Ollongren gesteund door Thomas Boesgaard (AD), 'Rusland verpakt het nepnieuws gekoppeld aan echt nieuws.....' Oei!!!

N.a.v. de belachelijke uitspraken die D66 leeghoofd Ollongren deed over de Russen*, die Nederland in het nepnieuws vizier zouden hebben, besteedde de 'o zo leuke' Rayman zijn programma 'Ask Me Anything' afgelopen dinsdag aan deze zaak.

Aan het woord kwam o.a AD 'nepnieuws specialist' Thomas Boesgaard....... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Als er nu 2 kranten in Nederland zijn, die kampioen zijn in het maken van nepnieuws, zijn het de Telegraaf en het AD wel, daar weet men van de meest onzinnige onderwerpen nog 'nieuws' te maken, om nog maar te zwijgen over de flagrante leugens, die deze kranten met de grootste stelligheid als nieuws brengen.....

Met veel gebruik van het woord 'ze', betoogde Boesgaard dat 'ze' het nepnieuws zo verpakken dat het is gekoppeld aan echt nieuws........ Of 'ze' brengen echt nieuws en voegen daar af en toe nepnieuws aan toe, dit is om het vertrouwen van de lezer te winnen, zodat deze ook het nepnieuws dat wordt gebracht als echt gelooft..... Ja u raadt het al, met dat 'ze' bedoelde Boesgaard de Russen.......

Volgens Boesgaard gebruikt men meestal pakkende titels, door daarin bijvoorbeeld een vrouw en een kat op te voeren....... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Zoals gebruikelijk bij dit onderwerp, er werd niet één echt voorbeeld genoemd.........

Of bedrijven, die advertenties op die sites plaatsen, daar weet van hebben, vroeg een inbeller en zoals te verwachten was, daar zat Boesgaard even met een mond vol tanden, waarna hij stelde dat 'ze' dit waarschijnlijk niet weten..... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, waarom zou je wantrouwig zijn als het nieuws op een site klopt, zoals die op de site van RT (Russia Today)

Mensen, ongelofelijk maar zoals hiervoor al opgemerkt: er werd niet één voorbeeld gegeven van nepnieuws waarmee ook maar iets zou zijn gemanipuleerd in ons land of elders....... Al moet ik toegeven dat ik niet de hele waardeloze uitzending heb afgeluisterd.

Wel zijn er honderden zo niet duizenden bewijzen van nepnieuws dat door de reguliere media werd gebracht, zoals die voor en tijdens de oorlog tegen het Irak van Saddam Hoessein, of de oorlog tegen het Libië van Khadaffi...... Sjors Fröhlich, de huidige topgraaier van BNR, die van verwaandheid intussen naast z'n schoenen loopt, stelde dat dit in het geval van Irak (Libië werd niet genoemd) niet te wijten was aan die media, maar aan de powerpointpresentatie van Colin Powell in de VN....... Alsof die presentatie professionele journalisten heeft gevrijwaard zelf aan waarheidsvinding te doen.....

Al maanden voor de VS de illegale oorlog tegen Irak begon, gaven onafhankelijk wapeninspecteur Blix en andere deskundigen te kennen, dat Saddam Hoessein geen massavernietigingswapens had......... Alsof de VS altijd de waarheid spreekt en bijvoorbeeld de vreselijke oorlog tegen Vietnam niet was gebaseerd op een door de VS gelogen incident, het z.g. Tonkin Incident. Een oorlog waarin een enorm aantal Vietnamezen, Laotianen en Cambodjanen werden vermoord door de VS met de hulp van een paar coalitiegenoten, zoals Australië..... En de voornoemde zaken zijn nog maar een paar voorbeelden!

Zaken die bekend zouden moeten zijn bij professionele journalisten, die dan ook elke bewering die de top in de VS doet, op een weegschaal zouden moeten leggen........ Ach ja. Fröhlich is geen journalist en daarnaast een waardeloze presentator.........

Fröhlich haalde nog het Tony Chocolonely beursgang verhaal aan, terwijl een beetje financieel/economisch journalist onmiddellijk had begrepen dat het hier om een grap moest gaan, zie de cijfers van deze firma......

Later die dag hoorde ik TROS zwetskont Boonman stellen dat de Brexit en Catalonië duidelijke gevallen zijn van buitenlandse manipulatie....** ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Het bewijs daarvoor? Dat hoeft Boonman niet te geven, 'we' vertrouwen immers op zijn 'blauwe deskundigheid.....'  Wat een gelul, de wens van de Catalanen onafhankelijk te worden is al minstens 100 jaar aanwezig in Catalonië......

Doordat de fascist Rajoy de Catalanen een deel van hun autonomie afpakte in 2008, groeide de beweging voor onafhankelijkheid met een fiks percentage...... Waarna het uiterst gewelddadig ingrijpen door Spanje voor en na het onafhankelijkheidsreferendum op 1 oktober jl. voor veel Catalanen de deur naar Spanje dichtdeed....... Alsof Putin de Catalanen hun autonomie deels afnam....... Wat een gek!

Bij de Brexit is het nog zotter: organiseer een referendum tegen de EU en op de meeste plekken in de EU zullen de mensen in meerderheid voorstemmen, zo ook in Groot-Brittannië...... De EU burgers zijn in meerderheid tegen het kapitaal vretende en welhaast door bedrijvenlobbyisten geregeerde EU. Een organisatie van landen, die allesbehalve werkt voor de burgers, maar vooral voor de bedrijven. 'Mooi voorbeeld': Donald Trump gaf aan TTIP niet te tekenen en sinds dat hij in het Witte Huis zit, is een zware EU delegatie bezig de VS toch over de streep te trekken....... Dit vrijhandelsverdrag is alleen goed voor (grote) bedrijven, die zelfs wetten van een land buitenwerking kunnen laten stellen middels geheime rechtbanken (ISDS), waar landen zich hebben te schikken naar de regels van een ander land waar dat bedrijf bijvoorbeeld wel rotzooi als voedsel mag verkopen.... De ontevreden EU burgers hebben Putin in het geheel niet nodig om zich tegen de EU te keren!!

Maakt allemaal niet uit: Boonman vindt het nepnieuws brengende Rusland verontrustend...... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Volgens Boonman komt e.e.a. ook door de snelheid van het nieuws, iets dergelijks had de kwaadaardige Britse premier een dag eerder ook beweert en alles wat de conservatieven doen is heilig bij Boonman, althans met één grote uitzondering: de Brexit.......

Trouwens dat snelle nieuws is ook telkens weer het excuus als blijkt dat de reguliere media weer eens nepnieuws hebben gebracht en dat doen deze media dagelijks!! Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn voor een redactie even te zien welke bronnen er zijn voor een bericht...... Ach onzin, als een VS generaal, veelal psychopathische moordenaars, iets roepen, herhalen de reguliere westerse media dit als was het de weg, de waarheid en het leven.......

CDA zever Ben Bot zat ook in de uitzending en daar kwam Omtzigt in combinatie met MH 17 ter sprake, volgens Bot is Omtzigt volkomen betrouwbaar....... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Dat CDA knurft Omzigt de grootst mogelijke onzin uitkraamt, was al voor de ramp met MH17 bekend...... (klik voor berichten met deze CDA volksverlakker op het label met zijn naam, direct onder dit bericht) Volgens Bot is ook het MH17 rapport volkomen betrouwbaar en hebben de Russen MH17 neergehaald....... Waar haalt hij die onzin vandaan? Ook dat rapport is onderdeel van een nepnieuws-campagne. Overigens daarover gesproken: 'je zou bijna gaan denken' dat het Omtzigt verhaal kwade opzet is, om eindelijk alle 'samenzweringstheorieën' aangaande andere dan Russische inmenging de kop in te kunnen drukken, daarover later meer.......

Alles wat er maar mis kan gaan en waarbij andere regeringen een smerige rol spelen, wordt intussen toegeschreven aan de Russen..... Ofwel: angst- en haatzaaien tegen Rusland is goed voor het militair-industrieel complex, dat het afgelopen jaar een absolute recordwinst wist te maken, dit ten koste van alleen deze eeuw al meer dan 2 miljoen door de VS vermoorde slachtoffers, vermoord met hulp van de NAVO (incl. Nederland) en o.a. de reli-fascistische dictatuur van Saoedi-Arabië......... Dat laatste land is bezig met het uitvoeren van een genocide op de sjiitische bevolking van Jemen, gesteund door o.a. de VS en Groot-Brittannië, een zaak waar je amper over hoort in de reguliere media en als ze er al over berichten, is dat vooral middels leugens die de VS en S-A niet in een slecht daglicht stellen........

De VN ondersteunt de VS, het Vierde Rijk..........

De VN is een verlengstuk geworden van de VS, dat je met het grootste gemak het Vierde Rijk kan noemen, gezien de ongeremde agressie en terreur die dit land over een flink deel van de wereld uitstort.

Wel vreemd, als je in ogenschouw neemt, dat de opvolgende VS regeringen en een groot deel van haar gehersenspoelde burgers vinden dat de VN de VS financieel leegzuigt....... Echter als je de geschiedenis van de VN bekijkt, zie je dat de VN keer op keer de terreur van de VS van een legitieme rand voorziet....

Het is intussen al zo zot, dat zelfs de vertegenwoordigingen van China en Rusland in de VN zich nog amper durven te verzetten tegen de ongebreidelde agressie van de VS, zie bijvoorbeeld de sancties die tegen Noord-Korea werden genomen......... Nogal wiedes dat Noord-Korea een atoomwapen wil hebben als bescherming tegen de VS, zeker als je ziet dat de VS dit land tijdens de Koreaanse oorlog volkomen heeft platgebombardeerd (men had op een geven moment geen doelen meer over om te bombarderen...)....

De schrijver van het volgende artikel (van Anti-Media, oorspronkelijk geplaatst op Consortium News), JP Sottile betoogt dat de VS  de VN gebruikt als een regering voor de wereld, een regering waarin de VS de dienst uitmaakt (en mocht die regering niet doen wat de VS wil, grijpt de VS zelf in waarna de VN alsnog haar goedkeuring geeft........)....

Nooit werd de VS gestraft door de VN, behalve dan 'een gevalletje mijnen leggen' voor de havens van Nicaragua, waarvoor de VS alleen werd veroordeeld in de VN, maar niet werd gestraft...... Nu komt de VS zelfs weg met illegale oorlogen en duizenden (illegale) standrechtelijke executies, waarbij meer dan 90% van de vermoorde slachtoffers, veelal vrouwen en kinderen, niet eens werden verdacht...... Het Internationaal Strafhof in Den Haag is te schijterig om ook maar één zaak tegen de VS te beginnen....... Vergeet niet dat de VS sinds het eind van WOII meer dan 22 miljoen mensen ongestraft heeft kunnen vermoorden......

For decades the American Right has decried the U.N. for encroaching on American sovereignty, but the truth is that the U.N. is a chief U.S. accomplice in violating the sovereignty of other nations, notes J.P. Sottile.

(CN) — President Trump opened his big United Nations week … and his famous mouth … with a predictable plug for one of his properties and some playful glad-handing with French President Emmanuel Macron. Trump also scolded the U.N.’s unwieldy scrum for “not living up to its potential.” He made a passing reference to the U.N.’s wasteful use of American money. And he called for “reform” of the much-maligned international forum.

It was a stolid prelude to what will no doubt be “must-see” TV when he speaks to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday about North Korea and Iran. And it was a far cry from the way America’s leading “America Firster” spent the campaign lamenting how unfair the U.N. is to the poor schlemiel we call Uncle Sam.

He is likely to use his speech to throw a little bit of that same red meat to his base, but his call for reform falls well short of what his supporters want … which is an abrupt end of U.S. involvement in the international body. They are motivated by a grab-bag of reasons that point to the U.N. being a threat to their guns, their bank accounts and their God-given freedom.

Oddly enough, these conspiratorial narratives have been around for decades and they mostly center on a grand plan by U.N. elites to abscond American sovereignty and dissolve the U.S. into a U.N.-led world government. And the evidence of this is the way the U.N. harasses and restricts Uncle Sam while siphoning-off America’s wealth. At least, that’s what some think.

Most ominously, many object to the way U.N. funds are being used to quietly deploy gun-grabbing U.N. soldiers in advance of the big takeover. But like so much of Trump’s intoxicating irredentism … this is a grievance more likely rooted in a three-day meth bender in a Tallahassee trailer park than it is from shocking evidence gathered from well-traveled observation. It’s paranoia. But really, it’s worse than that.

Why? Because the U.N. has basically been the complete opposite of what its angriest critics claim. It is not out to get the U.S. Rather, it has largely been America’s tool since its inception and, in particular, it has repeatedly covered Uncle Sam’s overly-exposed butt as he (a.k.a. “the royal we”) has gone around the world on a three decade-long military bender since the end of the Cold War.

Yes, the Gulf War was U.N. approved and the whole world got behind it because (April Glaspie’s backstory notwithstanding) the prima facie case was strong and it was a fairly clear-cut example of unwarranted aggression. That was an easy call.

Global Violence

But since then, the calls have been nothing short of murky as the U.S. has bombed and droned and deployed and invaded and covertly-acted and regime-changed all around the globe. And the unspoken truth is that the United Nations has been America’s all-too silent partner as Uncle Sam traipsed around the planet with a loaded gun, remote control assassination machines and paper-thin rationales for intervention.

Although the U.N. occasionally puts a bug up Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu’s ass on the issue of the slow-motion ethnic cleansing in the West Bank … what other issue is there where the U.N. has taken a real stand against the U.S. or U.S. policy objectives?

Where is the U.N.’s punishment for being lied to by then-Secretary of State Colin Powell?  And where is the punishment for destroying a bystander nation under false pretenses? Where is the punishment for Abu Ghraib or Gitmo?

Where is the punishment for America’s summary execution of “suspected militants” around the Muslim world simply because they are of “military age” and in the wrong place at the right time … and for the CIA, it is always the right time to kill a suspect no matter how wrong the place many be. And where is the condemnation of America’s destabilizing role as the world’s leading supermarket of military hardware?

How about mounting civilian causalities from an ever-widening widening bombing campaign? The U.N. can say the killings are “unacceptable,” but does it really matter if there is no sanction? There haven’t been any sanctions after children were killed in a “U.S.-backed raid” in Somalia.  Go figure, right?

Or what about America’s complicity in the catastrophe of Yemen? Where are those sanctions? And what exactly has the U.N. done to punish any number of extra-legal maneuver by a succession of American presidents over the course of the “Global War on Terror”? The simple answer is nothing.

Instead, the Secretary General is largely beholden to the disproportionate influence of the United States. The Security Council’s agenda is basically set by the United States … and that’s particularly true since the Soviet Union collapsed. At the same time, the U.N.’s occasionally contentious debates do little more than offer the imprimatur of international approbation or well-noted disdain despite the functionally inconsequential nature of those debates.

A Fig Leaf for Empire

Either way it is a win for Uncle Sam because the presence of a neutered United Nations provides the United States with a fig leaf just big enough to cover the dangly parts of America’s otherwise naked empire.

The money that does go from the U.S. Treasury into the minutia around the margins … like UNESCO programs and United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and all the other little crumbs that get thrown around the world … these are payoffs. This is what the world gets for mostly keeping its mouth shut in the face of America’s globe-spanning empire. The tiny amount of aid that trickles down past the bureaucracy … much like the bureaucracy itself … is not an example of America “getting played” by wasteful foreigners with hidden agendas. This is America paying to play the world like organ grinder with a hurdy-gurdy monkey.

Frankly, the “28.5% of the overall peacekeeping bill” that Trump calls “unfair” (about $2.2 billion of the $3.3 billion the U.S. gives to the UN annually) is a pittance … particularly if you want the unchecked right to tell Persians what they can and cannot do in the Persian Gulf, to tell the Chinese what they can and cannot build in the South China Sea, and to tell every other power on the face of the earth why they cannot have the same nuclear capability America not only has … but is currently “upgrading” to the tune of $1.5 trillion.

Even more amazingly, the U.S. wants to deny these nations the only real insurance policy against U.S.-led regime change. And why is that? Because there ain’t a Curveball’s chance in Hell that the U.N. will ever be able to stop Uncle Sam from marching where he wants, when he wants and for whatever reason he wants to cook-up. That’s a historically provable fact.

The only real check on U.S. power is the ability of an asymmetrical power to go nuclear. And let’s admit it, they are ALL asymmetrical powers when compared to America’s gargantuan, trillion-dollar national security beast. And this is why the U.N.’s “partnership” with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is the only U.N.-associated agency that really matters. They can’t do much, but they can throw a wrench into another WMD snipe hunt … like they are doing now with the Iran Nuclear Deal.

But like it was tested by Team Bush, the IAEA is going to be tested again as Trump and Netanyahu make their bogus case … without a hint of irony … that Iran is the world’s greatest threat. But that’s really just par for a course that’s riddled with falsified flags haphazardly stuck into the shallow holes of a back nine that’s actually been built by and for a club-wielding Uncle Sam.

A Cult of Grievance

And therein lies the truly pernicious part of the Trumped-up case against the U.N. … because, like so much of America’s growing cult of grievance, it reflects an ever-widening gap between America’s stated ideals and its self-serving behavior around the world.

As we are learning almost daily, Americans tried to square that circle by electing a profligate liar who fully embodies America’s insatiable desire to take credit, particularly where none is due … and to outsource the blame to scapegoats like the U.N., particularly when the only alternative is a long look into the mirror.

And in the case of the U.N., that projected guilt is in spite of the fact that it is often tasked with quietly cleaning up some of the collateral damage wrought by their main accuser. They just have to do so without any real power or the funds to do the job. That’s the simple truth you won’t hear in Trump’s speech … or any speech, for that matter.

It’s the fact that the U.N.’s meager amount of “wasteful spending” doesn’t even begin to cover the cost of doing business when your business depends of paying the world to look the other way while you get away with murder.

Mueller, de FBI oplichter, gaat onderzoek naar 'Trump-Rusland connectie' uitvoeren........ ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

In de VS (en daarbuiten) spreken de reguliere mediaorganen hosanna over de aanstelling van sjoemelaar en oplichter Mueller, de ex-FBI chef, als hoofdonderzoeker naar 'de Trump - Rusland connectie'.

Dezelfde Mueller deed onderzoek naar de antrax aanvallen in de VS na de 911 terreuraanvallen in 2001. Hoewel hij niet verantwoordelijk was, voor de bewering, dat het Irak van Saddam Hoessein achter die antrax aanvallen zat, heeft hij de 6 jaar daarna flink z'n best gedaan om zoveel mogelijk te verdoezelen, de zaak te vertroebelen voor het volk en de zaak zolang mogelijk te rekken..... Immers de VS besloot mede op basis van die antrax aanvallen en de massavernietigingswapens door/van Irak, dat land aan te vallen........ Overigens bleek na onderzoek, dat de gebruikte antrax uit een legerlaboratorium van de VS kwam.......

Gisteren bracht Anti-Media een artikel over deze zaak, een artikel dat eerder op MintPress News verscheen, geschreven door Robbie Martin. Hij concludeert dat er grote overeenkomsten zijn, met de eerdere aanklachten tegen Saddam Hoessein en die nu tegen Rusland worden gebruikt.

Mensen, je weet niet wat je leest en ik zelf kan (alweer) maar één conclusie trekken: de VS wordt geregeerd door een stel psychopathische gekken, waar de echte macht voor een groot deel niet eens bij de regering ligt, maar bij de 'Deep-State'*

(MPN) Amidst the overwhelming bipartisan praise given to former FBI Director Robert Mueller for his appointment as special counsel in the Trump-Russia investigation, few media outlets have voiced concern over his credentials. Mueller’s unforgivably poor performance during an investigation into the 2001 anthrax scare should give pause to those who hope to find out the truth about Russia’s alleged involvement in U.S. politics.

In October 2001 – less than a month after the 9/11 terror attacks – weaponized anthrax spores were sent through the U.S. mail system to prominent politicians and journalists. The anthrax attacks generated hysteria and panic, as well as created the perception that terrorism was going to remain a major threat, with 9/11 representing just the first wave.

The anthrax attacks also provided the George W. Bush administration with the opportunity to create a three-way connection in the public consciousness between the 9/11 attacks, the anthrax attacks, and Saddam Hussein. The “WMD lies” that would lead the U.S. into war in Iraq were hatched from one initial lie: that the anthrax mailings had fingerprints that could be traced back to the Iraqi government’s biological weapons program and that they represented a second wave of terrorism.

Major players in the U.S. government made strong efforts to link the anthrax attacks to the Iraqi government – efforts that Mueller played no part in. But in the following six years, Mueller did participate in a public disinformation campaign that muddied the waters regarding the 2001 anthrax attacks.

He and his bureau were in a position to unravel the underlying rationale for mounting an illegal invasion that left over a million Iraqi civilians dead. Instead, they worked to bury that rationale and stoke fears that would help to prop up public support for the invasion. Looking back at the way in which the case was handled, it is clear that Mueller may not be the most suitable candidate for heading the ongoing investigation into “Russiagate.”

Flimsy evidence and false accusations

As early as Nov. 9, 2001 – less than one month after the anthrax attacks began – the FBI had identified anthrax in the letters as being of the “Ames strain,” a strain of anthrax that was isolated by U.S. researchers in 1981. Due to its domestic origins, the FBI concluded that the attacks were likely perpetrated by someone working within the U.S. and not by a foreign actor.

Despite having this knowledge, the Bush administration sent then-Secretary of State Colin Powell to the UN with a prop vial of anthrax in order to obtain support for the Iraq War. Mueller could’ve turned the course of events at the time by making sure the press was aware that the most likely culprit was inside the U.S., but instead chose not to interfere with Bush’s neoconservative agenda. Powell’s presentation of “evidence” of Iraq’s alleged possession of chemical and biological weapons formed a major part of the U.S. effort to build a case for war in Iraq – although the country’s possession of these weapons would eventually prove to be a falsehood.

In another pivotal moment in the case, Mueller privately briefed Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and former Senator Tom Daschle – both of whom were targeted with anthrax letters – regarding the FBI’s prime suspect, a retired bioweapons scientist named Steven Hatfil.

Mueller’s best evidence came from bloodhounds, who had evidently traced the scent from the anthrax letters to Hatfil’s apartment. What Mueller neglected to mention is that bloodhound scent evidence is often inaccurate and has even led to wrongful convictions. But it was too late for Hatfil, as the press had already begun to crucify him after the FBI came forward with its “evidence.” Some agents even used the bloodhounds as props in press conferences that could be better described as publicity stunts.

Hatfil’s life was turned upside-down by the accusations. He was hounded by the FBI and other authorities, facing deliberate harassment tactics often referred to as “bumper locking.” He tearfully denied the FBI’s accusations during two news conferences held in August 2002, but by that time his life and career had already been shredded to pieces due to his naming as a “person of interest” in the investigation. Hatfil would later receive a $4.6-million-dollar settlement from the FBI in 2008 after filing a lawsuit against the Bureau, but only after five years of litigation and the destruction of his personal and professional reputation.

But Mueller and the FBI weren’t done yet. That same year, they ended up pinning the attacks on a man named Bruce Ivins, a senior biodefense researcher at Maryland’s Fort Detrick military installation. Their accusation would lead Ivins to commit suicide by overdosing on a combination of Tylenol and codeine, a method of suicide that some thought to be an unlikely choice for someone with Ivins’ level of biological expertise.

Even after claiming to have solved the case, the FBI faced skepticism regarding its conclusions. Leahy spoke to Mueller at a three-hour public hearing, stating that he did not believe that Ivins was the only culprit:

“I believe there were others involved either before or after the fact who were complicit…I believe there are others involved who could be charged with murder.”

Leahy’s Republican counterpart, former Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania, also questioned the FBI’s findings:

“I’ve looked over a good bit of the evidence on the anthrax case just to contrast prosecutors’ opinions…and I have grave doubts about sufficiency of evidence for proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”

When the FBI decided to give a press conference on the final conclusion of their investigation, Mueller declined to attend, eating dinner at a restaurant about a block away. He instead allowed two lower-ranking investigators to sweat their way through the surprisingly adversarial questions that were lobbed at them by attending journalists.

Video of this press conference shows an almost unanimously incredulous press pool, some even visibly angry over the series of non-answers given to them by FBI officials. They offered only one piece of physical evidence to the public: a flask they said contained spores that they claimed Ivins used to grow a colony of the “Ames strain” during his off-hours at Ft. Detrick. But there was one major problem with their “smoking gun” evidence.

The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) was asked by the FBI to verify the evidence but concluded that anthrax found in the flask could not be traced back to anthrax contained in the letters. But instead of waiting for the NAS to release these findings, Mueller allowed the FBI to pre-empt the NAS with their own press conference. A 2011 report from the National Research Council also called the FBI’s findings into question.

Russiagate: why the anthrax case matters

In light of his poor handling of the anthrax case, one has to wonder: why is the media now celebrating Mueller’s appointment as special counsel for the Russia-Trump investigation? One doesn’t need to look far to find multiple parallels between the false WMD claims made by the Bush administration – which had their origins in the anthrax scare – and the media’s current obsession with finding evidence of Russian meddling in last year’s election. In both cases, the media fixated on questionable evidence and the creation of an artificial “bogeyman” to advance a deeper, more sinister agenda.

Both the false WMD claims that led the U.S. into the Iraq War and the ongoing Russia scaremongering campaign have relied on a vague three-way connection between unrelated parties in order to shoehorn in a larger national security and foreign policy scheme. Under Bush, this was done by artificially connecting 9/11 to the anthrax attacks, and then to Saddam Hussein, creating a climate of fear. That same climate is being recreated now – only this time, the specter is Russia.

Democrats and their allies are using a similar psychological warfare campaign to create a fictitious three-way connection between Trump, Russia and WikiLeaks in the public consciousness during a time of emotional trauma for Democratic voters. The larger theory posits that all three parties were colluding with each other to take down Hillary Clinton — even if no proof has been offered that Russia was WikiLeaks’ source.

This narrative has been bolstered by the use of weaponized mainstream media terms like “fake news” and an increasingly prevalent McCarthy-esque mindset among Clinton voters who are quick to accuse their opponents of being Putin apologists. Even supporters of Bernie Sanders, who was running on the Democratic ticket just as Clinton was, have faced such accusations.

Americans should not want a man who knew the Bush administration was trying to create a fictional connection between Hussein, anthrax and 9/11 to have the final verdict on another new three-way fiction: the conspiratorial web being woven between WikiLeaks, Trump and Russia.

Anti-Media bracht op 5 april jl. een artikel over de VS ambassadeur voor de VN, hare kwaadaardigheid Nikki Haley. Zonder enig bewijs voor Syrische betrokkenheid bij de gifgasaanval op Khan Sheikhoun, iets dat ze NB zelf erkende, dreigde Haley met (gewelddadige) acties van de VS, daar de VN 'als collectief' geen actie ondernam........

Dit alles, terwijl de VS alleen in Irak al, vanaf augustus 2014, 701 kinderen en 291 vrouwen heeft vermoord, moorden die wel bewezen zijn.......  Moorden die de westerse wereld blijkbaar koud laten, zoals de meer dan 1,5 miljoen Irakezen, die vooral door de VS zijn vermoord sinds dit 'land' in 2003 een illegale oorlog tegen Irak begon (met Nederlandse politieke en militaire steun....)........

Eind 90er jaren van de vorige eeuw, kwamen 500.000 Irakese kinderen om, door een VS boycot van dat land...... De verantwoordelijke minister destijds, Albright, had het gore lef hier later over te zeggen, dat met het doel van de VS, de dood van deze kinderen gerechtvaardigd was.........

Verder wordt in dit artikel geconstateerd, dat Haley in de VN een herhaling van zetten heeft gedaan (zoals de VS deed voorafgaand aan de illegale oorlog tegen Irak in 2003). U weet wel; de 'massavernietigingswapens van Saddam Hoessein', waarover Powell nog een les gaf in de VN (met animaties en fotomateriaal), maar die alsnog niet aanwezig bleken te zijn in Irak.....

(COMMONDREAMS) Holding up photos of dead children as justification for potential war, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Wednesday that if the U.N. doesn't take action in Syria, "we may."

“When the U.N. consistently fails in its duty to act collectively, there are times in the life of states that we are compelled to take our own action,” Haley told the U.N. Security Council at an emergency meeting called in response to Tuesday’s suspected chemical attack in Syria’s northern province of Idlib.

CNN described her remarks as “the most direct threat of unilateral action by the U.S. delegation at the U.N. to solve the Syria crisis.”

Tom Newton Dunn, political editor for the U.K.’s Sun newspaper, said on Twitter that Haley’s comments on U.N. inaction were reminiscent of those “that George W Bush’s administration used at [the] U.N. in late 2002,” to justify the invasion of Iraq.

The threat came even as Haley herself acknowledged: “We don’t yet know everything about yesterday’s attack.” The former governor of South Carolina also blamed Russia for having “shielded [Syrian President Bashar al-]Assad from U.N. sanctions.”

“We need to see them put an end to these horrific acts,” she said. “How many more children have to die before Russia cares?”

The investigative outlet Airwars, which tracks international airstrikes in the Middle East, reports that a total of 701 children and 391 women are reported to be among those killed in confirmed and likely U.S. coalition airstrikes in Iraq and Syria since August 2014.
