VS bezig geheime basis uit te breiden als voorbereiding op oorlog met China en/of Noord-Korea

Dat de VS met vuur speelt als het gaat om wereldpolitiek zal niemand nog verbazen, ook al doen de reguliere westerse media, politici en rechtse denktanks nog zo hun best om de schuld daarvoor te leggen bij de NB door de VS zelf als vijanden aangemerkte landen als Rusland, Iran, China en Noord-Korea......

De VS houdt al een paar jaar oorlogsschepen in de buurt van de Zuid-Chinese zee, zo zou het nu weer een paar 'supervliegdekschepen' in de buurt hebben en dat alles tegen 'Chinese expansie' (ha! ha! ha! ha!). China heeft niet voor niets wat rotseilandjes in deze zee geclaimd, zeker als je ziet dat de VS een groot aantal militaire bases rond de oostkant van China heeft ingericht, inclusief in Zuid-Korea......* De VS stelt dan ook zoals gezegd en volkomen hypocriet dat China expansie politiek bedrijft in de Zuid-Chinese Zee, terwijl de VS zelfs op veel grotere afstanden van de eigen territoriale wateren eilanden heeft geclaimd, zoals Hawaï (totaal belachelijk dat dit VS grondgebied is, dit is niets anders dan een smerig koloniaal overblijfsel!!).

Het is niet meer dan logisch dat China een groot deel van de Zuid-Chinese Zee claimt, al was het alleen al als buffer tegen de grote aanwezigheid van VS bases rond die zee en alle marine manoeuvres van de VS in die zee....

Hier een afbeelding waarop een aantal militaire bases van de VS zijn te zien, bases die ingezet kunnen worden in een oorlog tegen China en/of Noord-Korea, in totaal zou het om meer dan 250 VS bases gaan (let op de basis onder het woord China, dit zou een basis in Vietnam moeten zijn, zie nogmaals: *):
 

Een ander eiland, of beter gezegd eilandje dat zich bevindt tussen Hawaï en Japan is een 'geheim eiland', geheim wat betreft de VS basis op dat eiland met de naam 'Wake-eiland'. De VS is bezig de militaire basis op dat eiland, waarop ook een militair vliegveld, fiks uit te breiden...... Dit eiland zou buiten het bereik liggen van Chinese en Noord-Koreaanse raketten...... Alleen dat feit al geeft aan dat de VS werkelijk rekening houdt een oorlog tegen één van deze twee landen te beginnen.......

De VS dat zo vaak de vuilbek vol heeft over het bewaren van de stabiliteit, waar het andere landen beschuldigt deze stabiliteit te ondermijnen, terwijl het zelf illegale oorlogen begint die elke stabiliteit in de regio van zo'n oorlog totaal destabiliseert,...... Neem dit soort uitlatingen tegen Iran, dat nooit een expansie oorlog is begonnen, terwijl de VS in de buurt van Iran, alleen deze eeuw maar liefst 3 illegale oorlogen is gestart....

Onbegrijpelijk dat andere westerse landen als makke schapen, of beter nog als debiele schapen achter de VS aansjokken en deze uiterst agressieve terreurentiteit keer op keer haar gang laten gaan, dat heeft sinds het eind van WOII aan ruim meer dan 22,5 miljoen mensen het leven gekost, waarvan in deze eeuw ruim meer dan 2,5 miljoen (massamoorden waaraan ook andere NAVO-lidstaten, tevens VS hielenlikkers zoals Nederland hebben deelgenomen.....)......

Satellite Images Show US Airfield Expansion At Secretive Island Outpost Just Outside Chinese Missile Reach

Considered one of the most strategically important unincorporated US island outposts in the world, Wake Island is also among the most restricted territories claimed by the US (also claimed by the Marshall Islands), given it remains a key American military outpost located about halfway between Hawaii and Japan.

It has historically served as a vital staging ground for US aircraft operating in the Western Pacific and as a remote line of defense, and is more recently witnessing military build-up as part of the US Navy's “pivot toward the Pacific” — especially given rising US-China tensions and the controversial presence of two US supercarriers in the disputed South China Sea.

Fresh satellite imagery republished by The Drive shows significant expansion to facilities, including to the airfield, which has a nearly 10,000 foot runway. Military publications have previously note that  "Wake is the only 10,000-foot runway for a 4,000-mile stretch of Pacific Ocean."

The report details that images "The War Zone obtained from Planet Labs dated June 25th, 2020 shows that substantial improvements to the base have occurred recently. Based on archival satellite imagery, the major expansions to the airfield began early this year and are still underway today."

America's remote outpost deep in the Pacific, situated roughly between Japan and Hawaii, Wake Island serves as a reserve airfield should American airpower have to fallback from the far reaches of Western Pacific during a peer state conflict.

"Beyond its clear logistical utility, acting as a major hub where there isn’t another for thousands of miles, it sits outside the range of China’s and North Korea’s medium-range ballistic missiles, and largely at the end, if not entirely out of range, of their intermediate-range ballistic missiles (IRBMs)," a separate report noted.

New satellite imagery that The War Zone obtained from Planet Labs dated June 25th, 2020 shows that substantial improvements to the base have occurred recently. Based on archival satellite imagery, the major expansions to the airfield began early this year and are still underway.

The new satellite images shows the large eastern apron area's big expansion, as well as an enlarged secondary apron area on the west end on the runway. The runway itself has been completely rebuilt.

But Wake Island would be out of reach in any rapid conflict with either China or North Korea, which would target nearer bases up to and including Guam with long-range cruise missiles.

   

Thus Wake Island would be considered a first line fall-back position in any hot war with major US enemies in Asia. Conscious of this, it appears the Pentagon is busy rapidly improving the remote atoll.

* Volgens mij heeft de VS ook weer een nieuwe militaire basis ingericht in wat men tijdens de illegale Vietnamoorlog aanduidde als Noord-Vietnam en dat in de buurt van de grens met China, kan daar op het net echter geen bevestiging voor vinden. VS bezig met de voorbereiding van een militaire aanval op Noord-Korea..........

Niet alleen in Europa is de VS bezig met oorlogsvoorbereidingen tegen Rusland*, maar ook in Azië en dan met name op een aanval tegen Noord-Korea, ook al zou dit betekenen dat de VS daarmee tevens een oorlog zal uitlokken met China........ Ofwel ook dan zitten we in feite in een derde wereldoorlog.......

De Britse krant Telegraph heeft hier een artikel over gepubliceerd, waar Darius Shahtahmasebi over schrijft in een artikel voor Anti-Media. Hoewel de VS diverse mogelijkheden heeft om te overleggen met Noord-Korea, heeft deze uiterst gewelddadige terreurentiteit onder het beest Trump gekozen voor de agressieve benadering, een benadering die zelden werkt, zoals de geschiedenis laat zien..... Sterker nog: de VS wenst niet meer te onderhandelen met Noord-Korea, zoals onlangs nog eens bleek na een schuiver van Tillerson die verklaarde dat de VS wel overleg wilde, waarop hij onmiddellijk werd teruggefloten door de Trump administratie........

Het zou de bedoeling van de VS zijn de 'kernwapens' van Noord-Korea te bemachtigen dan wel uit te schakelen...... Kernwapens tussen aanhalingstekens, daar er tot nu toe niet één keer gewag werd gemaakt van nucleaire straling boven de plek van de ondergrondse kernproeven die Noord-Korea heeft gedaan. Die straling is tot een paar dagen na een kernproef bovengronds te meten, zelfs door satellieten en daarvan gaan 'er dagelijks wel een paar' over Noord-Korea heen..........

Volgens de Telegraph is het nog de vraag of de VS deze stap wel durft te zetten, niet alleen vanwege de zojuist besproken 'Noord-Koreaanse kernraketten', maar ook de eerder genoemde bemoeienis die te verwachten is van China........

Als Noord-Korea inderdaad geen kernwapens heeft, zoals ik sterk vermoed, is de kans groot dat de VS (die dit moet weten) toch een inval in het land zal uitvoeren, in de hoop dat China zich afzijdig zal houden..... De grote militaire oefening van de VS en Noord-Korea in het begin van deze maand, was gericht op een inval in Noord-Korea en dat doet het ergste vrezen........

The US Is Reportedly Preparing a Military Strike Against North Korea

(ANTIMEDIA) — According to the U.K.-based Telegraph, Donald Trump’s war of words with North Korean president Kim Jong-un has the potential to spiral into a confrontation. The U.S. is reportedly drawing up plans for a “bloody nose” military attack on North Korea.

According to the Telegraph, the aim of the strike would be to contain the North’s nuclear weapons. This is in light of the fact that the U.S. has had multiple opportunities to contain North Korea’s nuclear weapons programs diplomatically but has opted for hostile aggression, instead.

The Telegraph reports that the White House has “dramatically” stepped up its preparation for a military solution to the North Korean standoff, receiving inside information from three “well-placed sources” —two former U.S. officials and a third figure from within the Trump administration.

One of the options entails the U.S. destroying a launch site before North Korea can conduct another missile test. It would specifically target a stockpile of weapons.

“The Pentagon is trying to find options that would allow them to punch the North Koreans in the nose, get their attention and show that we’re serious,” a former U.S. security official briefed on policy told the Telegraph.

Not surprisingly, the Telegraph’s report said the Trump administration had Donald Trump’s Syria strike in April in mind as a blueprint for action against North Korea. In that context, the move would not be designed to contain or deter North Korea (such an April-inspired limited strike would achieve nothing) — it would most likely be aimed at America’s domestic population and the international community.

Whether the media will admit it or not, Trump’s Syria strike was a complete farce. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, only 23 of the 59 missiles launched actually hit the Syrian airbase in what Russia dubbed an inefficient strike. In fact, barely a day later, the airbase was back in action, deploying warplanes to bomb rebel positions in the Homs countryside.

Further, the U.S. actually gave Russia, Syria’s staunchest backer, prior notice of the strike well before it was launched. Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis said in a statement that the so-called “deconfliction” channel set up by Russia and the U.S. in Syria was used to disclose the strike to the Russian side. It is inconceivable that Russia would not have passed this warning on to Syria considering Russian personnel are on the ground there.

All Trump’s April strike did was boost his ratings and improve his standing in the media for a tiny period of time, as well as boost stock in Raytheon, the manufacturer of the Tomahawk missiles used in the attack. The purpose of the strike could not have been to deter Syria from carrying out chemical weapons attacks considering Trump ordered it before he could have possibly received any credible intelligence linking the Syrian government to the infamous chemical attack at Khan Sheikhoun.

A strike against North Korea aimed at doing damage to the country’s military without prior warning will not be received well by a hostile country that has demonstrated it has U.S. personnel well within its strike range. As Jeffrey Lewis, the director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, wrote on Twitter, “Mobile missiles don’t need launch sites, Donald.”

Putting this statement in context, Business Insider explained that North Korea has varied its launch sites, making it harder for the U.S. to track and intercept missiles.

Missing from any decent media coverage of this discussion is the little-known fact that in October of this year, it was reported that China was practicing bombing Guam, a U.S. territory. There is only one inference to be drawn from this conduct — China was sending a direct warning to the U.S. that its personnel will not be immune should a war emerge on the Korean peninsula.

No one is disputing that the U.S. could cause some serious damage to the infrastructure of North Korea, but as Business Insider eerily noted:

“The US knows what capabilities it has to counter North Korea, but not how North Korea would respond…The bloody-nose scenario comes down to a gamble on whether North Korea is ready to enter all-out war over a limited strike.” [emphasis added]

Rather than take the gamble, the U.S. could consider a more productive diplomatic option to dismantle North Korea’s nuclear program instead, one that would not result in a nuclear crisis.

Noord-Korea: VS negeert de waarschuwing van China niet door te gaan, met voorgenomen militaire oefening tegen N-K.......

De VS heeft de waarschuwing van China en Rusland in de wind geslagen en zet de jaarlijkse militaire oefening 'gewoon' door, sterker nog die is nu on volle gang....... Om te laten zien, dat het niet gaat 'om Noord-Korea niet te provoceren', zet de VS 8.000 militairen minder in dan vorig jaar, dan blijven er nog 17.000 over...... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Nee, dat scheelt echt een slok op een borrel!

De VS en Zuid-Korea oefenen jaarlijks langs de grenzen (plus de gedemilitariseerde zones en langs de territoriale wateren) van Noord-Korea, dit vanwege 'de Noord-Koreaanse dreiging....' Moet u nagaan: de VS heeft tijdens de Koreaanse oorlog van 25 juni 1950 tot 27 juli 1953, zo ongeveer heel Noord-Korea platgebombardeerd, men had op een gegeven moment zelfs geen doelen meer te bombarderen......... Naar schatting 20% van de Noord-Koreaanse bevolking werd vermoord tijdens deze smerige oorlog.......

Gezien het feit, dat de VS nog steeds het meest moderne en machtigste leger heeft, is het dus totaal niet vreemd dat men in Noord-Korea bang is voor de VS en verwoede pogingen doet een atoomwapen te ontwikkelen........* Triest genoeg is de enige bescherming tegen de uiterst agressieve VS een atoombom, zoals Khadaffi en Hoessein proefondervindelijk zouden kunnen bevestigen, ware het niet dat ze zijn vermoord nadat de VS (met hulp van oorlogshond NAVO) een illegale oorlog tegen de door hen geleidde landen begon.......

Dezelfde VS dat inclusief de doden in de Koreaanse oorlog, vanaf het einde van WOII tot nu toe meer dan 22 miljoen mensen heeft vermoord.........22 miljoen slachtoffers gevallen in: -de zojuist genoemde illegale oorlogen van de VS (inclusief het bombarderen van landen waarmee de VS niet eens in oorlog was, zoals Cambodja en Laos, ten tijde van de Vietnamoorlog)  -het op poten zetten van opstanden (middels de CIA), -geheime militaire CIA acties, -drone aanvallen (waarbij meer dan 90% van de dodelijke slachtoffers niet eens verdacht was..!!)  en -staatsgrepen...........

US Ignores China’s Warning About Inciting Tension Across East Asia

(ANTIMEDIA)  — According to the most senior official in the U.S. armed forces, canceling the upcoming joint military drills between the United States and South Korea — drills both China and North Korea have said will only ratchet up regional tension — is simply not an option.

Stating that a cancellation is “not currently on the table as part of the negotiation at any level,” Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford said Thursday the U.S. military must stay sharp and alert:

“As long as the threat in North Korea exists, we need to maintain a high state of readiness to respond to that threat.”

As Anti-Media has reported, in addition to delaying a proposed missile launch toward Guam, Kim Jong-un appeared to suggest this week that if the U.S. and South Korea decide to call off the drills, all parties can move toward de-escalation.

Considering Chairman Dunford’s comments, however, de-escalation doesn’t seem to be a priority for the United States. Nor does it seem to be a priority for the third member of the regional coalition with the U.S. and South Korea, Japan.

On Thursday, senior officials from the United States and Japan, citing the North Korean nuclear threat, announced that the two countries will bolster their military partnership.

“For this threat of North Korea, at this meeting we agreed to increase the pressure and to strengthen the alliance capability,” said Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera at a press conference in Washington, D.C.

Onodera and his countryman, Foreign Minister Taro Kono, had just had a private meeting with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis. Given the group’s announcement, no doubt a topic of discussion was Japan’s desire to install a new U.S.-supplied missile system within its borders.

From the Japan Times:

“The Defense Ministry plans to introduce a land-based Aegis missile defense system to respond to North Korea’s missile threats and will seek funding in the next fiscal year to cover system design costs, a government source said Wednesday.”

Further highlighting the increasingly interwoven nature of the two countries’ militaries in East Asia, the Japan Times writes that the defense ministry “also plans to budget a space unit that will be created within the Self-Defense Forces to protect satellites used by Japan and the United States to detect ballistic missile launches.”

As for the price of the Aegis system and its associated costs, the defense ministry will have to wait to reveal the amount “because of the need for consultations with the United States.”

*  Noord-Korea heeft geen atoomwapen: na een ondergrondse kernproef is in de dagen daarna boven de plek waar de proef werd gedaan (een plek die bekend is bij o.a. de VS) altijd radioactieve straling te bespeuren (met satellieten).
