitvoert op de Palestijnen, foto's, video's en getuigenissen te over. Bovendien is het duidelijk dat Israël voedsel (honger) en water (-tekort) als wapen gebruikt >> daarnaast niet alleen de hele normale infrastructuur in de Gazastrook heeft vernietigd, maar als gezegd ook de infrastructuur aangaande de volksgezondheid.... (wat het nu ook in Libanon en Iran doet, zodat door haar gebombardeerde burgers in die landen veel minder kans hebben tot overleven.....)
Israël maakt er geen geheim als het de toegangen tot de Gazastrook voor alle humanitaire goederen afsluit, zoals dat ook weer gebeurde toen het de illegale oorlog tegen Iran begon, terwijl er daarvoor al veel te weinig van die goederen werden toegelaten tot die kleine strook land, niets anders dan een platgebombardeerd concentratiekamp, waar het fascistische leger maar mondjesmaat gewonden laat vertrekken naar Egypte, zelfs transporten met door het IDF (ook zwaar) verwonde kinderen worden tegengehouden.....
Nog even terug naar bovenstaande foto: ongelofelijk dat de reguliere media bijna zonder uitzondering dezelfde soort berichtgeving kwamen, terwijl ze na een kort onderzoek door journalisten ter plaatse hadden kunnen weten dat zich onder de demonstrerende studenten ook joodse studenten bevonden.... Het was dan ook al snel duidelijk dat men alle protesten tegen de Israëlische genocide op de Palestijnen in de kiem wilde smoren met het argument dat het hier om antisemitische protesten zou gaan.
Duitsland gaat nog verder, elke kritiek op Israël wordt daar weggezet als een antisemitische misdaad, zo maakte men daar een dag of tien geleden bekend dat het aantal antisemitische misdaden flink is toegenomen, terwijl je het als normaal moet zien dat naarmate een genocide voortduurt deze steeds meer mensen aanzet tot demonstreren, zonder daarbij Joden te beledigen en waarom zou je dat wel doen? (immers het maakt zo'n demonstratie meteen ongeloofwaardig) Er doen NB joodse studenten mee aan deze demo's!! Het was volgens mij vorig jaar dat er een video circuleerde, waarop te zien was hoe een zionist zich met een Israëlische vlag tijdens zo'n demonstratie van studenten op de grond liet vallen en begon te schreeuwen dat hij werd mishandeld, jammer voor hem maar het geheel werd toevallig op video gezet waarop duidelijk was te zien dat niemand hem iets aandeed....
Te triest voor woorden dat Israël bijna 2,5 jaar lang een genocide kan uitvoeren en in de EU alleen Zweden en Spanje zich het lot van de Palestijnen aantrekken.....
Afgelopen zondagmorgen (22 maart 2026) het bericht in het NOS nieuws op NPO Radio1 van 8.30 u. dat in noorden van Israël 200 gewonden zijn gevallen na een aanval van Iran, waar de NOS eerder berichtte dat een jongen zwaar gewond was geraakt..... (in de Gazastrook is bijna de helft van de vermoorden een kind, maar dat melden de reguliere westerse media niet....) Op WDR 5 meldde men die dag in het nieuws van 13.00 u. in tegenstelling tot de berichtgeving van de NOS meer dan 100 gewonden in dat Israëlische gebied. Dagelijks worden het aantal gewonden en eventuele doden aan Israëlische kant gemeld en dat vaak met een verslag van de correspondent die regelmatig getuigen laat spreken hoe vreselijk de aanval 'wel niet' is geweest..... Tegelijkertijd hoor je zelden of nooit hoeveel doden en gewonden er de afgelopen 24 uur in Iran zijn gevallen (ofwel vermoord door de psychopathisch moordende legers van de 2 fascistisch bestuurde landen Israël en de VS ). Dat Israël en de VS deze oorlog zijn begonnen wordt niet gemeld en als je niet beter wist zou je denken dat Iran deze oorlog is begonnen..... Dat 'zelden of nooit' melden in het NOS nieuws geldt ook voor het aantal Palestijnen dat Israël de afgelopen 24 uur in de Gazastrook heeft vermoord, waar het werkelijke aantal vermoorden niet het officiële cijfer van 70.000 is (dat zijn er al 70.000 teveel), maar minstens 700.000!! Nee, zelfs alleen gewonde Israëliërs zijn belangrijk genoeg om dag in dag uit te melden, wat overigens ook geldt voor de berichtgeving in het overgrote deel van de rest van de reguliere westerse media.....

Toegevoegd op 29 maart 2026: WDR 5 en Deutschlandfunk meldden op deze dag dat Israël gisteren 2 journalisten en een camaraman in Libanon heeft gedood (lees: gericht vermoord), volgens het Israëlische leger zou 1 van de journalisten een lid van Hezbollah zijn geweest..... Een excuus dat het liegende Israël telkens weer aanhaalt, eerder al werd keer op keer gezegd als er weer een journalist of journalisten werden vermoord dat het ofwel ging om Hamasleden dan wel om Hezbollahleden..... In totaal heeft Israël sinds 7 oktober 2023 meer dan 250 journalisten vermoord, officieel zouden het er nu 250 zijn, echter van een aantal journalisten is niets teruggevonden, grote kans dat ze zijn vermoord met een thermobarische bom (ook wel vacuümbom genoemd) >> als je in de directe nabijheid wordt getroffen door zo'n bom, blijft er niets van je over....... Opvallend dat toen ik laat in de middag op de site van Deutschlandfunk en WDR 5 zoch naar het bericht over de vermoorde journalisten, er niets aan tekst was te vinden over deze zoveelste walgelijke moord door het Israëlische leger.....

Over WDR 5 (en de andere staatsradiozender Deutschlandfunk) gesproken, daar heeft men het altijd over 'der russische Agressionskrieg' of ook 'der russische Angriffskrieg', woorden die men nooit gebruikt voor de illegaal door Israël begonnen oorlogen en waar het gebruik van het woord genocide voor de overduidelijke en voor een groot deel zelfs openlijk door Israël uitgevoerde genocide op de Palestijnen, onherroepelijk leidt tot de beschuldiging van antisemitisme...... Nee over de smerige genocide van Israël op de Palestijnen wordt op die zenders alleen gezegd dat het om 'een oorlog' gaat, alsof de enige groep die de Palestijnen nog probeert te beschermen >> Hamas en het Israëlische leger gelijkwaardige partijen zijn, alsof Hamas in het bezit is van tanks, straaljagers, bommenwerpers en marine vaartuigen.......
Gistermiddag (24 maart 2026) in het radionieuws van 12.00 u. op Deutschlandfunk het bericht dat de Duitse president Steinmeier heeft gesteld dat er weinig twijfel is dat de Israëlische-VS oorlog tegen Iran ingaat tegen het volkenrecht.... (ook wel aangeduid als internationaal recht) Weinig twijfel? Het is voor de volle 100% zeker dat deze illegale oorlog tegen het volkenrecht ingaat!! Maar goed het valt mij ook voor de volle 100% mee dat oorlogshitser Steinmeier iets dergelijk zegt. Jürgen Hardt, woordvoerder van de CDU/CSU Bondsdag fractie, was door de uitspraak van Steinmeier flink op z'n p*k getrapt en stelde dat het onderzoek van de (Duitse) regering of de (illegale) oorlog van Israël en de VS tegen Iran ingaat tegen het volkenrecht, nog niet is afgesloten..... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Wat een enorme kwezel!!
Al het voorgaande in ogenschouw genomen is het ongelofelijk en hypocriet, dat het westen na zelfs bijna 2,5 jaar genocide op de Palestijnen niet 1 sanctie heeft ingesteld tegen Israël, terwijl tegen Rusland dat na de illegale uitbreiding van de NAVO tot voor haar grenzen en na een door de CIA georganiseerde opstand en staatsgreep (bekostigd met 5 miljard dollar) tegen de democratisch gekozen president van Oekraïne in 2014 en daaropvolgende massamoorden op etnische Russen in Oekraïne, eindelijk ingreep, al een twintigste pakket met sancties is ingesteld..... Bedenk hierbij dat wat Rusland heeft gedaan nog niet in de schaduw kan staan van wat Israël heeft geflikt en nog steeds flikt!!

Nog een zeer verontrustend LinkedIn bericht (en vergeet niet dat de VN landen verbiedt om wapens te leveren aan landen die in oorlog zijn!!):
Kort nadat ze door The Ditch betrapt waren
haalde de eigenaar van het schip, rederij Hartel Shipping and Chartering
uit Rhoon, de bedrijfswebsite offline. Onder het internationale
wapenhandelverdrag mag Nederland geen wapens doorvoeren wanneer er een
grote kans is dat die worden gebruikt bij schendingen van oorlogsrecht
of genocide. De Nederlandse overheid moet hier ingrijpen. Dit geldt
overigens ook voor het Maersk schip Gibaltrar dat mogelijk wapens voor
Israel aan boord heeft en op 7 maart in de haven van Rotterdam lag. Onze
overheid weigert een assertief standpunt in te nemen tov Israël. Het is
niet alleen schandalig en om te janken, maar het betekent simpelweg
medeplichtigheid in genocide. En het lijkt me duidelijk dat door het
gebrek aan weerstand tegen Israël de afgelopen 2.5 jaar Israël zich nu
gesterkt voelt om de vernietiging van Gaza nu ook naar Libanon te
brengen, en naar waar ze maar willen. Wie durft ze te stoppen? Onze

Opinie van Chris de Ploeg (De Vonk): ‘Ik ben zelf Joods, maar was niet welkom bij het ‘Joods debat’ omdat ik Israëlkritisch ben’
De
Vonk-lijsttrekker Chris de Ploeg was niet welkom bij het Joods debat
richting de gemeenteraadsverkiezingen – vanwege de Israëlstandpunten van
zijn partij, begreep hij achteraf. De Ploeg, zelf Joods, stelt in dit
opiniestuk de vraag: voor welke Joden was dit debat dan eigenlijk?
Afgelopen
maandag vond het ‘Joods debat’ voor de verkiezingen in Amsterdam
plaats, maar over lokale Joodse thema’s leek het vrijwel niet te gaan.
Op deze avond werd de apartheidsstaat Israël schaamteloos verdedigd en
werden mensenrechtenactivisten weggezet als terroristen, terwijl het
werkelijke gevaar – extreemrechts – nauwelijks aan bod kwam.
Ik ga af op de verslagen in de kranten
en op verhalen van aanwezigen, want ik werd door de organisatie
geweigerd om deel te nemen. En dat terwijl ik naar mijn weten de enige
Joodse lijsttrekker in Amsterdam ben en meerdere boeken heb geschreven over antisemitisme en de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
De organisatie van het debat liet De Vonk weten dat we ons te laat hadden aangemeld, maar uit Het Parool
blijkt dat vrijwel alle partijen die ‘consequent’ de genocide in
Palestina benoemen werden geweerd wegens hun standpunten. Gezien de brede academische consensus over een genocide in Gaza moet worden geconstateerd dat dit debat is georganiseerd door genocideontkenners.
Gevoelens van onveiligheid
Dat
ik als nazaat van Holocaustoverlevers niet welkom ben op dit debat
vanwege mijn antigenocidestandpunten is veelzeggend. Vrijwel alle
genoemde voorbeelden van ‘antisemitisme’ waren voorbeelden van
demonstraties die mede door Joodse mensenrechtenactivisten waren
georganiseerd: van de demonstratie tegen de komst van de Israëlische president bij de opening van het Nationaal Holocaust Museum tot de protesten tegen het optreden van de cantor van het Israëlische leger in het Concertgebouw.
Het
ging veel over de ‘gevoelens van onveiligheid’ voor Joden, bij sit-ins
op het station en Palestinademonstraties. Ik heb op veel van die
manifestaties gestaan en me nooit onveilig gevoeld. Dat geldt ook voor
veel Joodse mededemonstranten die daar met keppeltjes op staan.
Toegegeven, er zijn uitzonderingen. Denk aan zionisten die tijdens het eerste UvA-kampement vuurwerkbommen in de menigte gooiden, of aan de politie, die zonder te vorderen erop los sloeg op het Binnengasthuisterrein. De dreiging was altijd extern.
Er
is onlangs een rapport verschenen van de zogenaamde Taskforce
Antisemitismebestrijding, waarin mensenrechtendemonstranten op
universiteiten, onder wie veel Joden, worden belasterd. Maar er wordt
geen woord gerept over een student als Marlon U., die bij de VU jarenlang kon wegkomen met het zingen van naziliederen, (seksuele) intimidatie en geweld.
Antichrist
Bij
het debat op maandag was ook Gidi Markuszower aanwezig, de ex-PVV’er
die werd geweigerd voor een ministerpost omdat hij niet door de
AIVD-screening kwam, hoogstwaarschijnlijk wegens banden met de Mossad.
Hoe denkt zo’n man over mensen als ik? In 2010 noemde hij
Israëlkritische Joden in een mailwisseling
‘verachtelijke joodjes’ die hij het liefste in ‘de koude bossen van
Oost-Europa’ wilde ‘achterlaten’, zodat zij ‘nooit meer teruggevonden’
zouden worden.
Het
gaat hier feitelijk om een vorm van antisemitisme die vooral linkse
Joden demoniseert. Dat is sinds de 19de eeuw ook de dominante vorm van
antisemitisme geweest: Joden werden geacht achter elke revolutionaire
beweging te zitten.
Winston Churchill noemde linkse Joden de ‘antichrist’, terwijl zionisten werden geprezen als ‘het goddelijke’. De nazi’s waren in het bijzonder geobsedeerd door wat zij het judeo-marxisme of judeo-bolsjewisme noemden en waren in de jaren dertig nog overwegend tolerant
tegenover het zionisme, voordat zij overgingen tot regelrechte
uitroeiing. Voor antisemieten was deportatie van Europese Joden naar
Palestina aanvankelijk een aantrekkelijke ‘oplossing voor het Joodse
vraagstuk’.
Zowel het ‘Joods debat’ als de recente stemwijzer
van het Centrum Informatie en Documentatie Israël (Cidi) over
antisemitisme en Israël lijken geobsedeerd door ‘links-extremisme’, een
eufemisme voor mensen die geloven in de Universele Verklaring van de
Rechten van de Mens.
Het grootste gevaar
Studie na studie
laat zien: als je helder onderscheid maakt tussen antisemitisme en
Israëlkritiek, komt antisemitisme veel vaker voor op rechts. Daar is
zelfs een groeiende trend van neonazisme te zien.
Forum voor Democratie (FvD) heeft in Amsterdam zelfs de medeoprichter van Erkenbrand op de lijst staan, een organisatie die openlijk pleitte voor een ‘blanke etnostaat zonder Joden’. Zonder mij dus.
FvD
wordt om deze reden door vrijwel elke Amsterdamse partij geboycot, maar
krijgt nauwelijks kritiek in de stemwijzer van het Cidi. Er staat
alleen dat er een kandidaat is ‘die in opspraak’ raakte door ‘banden met
extreemrechtse netwerken’. Nogal een understatement.
Volgens
het Cidi is niet deze kandidaat, maar nota bene de partij met de enige
Joodse lijsttrekker het grootste gevaar in Amsterdam. Waarom? Omdat wij
voor een boycot tegen Israël en medeplichtige bedrijven zijn. Ook
tijdens het ‘Joods debat’ werden wij genoemd – als voorbeeld van een
antisemitische partij – zonder dat we daar weerwoord op konden geven.
Het
heulen van de Israëllobby met extreemrechts is niets nieuws. Thierry
Baudet heeft eerder op een Cidi-demonstratie gesproken, en op een
verkiezingsavond van het Cidi in 2019 kwam FvD zelfs als de meest
populaire partij uit de bus.
Voor
dit soort groepen zijn Joodse levens minder belangrijk dan het
verdedigen van een apartheidsstaat. Laat ik luid en duidelijk zijn: deze
mensen spreken niet voor mij.

are jointly waging a war of murderous aggression against Iran, a nation
of 90 million people. They are in the grip of three cascading
pathologies. The first is personality: both are malignant narcissists.
The second is the arrogance of power: men who possess the power to
command nuclear annihilation and feel, in consequence, no restraint. The
third, and most dangerous of all, is religious delusion: two men who
believe, and are told daily by those around them, that they are messiahs
doing God’s work. Each pathology exacerbates the others, so that
together they put the world in unprecedented danger. The result is a glorification of violence not seen since the Nazi
leaders. The question is whether the world’s few grownups—responsible
national leaders who remain committed to international law and are willing to say so—can restrain them. It will not be easy, but they must try. Both Trump and Netanyahu have claimed this messianic identity
explicitly. Trump has called himself “the chosen one.” Regarding the
assassination attempt on Trump in 2024, he declared, “I felt then and
believe even more so now that my life was saved for a reason. I was
saved by God to make America great again.” Netanyahu, in his address on
the eve of Passover, did not merely invoke God. He appropriated God’s
role in the Exodus narrative—enumerating ten “accomplishments” of what
he calls the “War of Redemption” and naming each one a plague. The
killing of Ayatollah Khamenei he named the “Plague of the Firstborn.” He
then warned the world: “After the ten plagues of Egypt, I remind you
that Pharaoh still tried to harm the People of Israel, and we all know
how that ended.” Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense, has turned the Pentagon into a theater of holy war. He sports a Jerusalem Cross tattoo on his chest and the words “Deus Vult,”
“God Wills It,” the battle cry of the medieval Crusades, on his arm. He
hosts monthly Christian worship services in the Pentagon’s auditorium.
He has asked the American people to pray “every day, on bended knee” for
military victory in the Middle East “in the name of Jesus Christ.” At
one of these services, he prayed aloud for US troops to inflict: "Overwhelming
violence of action against those who deserve no mercy … We ask these
things with bold confidence in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus
Christ." Professor John Mearsheimer has stated precisely
that the crimes now being committed by Trump and Netanyahu are the same
crimes for which the Nazi leadership was hanged at Nuremberg:
aggressive war, annexation of foreign territory, deliberate targeting of
civilian infrastructure, and collective punishment. This is not
rhetorical excess. These are legal categories. The Nuremberg Tribunal
called the crime of aggression the “supreme international crime”—the one
that “contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole”—because
it is the crime that makes all the other crimes possible. These men
have confessed to it, publicly, in speeches carried by international
broadcasters.

Health Ministry blasted as “undermining the work of humanitarian

same policies.

switched into “concern-mode.” A number of statements, including joint communications by the governments of the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, and Australia, messages by foreign ministries, as well as EU-wide communiqués
delivered by High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas, noted
the disturbing character of the legislative change in Israel—and made
clear they intend to do nothing about it. Instead,
the EU statement depicted the new law as a “grave regression” in the
occupation power’s—apparently—overall positive record. “Israel has long
upheld a de facto moratorium on both executions and capital punishment
sentencing, thereby leading by example in the region despite a complex

Arming and funding the state of Israel, blocking U.N. resolutions and

Israel, in return, absolves the West of its indifference to the plight
of Jews during the Holocaust, and Germany for perpetrating it. Germany
uses this unholy alliance to separate Nazism from the rest of German
history, including the genocide German colonists carried out against the
Nama and Herero in German South-West Africa, now Namibia. Victor Klemperer, a professor of linguistics and the son of a Berlin
rabbi living under Nazi rule, noted in his diary, “To me the Zionists,
who want to go back to the Jewish state of A.D. 70 (destruction of
Jerusalem by Titus), are just as offensive as the Nazis. With their
nosing after blood, their ancient ‘cultural roots,’ their partly
canting, partly obtuse winding back of the world they are altogether a

saw this intolerance at political rallies held by Netanyahu, who
received lavish funding from right-wing Americans associated with AIPAC,
when he ran against Yitzhak Rabin, who was negotiating a peace
settlement with the Palestinians. Netanyahu’s supporters chanted
Kahane-inspired slogans such as “Death to Arabs” and “Death to Rabin.”
They burned an effigy of Rabin dressed in a Nazi uniform. Netanyahu

Giorgia Meloni’s government went to mislead the public about its true
support for Israel. One
of the report’s key findings is that the state was directly involved in
such transfers not only through deployment of military materials
through its defense forces and companies like Leonardo, where it is
majority shareholder, or by contributing parts for military equipment
assembled in third countries and sent to Israel, but also by maintaining
trade and investment connections with occupation powers in the field of
military and related technologies. “The
findings of this report irrefutably demonstrate that Italy’s
military-industrial complex is an integral part of the ongoing genocide
in Gaza,” the analysis states. Among the products delivered to Israel
are aircraft components—including those used in F-15 fighter jets flown
in the bombardment of Gaza—containers, antennas, bulletproof vests, and
weapons. Some of these were facilitated directly by institutions like
police and military forces. In
addition to these deadly supplies, Italian authorities have allowed
Israel to receive fuel to run armored vehicles in Gaza and provide
energy to illegal settlements, adding another dimension to their support
for the occupation entity. Notably,
civilian infrastructure, including major airports in Milan and Rome and
ports in Genoa and Ravenna, has been repeatedly used to directly or
indirectly support Israel’s onslaught—even as millions of Italians went on strike
in solidarity with Gaza. The report also describes attempts to conceal
the true content or destination of shipments, making their already
obscure itinerary more difficult to follow. Another
form of government complicity has emerged through growing imports and
trade relations between Italy and Israel. According to the report,
military imports from Israel to Italy in 2024 represented over 20% of
the total (valued at nearly €155 million), compared to 2.5% the previous
year. “The relationship is circular: Italian components, maintenance,
and other inputs feed Israeli production lines; Israeli systems are
field-tested in Gaza, increasing their export value and enabling
economies of scale; and the profits, contracts, and commercial ties
generated through this trade flow back into expanding the very military
industries with which Italy continues to do business.”

going to put any of its ships or soldiers in harm’s way in Iran—that is
the American contribution. But while the world is primarily watching
Iran, Israel is starting a large-scale invasion of Lebanon with the aim
of annexing all of Southern Lebanon permanently, even beyond the Litani
River and including the cities of Tyre and Nabatieh, both currently

when he says “Jewish people, the Jewish state” in the same breath while

NHS hospital consultant and advocate for peace and justice in Palestine,

that if a primary school in Tel Aviv were bombed and 160 little girls
were killed, the BBC, CNN, and all other news outlets would be covering
it “wall to wall, 24/7, and we would know every one of their names.” He

TABAKSACCIJNS EN CORRUPTIE
Tips voor 'vapers': veel gezeur anno 2019 over vapen en een 'vreemde longziekte'. Gebruik je e-sigaret niet als een gewone sigaret, immers die brand op en je moet dus blijven roken tot je het zat bent of tot de sigaret op is. Dit hoeft niet met de e-sigaret, deze werkt, mits opgeladen en gevuld met vloeistof, direct en je kan deze na een paar trekken wegleggen. Nogmaals: gebruik de e-sigaret dan ook niet als een sigaret. Daarover gesproken: als je aan een e-sigaret trekt doe dit dan niet direct op je longen, maar als een sigaret, dus eerst in je mond en dan pas inademen. Het laatste zie je maar weinig mensen doen (althans ik zie dat weinig). Directe inademing is overigens ook al niet nodig als je wiet of hasj rookt, ook het in je longen houden van de rook met wiet of hasj is totaal overbodig, je kan dit gewoon als een sigaret roken, 'stoned' wordt je toch wel en even snel. Houd je aan deze zaken en je zal zien dat je met vapen heel veel minder tabak rookt, of daar zelfs helemaal mee kan stoppen! Dan nog het volgende: vape alleen met vloeistof die van tabak is gemaakt, de extra smaken voegen meer overbodige schadelijke stoffen toe. Het is een misvatting dat vapen even slecht is als tabak, er zitten aanzienlijk minder schadelijke stoffen in en in vergelijking met de gewone sigaret, bevat de vape vloeistof maar één verslavende stof en dat is nicotine (in de gewone sigaret zitten meerdere verslavende stoffen waar de minst verslavende nicotine is !!!).Tot slot, rook je nog niet? Begin er niet aan en ga ajb niet vapen! Verslaving aan tabak is een vervelende en uiterst kostbare ziekte.
Per 1 maart 2011 werden de tabaksaccijns verhoogd. Voor shag ging de prijs met 0,26 cent per pakje van 45 gram omhoog.
Per 1 juli 2012 verhoogden de fabrikanten de prijs van tabak, voor een pakje shag met 15 cent. Per 1 januari 2013 wordt de prijs van tabak door de regering nog eens verhoogd, voor shag maar liefst 60 cent per pakje!
Maar er is meer, de belastingdienst heeft gezorgd voor minimum accijns: het absolute bedrag dat wordt geheven, is per 1 maart 2011 zodanig verhoogd, dat deze ten alle tijde gelijk is aan het bedrag dat als accijns wordt geheven op de hoogste prijsklasse. Een leuk cadeau in 2011, van de zeer 'integere' CDA tabakslobbyist Hillen en het laatste kabinet Balkenende, voor de grote tabaksfabrikanten, waar zoals gezegd in 2012 nog een cadeau van het disfunctionerende demissionaire kabinet Rutte bijkwam in 2013, met hulp van 'oppositiepartijen D66, GL en CU.
Daarnaast zijn al die prijsverhogingen een mooi cadeau voor de georganiseerde misdaad, die jaarlijks miljarden sigaretten smokkelen. Niets nieuws, want het CDA heeft via de EVP toch al hechte banden met de maffia, bij de VVD is het al niet veel anders en zoals blijkt ook bij D66, GL en CU.
Begin februari 2011 werd bekend, dat een onderdeel van defensie zich bezighield met misdaad, o.a. werd de smokkel van illegale sigaretten genoemd....
Vooralsnog weigert (september 2012) demissionair minister van Volksgezondheid Schippers de tabaksindustrie te dwingen de samenstelling van 'geheime' stoffen in tabak prijs te geven, stoffen die de verslaving aan tabak verzwaren en die de gezondheid nog meer schaden...
Het is zelfs zo zot, dat de minst verslavende stof in tabak nicotine is...... Nadat D66 hufter Borst weigerde de extra verslavende stoffen in tabak te verbieden, daar dit het roken zou bevorderen, hebben alle regeringen daarna deze meer dan schunnige houding
gevolgd.....
Totale opbrengst van tabaksaccijns in 2011: twaalf miljard euro!!!!!!!!!!! Dus als u nog eens wilt zeuren over de hoge kosten die rokers voor de gezondheidszorg opleveren..............
Het is intussen 2019 en nog steeds liegt men in de politiek dat prijsverhogingen het enige middel is om roken tegen te gaan. Daarvoor wijst men naar Australië, zonder te melden dat daar het aantal gerookte illegale sigaretten volgens deskundigen het aantal legaal verkochte sigaretten benadert...... Overigens is het nu al een paar jaar zo dat het aantal rokers in Nederland niet daalt, ondanks de enorme prijsverhogingen (waarvan vooral arme Nederlanders het slachtoffer zijn en zoals je weet: financiële problemen zijn geen stimulans om te stoppen met roken....).......

Zit u zich te ergeren aan Wilders of andere politici met aanhangsels, beluister dan bijvoorbeeld Alabama 3 met het nummer 'Woody Guthrie' van de cd 'Power in the blood'. En u weet het: geluidsniveau 80 en de bas op abn (aardbevingsniveau). U zult merken dat u daar weer wat rustiger van wordt. Wetenschappelijk is het al vaker bewezen: muziek kan geneeskrachtig werken!
Atoom-stroom
Er werd tot voor kort veel reclame gemaakt voor atoomstroom. Als u in het bezit bent van 2 hersencellen of meer, zal u de leugens onmiddellijk herkennen. Voor de 1 hersen-celligen of andere dombo's het volgende: atoom-stroom is allesbehalve co2 vrij, kijk naar de bouw van zo'n centrale, afbraak is nog nooit gedaan en is praktisch bijna onhaalbaar. Bij de winning van uranium ontstaat een gigantische milieuvervuiling. Van ellende weten we niet waar we met het afval naar toe moeten. Dan de leugen subsidievrij: er is geen manier van energie opwekken, waar zoveel subsidie voor is gebruikt en gebruikt wordt dan voor kernenergie. Nog belangrijker: u scheept de wereld, uw kinderen en kindskinderen op met een gevaarlijk afval probleem, niet alleen het kernafval, ook de gebouwen die blijven staan zijn levensgevaarlijk afval! Het is inmiddels april 2013 en zijn we de ramp met de kerncentrales in het Japanse Fukushima 'rijker', intussen is het ongeveer een jaar geleden, dat de pro-kernenergie reclames te horen waren, maar waakzaamheid blijft geboden. De lobbyisten voor deze peperdure en levensgevaarlijke technologie werken dag en nacht door..... Samsom, de PvdA windvaan was voor de ramp in Japan, al 'voorzichtig' voor kernenergie, een mening die 180 graden draaide na de ramp in Fukushima, maar kijk niet op, als hij later zijn mening weer eens omdraait... Aanvulling op de veiligheid: volgens IT specialist Ronald Prins van Fox-IT, kan een elektriciteitscentrale via internet worden aangevallen, zelfs als de systemen niet op dat net zijn aangesloten (zie mijn bericht van 10 december 2010)
Het is bij de laatste aanpassing van deze boodschap april 2013 en binnenkort wordt de kerncentrale van Borssele stilgelegd voor de jaarlijkse controle, Essent en Delta hebben met de overheid afgesproken niet het hele reactorvat op haarscheurtjes te controleren.... (zie o.a. mijn berichten van 11 april 2013 en 4 maart 2015).

In de Gazastrook heeft Israël een groot deel van de medische krachten vermoord, ziekenhuizen en medische posten vernietigd, ambulances en hun verpleegkundigen opgeblazen dan wel doorboord met kogels, voorts worden andere medici in de Israëlische concentratiekampen gevangen gehouden en gemarteld, uitgehongerd en ook daar niet zelden vermoord....

This week, settlers in the northern Jordan Valley told a Palestinian community, "Today we take your sheep. Next time, we will burn your homes, kill your children, and rape your women." This is not an isolated incident. Also this week, Israel's chief military prosecutor acquitted five reserve soldiers of sexually assaulting Palestinian detainees at the Sde Teiman detention facility — despite documented victim testimony, and despite the account of Israeli medical officer Professor Yoel Donchin, who treated the detainee and found anal stab wounds, internal tears, and broken ribs. The reason given? "Evidentiary complexity." These two events are not unrelated. When a military system publicly acquits perpetrators of sexual violence against Palestinians, it does not simply fail to deliver justice — it sends a message. It normalizes sexual violence as an instrument of war. It institutionalizes it. What troubles me equally is a strand of feminist discourse that opposes these crimes primarily out of fear that they might "spill over" into Israeli society. The argument, in essence, is: stop this because it might reach us. That is not a moral argument. That is self-interest dressed as solidarity. Sexual violence against Palestinians must be condemned unconditionally — not because of what it might become, but because of what it already is: a war crime. Justice cannot be conditional. It cannot depend on proximity, on fear, or on whether the victims look like us. As someone who covers this region, I believe Europe cannot treat this as distant. These are the consequences of policies and alliances that countries like the Netherlands continue to support.
