Minnesota rechter: dronken slachtoffers mogen zonder straf worden verkracht in 'het land van de vrijen en dapperen', waar men in Texas de doodstraf wil zetten op abortus....

Ongelofelijk maar waar: het Care2 team kwam afgelopen vrijdag met een petitie tegen de meer dan achterlijke staat Minnesota waar een rechter heeft bepaald dat mensen (uiteraard vooral vrouwen en meiden) die vrijwillig teveel hebben gedronken zonder straf mogen worden verkracht......

En dan zijn er nu staten in de VS waar zelfs een abortus is verboden na een verkrachting, in Texas wil men daarvoor zelfs de doodstraf opleggen....* (daar vind je ook een petitie tegen de doodstraf op abortus zoals men deze wil doorvoeren....)

Alsof we gvd terug zijn in de middeleeuwen.......

Lees en teken de petitie ajb (en geeft het door), laat de VS zien dat een dergelijke misdaad tegen de menselijkheid niet thuishoort in de 21ste eeuw en dat de VS vooral nooit meer een grote bek moet opzetten over mensenrechtenschendingen elders!! (laat de VS eerst maar eens de heipaal uit eigen oog verwijderen voor het naar de splinter in die van een ander durft te wijzen.....)

In one of the most harrowing court rulings in recent memory, the Minnesota Supreme Court upheld an appeal to throw out the guilty verdict in a rape case — on the grounds that their law states if a victim drank alcohol willingly before the assault, it doesn't count as rape. This is codified rape culture and we cannot allow it to stay law. Sign the petition to tell Minnesota lawmakers to immediately change this law to protect survivors of sexual assault and rape.

This disgusting ruling upheld that it is apparently completely legal to rape a drunk person as long as you didn't get them drunk against their will... This kind of justification for rape is not new; it is textbook victim blaming. The reality is that regardless of how or why a person became drunk, they are too impaired to be able to give consent. In fact, the inability of a drunk person to give consent is codified into law in most places. Not in Minnesota though. If you stand with survivors, please sign this petition and tell Minnesota to immediately change this law.

In early March 2021, state Rep. Slaton introduced a bill that would not only ban all abortions and bring criminal charges of assault or homocide against individuals and doctors involved — it would also mean pregnant people and physicians could face the death penalty.

Starting with the moment of conception, pregnant individuals would be forced to carry any fetus to term, regardless of their situation. Rep. Slaton has no sympathy for survivors of rape or incest who are impregnated as a result of the attacks they endured, and they would not receive any exemption under this bill. The only exception is for rare instances of ectopic pregnancies. The wording of the bill also leaves open for debate whether or not it would also criminalize emergency contraception such as Plan B, potentially putting anyone who uses those post-coital options at risk for the death penalty, too.

One might hope that this type of outlandishly dangerous and threatening legislation — of course sponsored by a cis-gender man — would be a complete outlier. But Rep. Slaton has a lot of support. Upwards of 40 other state lawmakers support banning abortion entirely in the state, which is approximately half of all Republicans in the state's House of Representatives. On top of that, similar legislation has been introduced by other state lawmakers in the recent past, including in 2017 and 2019.

This type of willful assault on pregnant individuals, including survivors of rape and incest, is untenable and must be urgently stopped.

Voormalig FBI agent wordt veroordeeld voor lek >> FBI doet aan etnisch profileren......

De 39 jarige Terry James Albury, een voormalig FBI agent, kreeg 4 jaar onvoorwaardelijke gevangenisstraf opgelegd door een rechter in Saint Paul, de hoofdstad van Minnesota. Middels het lekken van 50 geheime documenten toonde Albury aan dat de FBI aan etnisch profileren doet en zoals je begrijpt is dit etnisch profileren ontoelaatbaar, echter niet in de VS....*

Echter in 'the land of the free' is alles mogelijk, dus ook een rechter die vindt dat Albury met het lekken van deze documenten de staatsveiligheid in gevaar heeft gebracht...... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, uiterst gevaarlijk als je bewijst dat de FBI een racistische dienst is, de witten moeten natuurlijk wel ongestoord en in het geniep de zwarten onder de duim kunnen houden, op wat voor manier dan ook........

Onbegrijpelijk dat de rechter Albury schuldig verklaarde, ze is dan ook een witte rechter t.w.: Wilhelmina Wright.....

Inderdaad, Albury hoort niet in psychopaten organisatie FBI, immers bij die organisatie ontbreekt het aan elk moreel besef en integriteit!

Ongelofelijk te zien hoe Albury zich heeft gevoegd naar de aanklager en zichzelf de schuld in de schoenen schoof, dit in de hoop gevangenisstraf te ontlopen (het zogenaamde plea bargain**), terwijl deze klokkenluider op de schouders zou moeten worden gehesen door het openbaren van dit zware onrecht.....***  Ach ja, ook met klokkenluiders in Nederland loopt het veel te vaak slecht af......

Former FBI Agent Who Outed Bureau’s Racial Profiling Sentenced to 4 Years for Leaking Classified Documents

A former Minnesota FBI agent was sentenced to prison on Thursday in Saint Paul’s U.S. District Court after leaking classified information.

39-year-old Terry James Albury left the courthouse as soon as he was handed down his four year sentence plus an additional three years of supervised release. He agreed to surrender to a date that will likely be determined within the next 45-60 days according to KTSP.

Albury pleads guilty in April to one count each of retention of national defense information and unauthorized disclosure of national defense information. He worked as a liaison with Border Protection at MSP International Airport and Department of Customs in 2016-2017 and as an FBI Special Agent in Minnesota within the same time period.

The defendant held a Top Secret Information security clearance because of his work with the FBI and had access to “sensitive and classified FBI and other U.S. government information” according to law officials.

The prosecution claimed Albury stole more than 50 classified documents and shared national defense information to a reporter from the online news outlet Intercept. One of the documents classified as “secret” included information on how to the FBI assesses confidential informants and a document “relating to threats posed by certain individuals from a particular Middle Eastern country.”

Albury told the court he leaked the documents because he felt the FBI policies were an act of racial profiling which he regarded as “suspicion” and “disrespect.” His attorneys said Albury acted out of “conscience” and was troubled by the racism within the bureau.

U.S. District Judge Wilhelmina Wright said Albury abused his position as an FBI agent and placed the United States in danger.

“You did so knowingly. You did so willingly,” Wright told Albury in court. “You knew that what you did was a criminal act, and you knew that you were putting the nation’s security at risk.”

She added, “I’m not blind to the racism in our society… I’m not blind to being a minority. … “But that’s not an excuse.”

Before Wright sentenced the 39-year-old to prison, he told the judge, “I sincerely wanted to make a difference a difference and never wanted to put anyone in danger.”

The defendant said he fully accepted “responsibility for what” he did and apologized to his “family and former colleagues.”

Albury’s legal team hoped he’d get probation because of his two young children and wife. However, Judge Wright said his sentencing reflects the seriousness of the offenses he committed and should hinder others from doing the same.

Special Agent Jill Sanborn who’s in charge of the Minneapolis Field Division released the following statement:

“Former Agent Albury’s conduct was an act of selfishness in an organization full of selfless people and today’s sentence will serve as an appropriate punishment for his criminal conduct. … He betrayed his colleagues and the trust the public puts in the men and women of the FBI to keep them and our communities safe.”

*    Hoewel velen ook in de politiek en politie van ons land vinden dat dit etnisch profileren wel moet kunnen en vindt deze vorm van discriminatie dan ook nog steeds dagelijks plaats in ons land........

**  Plea bargain: je kan je in veel gevallen beter schuldig verklaren, zelfs als je iets niet gedaan hebt, daar je anders een veel hogere straf krijgt.... Naar zo'n land levert Nederland zelfs de eigen burgers uit.....

*** Vergeet daarbij niet dat na aanhouding middels etnisch profileren, jaarlijks ook nog eens een enorm aantal onschuldig mensen in de VS door de politie worden doodgeschoten, ofwel vermoord en dat alleen daar ze 'de pech hebben' gekleurd te zijn...... De VS 'land of the free...' (althans als je als burger wit bent, geen kritiek levert op de regering en geld op de bank hebt.....)

Obama: moorden op 5 agenten in Dallas zijn zinloos en niet te rechtvaardigen.......

Obama zei de woorden in de kop, als reactie op het doodschieten van 5 agenten in Dallas, waarbij hij expliciet meldde, dat deze moorden 'senseless' (zinloos) zijn een dat er geen justification (rechtvaardiging) voor is.........

'Senseless?' Als je nagaat dat er alleen dit jaar al 551 gekleurde personen zijn vermoord door de politie in de VS (let wel: zonder enige 'rechtvaardiging!'), moet je niet vreemd opkijken dat mensen die geestelijk 'wat minder beheersing' hebben, uiteindelijk het recht in eigen hand nemen........

Tel daar een enorm aantal gekleurde veteranen bij op, goed getraind, waaronder een aantal scherpschutters, veteranen die na hun baan in het leger, in de burgermaatschappij niet aan de bak zijn gekomen, daar de meesten volkomen verknipt uit oorlogen terug zijn gekomen en je hebt een mix, die om het zacht te zeggen, uiterst explosief is....... Al zijn er intussen genoeg zwaar gefrustreerde, gekleurde mensen, nog steeds tweede klas bugers in de VS, die het wangedrag, discriminatie en geweld tegen hen zo zat zijn, die ook zonder een militaire training de wapens kunnen/zullen grijpen.......

Een en ander leidde tot het geweld in Dallas, daar in Minnesota eerder een gekleurde man, Philano Castilo (32 jaar) werd doodgeschoten bij een verkeerscontrole....... De vriendin van Castilo fillmde het gebeuren en zette dit direct op het internet...... Hier een link naar het verslag en video, op de webpagina van de Washington Post. Dit was trouwens de tweede gekleurde man die binnen 48 uur 'senseless' en zonder 'justification' werd neergeschoten door de politie in de VS.

Uiteraard valt moord niet goed te praten, maar zeggen dat deze moorden 'senseless' zijn en er geen 'justification' (bij geestelijk kapotgemaakte mensen) voor is, gaat wel erg snel door de bocht........ Dit in 'een land' (federatie) waar in de meeste staten wapenbezit is toegestaan, in een aantal staten mag je wapens zelfs zichtbaar dragen......

Terreur veroorzaakt terreur!

Obama zei e.e.a. vandaag op de NAVO top in Polen, waar men bedenkt en afspreekt hoe Rusland aan te vallen en zo WOIII te ontketenen. De persoonlijk aarslikker van Obama, Stoltenberg die opperhoofd van de NAVO mag spelen (met toestemming van de VS), stelde aan het begin al, dat er wel weer extra troepen langs de Russische grens worden gestationeerd, maar dat het niet de bedoeling is Rusland daarmee te schofferen.......... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Nee, hoe verzin je 't!!! Over 'senseless en justification' gesproken..........
