'Vote Shaming, 'progressieve Amerikanen' demoniseren kiezers die niet Democratisch of Republikeins stemmen

In de VS hebben figuren als Bill Maher hun progressieve masker afgeworpen en hun pijlen gericht op burgers die weigeren te stemmen op het tweekoppige monster bestaande uit de Republikeinse en Democratische Partij.... Maher c.s hebben het gore lef te stellen dat deze stemmers de meest giftige wereldburgers zijn....... Echter deze stemmers hebben groot gelijk, immers of je nu door de hond of de kat wordt gebeten, het blijft bijten en het gevoerde beleid wijkt in de praktijk amper af.......

De Democraten zetten zich af tegen de ongelijke behandeling van de grote onderlaag in de VS echter de praktijk laat zien dat ook de Democraten zich amper inzetten voor deze grote groep......

Wat betreft de grootschalige VS terreur over de wereld voeren deze 2 partijen hetzelfde agressieve beleid, waar velen denken dat de Democraten meer vredelievend zijn, heeft Obama laten zien dat het geen bliksem uitmaakt: hij was de volledige 2 termijnen in oorlog verwikkeld en dat als de eerste president sinds de VS onafhankelijk is..... (terwijl Obama Nobelprijs voor de Vrede winnaar is.....)

Caitlin Johnstone* heeft een artikel geschreven over deze zaak en ze noemt daarbij 21 punten die aangeven dat de stemmers die op een derde partij stemmen, groot gelijk hebben. Zo voert ze bijvoorbeeld aan dat de Republikeinse partij als het aan de macht is, een zo rechts mogelijk beleid voert, echter als de Democraten daarna aan de macht komen, wordt er niets teruggedraaid, hoe onrechtvaardig bepaalde zaken ook zijn.....

Zoals je begrijpt richt Johnstone vooral haar kritiek op de Democraten, daar deze het van de daken schreeuwen dat zaken niet eerlijk verlopen, maar eenmaal aan de macht hetzelfde doen. Neem de persvrijheid: de Democraten vinden dat de persvrijheid heilig is, echter als het om Julian Assange gaat willen ze deze, zoals Trump dat wenst, uitgeleverd hebben aan de VS, terwijl Assange niets anders heeft gedaan dan z'n werk (en dat uitstekend!!) en gebruik maken van de persvrijheid, terwijl de leugen dat hij mensen in gevaar heeft gebracht al lang en breed is doorgeprikt...... 

 

Voorts beschuldigen de Democraten de alternatieve media van het brengen van fake news (nepnieuws), terwijl de reguliere (massa-) media zich daar keer op keer schuldig aan maken, neem alleen al de aanloop naar- en het verloop van de illegale oorlogen die de VS voerde en voert.....

 

Kortom de Democraten willen in feite dat de echte media (de alternatieve media) aan banden worden gelegd en dat ten gunste van de reguliere media die over het algemeen het beleid steunen (m.n. het bloedige buitenlandbeleid) van: -de zittende administratie, -het militair-industrieel complex, -de financiële sector en -het andere grote bedrijfsleven...... (de eerste twee, of eigenlijk drie overlappen elkaar gedeeltelijk)

Lees het artikel van Johnstone (van 29 september jl.) en denk daaraan als je bijvoorbeeld het volgende debat tussen Trump en Biden kijkt of beluistert (Joe Binden wil dat alleen als Trump virusvrij is..... ha! ha! ha! Kortom hij is bang voor Trump), Trump en Biden, 2 oorlogsmisdadigers en lobbyisten voor de wapenfabrikanten, het verdere grote bedrijfsleven en de financiële sector........

On Vote Shaming: 21 Ways Supporting The US Establishment Is Worse Than Voting Third Party

The vote-shaming engines have predictably kicked into high gear in America as the presidential election approaches, with shitlib pundits like Bill Maher doing their part to paint third-party voters as the most toxic people in the world.

Which is of course ridiculous. I have no strong opinions about how Americans should vote in November, but it's obvious that in terms of toxicity third-party voters are not on the list of people who are worthy of criticism. The dire situation humanity now finds itself in under the leadership of the US hegemon is not the fault of a small fringe faction which doesn't want to support oligarch-coddling ecocidal warmongers, it's the fault of those who help preserve America's oligarchic ecocidal warmongering status quo.

Contrary to the stock template lines that establishment spinmeisters are regurgitating to bully the left into submission, here are 21 things which are in fact a lot more crazy, selfish, stupid and privileged than voting third party:

1. Supporting a two-headed one-party system in the most powerful government on earth which has plagued our planet with endless war and ecocide and marched humanity to the brink of extinction.

2. Continuing to support a political system which is wholly owned and operated by the wealthy, leaving zero effective influence over US policy in the hands of ordinary Americans and immense influence in the hands of the very rich.

3. Continuing to support a system which consistently deceives the American people into consenting to oppressive neoliberal exploitation at home and bloodthirsty neoconservative warmongering abroad, both of which always hurt the most impoverished and disadvantaged groups worst.

4. Continuing to support a two-headed one-party system where one head always pushes as far to the right as possible when in power and the other head never moves things back leftward even one iota when it is.

5. Continuing to support a political establishment which rehabilitates war criminals like George W Bush, Bill Kristol, David Frum and John Bolton while demonizing anyone who refused to vote for a warmonger.

6. Supporting a political party which has been consistently attacking Donald Trump from the right on foreign policy, pushing him to escalate cold war tensions with Russia further and further and shrieking hysterically if he makes the slightest move toward deescalation anywhere.

7. Supporting a political party which is designed to co-opt all leftward populism and railroad it into support for an establishment which promotes war and oligarchy while depriving Americans of the same social safety nets afforded to everyone in every other major country on earth.

8. Supporting a party which claims to support press freedoms while cheerleading Trump's extradition of Julian Assange, a move which if successful will cripple press freedoms around the globe and make it impossible to hold the world's most powerful government to account.

9. Supporting a political party which has spent Trump's term galvanizing its base around the psychopathic CIA and J Edgar Hoover's minority-oppressing, left-punching FBI while doing everything it can to stamp out any leftist zeitgeist within its ranks.

10. Continuing to support a mass media structure which works every day to deceive Americans into supporting their own impoverishment while weapons of war are spread across the planet at massive expense.

11. Supporting a political establishment which promises slow, incremental change and actually delivers no change whatsoever while our species slides off the cliff of extinction, taking out the most impoverished and marginalized first.

12. Pretending foreign policy just doesn't exist, or if it does exist pretending Joe Biden isn't a lifelong warmonger who has spent his entire campaign attacking Trump for being insufficiently hawkish in most spheres of international conflict.

13. Ignoring the fact that both parties are working in support of world-threatening cold war escalations against both Russia and China, a multifront campaign whose complexity increases the probability of something going cataclysmically wrong even more than the last cold war.

14. Pretending a party that's done exactly nothing for America's disempowered communities isn't directly responsible for the poverty, police brutality, mass incarceration, exploitation and oppression those communities face today.

15. Pretending a return to how things were before Trump's presidency wouldn't just be a return to the conditions which created Trump's presidency.

16. Pretending Obama, who destroyed Libya, devastated Syria, facilitated the rape of Yemen, intervened in Ukraine, maintained and expanded all of Bush's most depraved policies and did nothing for the people who elected him, was a good president.

17. Continuing to support a political system where everything keeps getting worse no matter which oligarchic puppet Americans elect.

18. Putting your head in the sand and pretending everything will be fine once a Democrat is in charge, again.

19. Supporting a novelty joke party with fake primaries which are always rigged to ensure victory for the safest oligarchic puppet instead of pushing for something resembling actual democracy.

20. Promoting the lie that if you just keep doing something that has never, ever worked, this time it might produce different results.

21. Lulling people back to sleep when the only thing that can help ordinary people is for them to start waking up and using the power of their numbers to force drastic, revolutionary change.

 

It’s easy to advocate incrementalism when you’re not living hand to mouth. It’s selfish to think that acting on climate change can be rolled out over many decades so as not to upset the corporate donors of your favorite politicians. It’s the height of entitlement to close the door to progressives inside the Democratic Party and then throw a shit fit when they vote for another party. It’s hypocritical to hyperventilate about election-rigging Russians while secretly, and then openly, rigging primaries against progressives.

Supporting the continued existence of a fake two-party system which advances exploitative agendas hurts the most vulnerable populations in America and in the entire world. Acting self-righteous because you actively support that system while spitting on the people who are trying to change it is selfish, is stupid, is hypocritical, and is a mark of extreme privilege.

Republikeinse en Democratische senatoren proberen de verkiezingen in Venezuela te saboteren

CodePink is een petitie gestart die gericht is op de Democratische senator Ben Cardin (VS) en van hem te eisen te stoppen met het saboteren van de NB democratische verkiezingen in Venezuela die gepland staan voor 6 december a.s.......

Cardin doet in deze mee met de Republikeinse senator Marco Rubio, die eist dat de EU met haar vertegenwoordiger voor de VN, Joseph Borell, stopt met de dialoog die hij voert met de Venezolaanse regering over die verkiezingen....... Dit terwijl de EU ook nog 'het gore lef heeft' om de verkiezingen in Venezuela te laten controleren door een vertegenwoordigersmissie..... Kijk 'dat  kan niet de bedoeling zijn', immers veronderstel dat die controleurs tot de conclusie komen dat de verkiezingen in Venezuela eerlijk en goed zijn verlopen, 'je moet er niet aan denken!!!' (althans als je behoort één van de vele psychopathische politici van de Republikeinse of Democratische Partij in de VS) Overigens ook de laatste verkiezingen in Venezuela werden als eerlijk beoordeeld door internationale waarnemers.

Ofwel Rubio en Cardin wensen geen verkiezingen, daar ze weten dat Maduro's partij deze verkiezingen zal winnen en zoals gezegd 'dat kan natuurlijk niet de bedoeling zijn' als je een democratisch gekozen bewind wil wippen middels een staatsgreep...... Meerdere leiders van Venezolaanse oppositiepartijen hebben al aangegeven deel te zullen nemen aan de verkiezingen, als reactie daarop heeft Trump sancties uitgevaardigd tegen vier van de belangrijkste oppositiepartijen en hun leiders..... 

En nee, de door de VS geparachuteerde neppresident Juan Guaidó doet niet mee, waar de VS (plus Canada en de EU) deze fascistische psychopaat aanmerkt als oppositieleider en dat was hij ten enenmale niet, immers zijn partij was vóór het illegale ingrijpen van de VS goed voor een paar te verwaarlozen zetels..... Hij werd dan ook door de VS gekozen daar hij de VS weer het land binnen wil halen en de nationalisaties terug wil draaien die werden doorgevoerd door de (onder verdachte omstandigheden) overleden voorganger van Maduro, Hugo Chavez.......

Dan nog het volgende: Joe Biden heeft al beloofd dat hij Venezuela militair zal aanpakken als hij de presidentsverkiezingen (van 3 november a.s.) wint....... Ofwel deze oorlogsmisdadiger gaat nog een 'paar stappen' verder dan Trump.......

Lees de tekst en de petitietekst, een petitie die wij (als EU burgers) dom genoeg niet kunnen tekenen en geeft het door, de hoogste tijd dat de EU stopte met de onmenselijke sancties tegen Venezuela, sancties die samen met die van de VS en Canada intussen aan 50.000 mensen het leven hebben gekost........ (in tegenstelling tot wat de VS liegt, vallen onder die sancties o.a. medicijnen, voedsel en brandstof.....) Why is Senator Cardin trying to sabotage Venezuela’s elections?

Proving once again that the hybrid war on Venezuela is bipartisan, Democratic Senator Ben Cardin joined Republican Senator Marco Rubio — the chief proponent of regime change in Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua — in sending a letter to European Union High Representative Josep Borrell asking the EU to stop engaging in dialogue with the Venezuelan government and calling on the EU to “denounce” Venezuela’s December 6 National Assembly elections rather than participate as an electoral observer. 

Venezuela is suffering from brutal U.S. sanctions, repeated and violent coup attempts, and a deeply polarized electorate. Legislative elections are expected to go a long way towards easing tensions. Why are top Democrats like Cardin so intent on interfering in Venezuela’s internal affairs? 

Tell Senator Cardin that rather than trying to sabotage talks between Venezuela and the EU, the US should follow the EU path of dialogue.

The Trump administration is attempting to delegitimize Venezuela’s elections months before they’re scheduled to occur. Venezuela is using the same electoral system it always has — the system which is audited every step of the way, prints paper receipts of electronic votes and confirmed an opposition victory in the 2015 elections. Opposition leaders and parties representing millions of Venezuelan voters have said they will participate in the elections. As a result, the Trump administration issued sanctions against four of these leaders for wanting to participate democratically. Only the factions supported financially, logistically and politically by the Trump administration are still boycotting the elections — knowing that continued U.S. support is contingent upon it. It is clear interference to sanction those who participate in elections while rewarding those who boycott.

What we’re seeing now in terms of Venezuela policy is a repeat of 2018, when the Trump administration condemned Venezuela’s presidential elections before they were even scheduled! Unfortunately, no Democrats in Congress challenged the administration’s strategy or the “logic” behind denouncing elections months before they occur. This decision led directly to Juan Guaidó’s self-proclamation as president in January 2019 and the mess created by his destabilization, calls for sanctions and threats of war. Will the U.S. set up a parallel National Assembly after it fails to recognize the winners in December?

Tell Senator Cardin that the people of the U.S. have had enough of parallel governments, regime change and electoral interference in Venezuela!

Regardless of who wins in our own elections in November, it seems as though the sanctions and intervention in Venezuela's affairs will continue. We have to keep the pressure on our elected officials, whether Democrat or Republican, to insist that the people of Venezuela deserve to have their sovereignty respected. Just as Americans oppose outside intervention in our elections, so we must oppose the efforts of our government to impose its will overseas.

De Democratische Conventie heeft eens te meer duidelijk gemaakt dat met een Democraat in het Witte Huis de kans op een verlichting van de ongebreidelde VS terreur in diverse buitenlanden geen sprake zal zijn..... Vorige week dinsdagavond werd in de VS een van te voren opgenomen video uitgezonden, waarin een groep van 7 militaire, geheime dienst en diplomatieke beambten werden getoond, deze figuren stelden dat de Trump administratie niet agressief genoeg optreedt in het Midden-Oosten*, en tegen Rusland, China, Iran en Venezuela......

Ongelofelijk dat ook Colin Powell deel uitmaakte van de 7, dat deze vreselijke oorlogsmisdadiger zijn mond nog open durft te doen is een gotspe!! De schoft stelde dat niemand zal durven opstaan tegen Biden daar ze zullen weten wat 'business' is onder Biden, je weet wel dezelfde 'business' die met de leugens van Powell werd losgelaten op Irak en die daar intussen aan meer dan 2 miljoen mensen het leven heeft gekost, ofwel mensen die zijn vermoord door de VS en haar hielenlikkende NAVO partners als Nederland.......

           

Zoals al zo vaak gesteld (ook op deze plek) met Biden als president zal de wereld er bepaald niet vreedzamer op worden en dat is een beangstigend feit!! (vooral beangstigend voor de bevolkingen van landen die zich weigeren te schikken naar de VS hegemonie.....)

The Biden campaign and the attempt to “rescue” American hegemony

August 23, 2020 "Information Clearing House" -  Over the past week, the American public was subjected to an eight-hour infomercial, officially termed by the Democratic Party a “convention,” in which the long-time political reactionary Joe Biden was packaged simultaneously as the great American everyman and a miracle cure for America’s problems.

Amid celebrity cameos, empty platitudes, and unconvincing “personal” anecdotes, the vast majority of this week’s telethon was devoid of any actual discussion of program and policies. Behind the hoopla, however, there are significant conflicts within the ruling class, centered primarily on issues of foreign policy.

These conflicts were partially revealed on Tuesday night, when the convention aired a pre-recorded segment featuring a group of seven military, intelligence and diplomatic officials who claimed that the Trump administration was not fighting the US wars in the Middle East and pursuing its conflicts with Russia and China aggressively enough.

Commenting on Trump’s Middle East policy, Brett McGurk, in charge of the US operations in the Middle East under Obama, said, “Our military had a policy to maintain our presence in Syria,” which Trump went on to “abandon.” He concluded, “It’s shameful.”

Rose Gottemoeller, former Deputy Secretary General of NATO, concluded that Trump “hasn’t been standing up” to Russia and China “at all.” Another State Department official added, “Thanks to Donald Trump, our adversaries are stronger, and bolder.”

Following the segment, General Colin Powell added that Biden “will make it his job to know when anyone dares to threaten us, he will stand up to our adversaries with strength and experience. They will know he means business.” The “business” for which Powell is best known is the destruction of Iraq and the death of one million of its inhabitants, based on false claims about “weapons of mass destruction.”

These themes were expanded upon in a letter published Friday by a group of 72 high-level intelligence and military officials—and war criminals—headed by former CIA and NSA director Michael Hayden, declaring their support for Biden.

The first of the letter’s ten bullet points states that Trump “has called NATO ‘obsolete,’ branded Europe a ‘foe,’ mocked the leaders of America’s closest friends, and threatened to terminate longstanding US alliances.” As a result, the letter concludes, “ Donald Trump has gravely damaged America’s role as a world leader.”

In other words, the present administration has undermined the fundamental geostrategic aims that have led the United States into three decades of war: The effort to control the Eurasian landmass, including the Middle East.

In the four years since Trump became the Republican nominee, a ferocious conflict has been raging within the ruling class, centered on differences over foreign policy, and in particular the “hot war” being waged between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian forces in its Eastern regions after the US-backed coup in 2014.

Instead of focusing on the conflict with Russia that has been the preeminent concern of much of the foreign policy establishment, the Trump administration has been preoccupied with stunting the economic growth of China while building up US military capabilities to fight a war in the Pacific.

But here, too, the military and intelligence figures aligned with the Biden campaign feel that the White House has been ineffective. As two of the letter’s signatories wrote in an article in Foreign Policy magazine, “Trump has confronted China by starting trade wars with everyone else” rather than involving other imperialist states. “Major democratic powers including Japan, France, and Canada are desperate to work with the United States to blunt China’s predatory technology policies.”

From the standpoint of the ruling class, it is primarily these differences over foreign policy, not domestic policy, that are being fought out in the election. Facing the greatest social and economic crisis since the Great Depression, domestic policy has been conducted on a largely bipartisan basis. The CARES Act, which sanctioned the multi-trillion-dollar bailout of Wall Street while starving testing and contact tracing, passed unanimously in the Senate and by an unrecorded voice vote in the House.

The latest issue of Foreign Affairs, one of the main journals of US geopolitics, lays out some of the concerns of the dominant factions of the state. “After nearly four years of turbulence,” the lead editorial states, “the country’s enemies are stronger, its friends are weaker, and the United States itself is increasingly isolated and prostrate.”

Its concern is that Trump has proven an unreliable steward of the interests of the ruling class abroad. “Dragging his party and the executive branch along, the president has reshaped national policy in his own image: focused on short-term advantage, obsessed with money, and uninterested in everything else.”

The magazine’s lead story declares that Trump’s unstable and erratic foreign policy has resulted in a situation in which “China is wealthier and stronger, North Korea has more nuclear weapons and better missiles… and Nicolás Maduro is more entrenched in Venezuela, as is Bashar al-Assad in Syria.”

From the standpoint of the Biden campaign, the solution to all of these crises is to reassert American dominance and “leadership” over its traditional allies in Europe and Japan in order to pursue a more aggressive US policy against Russia and China. The United States must again be the world hegemon.

The central focus of the new administration will be “reclaiming America’s place in the world” through the reassertion of “American exceptionalism,” stated Joe Biden adviser Jake Sullivan in the Atlantic .

Earlier this year, Biden published an article entitled “Rescuing U.S. Foreign Policy After Trump” in the March/April issue of Foreign Affairs. In that article, he declares, that “to counter Russian aggression, we must keep the alliance’s military capabilities sharp.” At the same time, the United States needs to “get tough with China.” The “most effective way to meet that challenge is to build a united front of U.S. allies and partners to confront China.”

But while the latest issue of Foreign Affairs may be titled “The World Trump Made,” the geopolitical debacle facing the United States did not spring from Trump’s head. Trump did not make the “world.” Rather, the “world”—and, specifically, the crisis of American imperialism—made Trump.

The decline in the hegemonic position of the United States extends over a period of decades and was already evident prior to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990-91. The dissolution of American imperialism’s Cold War adversary was seized on by the strategists of the American ruling class to declare a “unipolar moment.” The United States could utilize its unrivaled military power to counter its declining economic position through force.

The endless series of wars launched by the United States over the past three decades have destroyed entire societies—in Iraq, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen, among others. But they have failed to reverse US imperialism’s fortunes. Moreover, they have profoundly distorted and brutalized American society itself: a process of which the fascistic Trump administration is an expression.

Even prior to Trump’s inauguration, there were growing tensions between the US and its erstwhile allies in Europe. The coronavirus pandemic and the disastrous response of the ruling class to it—a policy that has been bipartisan—has further eroded the global position of American capitalism.

American imperialism confronts intractable problems, and first among them is the growth of social opposition within the United States itself. Among the considerations motivating support for the Biden campaign within the ruling class is the hope that it can somehow establish a broader base for imperialist aggression abroad. The promotion of identity politics is aimed at further integrating privileged sections of the upper middle class behind the project of global domination. This is what Kamala Harris represents.

A Biden/Harris administration will not inaugurate a new dawn of American hegemony. 
Rather, the attempt to assert this hegemony will be through unprecedented violence. If it is brought to power—with the support of the assemblage of reactionaries responsible for the worst crimes of the 21st century—it will be committed to a vast expansion of war. Trump and Pompeo are barreling headlong toward a conflict with China. Biden’s critique of this disastrous course is that the United States needs to get “tough,” whether against Russia, China, Afghanistan, Syria, or everywhere in between.

The American ruling class, moreover, confronts in the growth of the class struggle the most serious threat to its geopolitical ambitions.

Whichever course is ultimately determined by the election, US imperialism has, as the World Socialist Web Site warned in the run-up to the Iraq war, a “rendezvous with disaster.” All factions of the US state are united on a course of action that will lead to the deaths of countless millions. The struggle against war will not go forward through the selection of either Trump or Biden, but through the independent struggle of the working class.

Caitlin Johnstone heeft in een kort en bondig artikel uitgelegd, dat 'the lesser of two evils' (de minste van twee kwaden) een niet bestaand concept is als het gaat om de presidentsverkiezingen van a.s. november in de VS, immers of een land nu wordt aangevallen door een Republikeinse of Democratische administratie, maakt geen verschil in de ellende waarin het 'slachtoffervolk' terechtkomt, ook al zeggen die administraties dat ze e.e.a doen voor het eigen bestwil van dat volk en 'het brengen van democratie' (en daarbij wordt maar al te vaak een land aangevallen dat een democratische gekozen regering heeft en waarbij die regering werd verkozen in verkiezingen die werden gecontroleerd door internationale waarnemers en door hen werden goedgekeurd...).....

Overigens bleek tijdens de Democratische Conventie van vorige week dat Biden een veel agressievere buitenlandpolitiek voorstaat dan de Trump administratie heeft laten zien, doelen o.a. het Midden-Oosten, Rusland en China (en reken maar dat Biden onder het Midden-Oosten ook Iran rekent......) Kortom het feit dat de VS in feite het Vierde Rijks is en daarmee de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, zal niet veranderen met oorlogsmisdadiger Biden...... In een later bericht zal ik wat verder ingaan op die Democratische conventie.

Lees dit korte schrijven van Johnstone, waarin ze ook nog even ingaat op religies die in feite zijn bedacht om mensen koest te houden en netjes in het gareel te laten lopen, ook al is dat gareel in het grootste deel van de gevallen dood en vernietiging brengen, zo heeft de geschiedenis iets te vaak laten zien...... Vergeet bijvoorbeeld niet dat de genocide op de 'indianen' in de VS werd uitgevoerd met de bijbel in de hand!! A Lesser Evil: Notes From The Edge Of The Narrative Matrix

I really don't mean to be a pest about this but we are still trapped on a planet where people without functioning empathy centers are waving literal armageddon weapons around in the name of a made-up concept called unipolarism. We should probably put a stop to that.

If you see two separate mainstream political parties, it looks like one is the lesser evil. If you see two oligarchic sock puppets held by the same oligarchy, it looks like they're both being used to bully you into consenting to an entire system which isn't designed to serve you.

If you see the latter, what is the correct response? What is the correct response to someone saying you must beg them to punch you with their left hand or they'll punch you a bit harder with their right? Is it to beg for the left fist? Or is it to knock your abuser the fuck out?

When the oligarchy tells you "Vote for my left party or my right party will take away your civil rights", the correct response is not bowing to its demands, nor voting right-wing out of spite, nor even merely voting third party. The only correct response is to tear down the oligarchy.

When you have monopolistic tech giants openly coordinating with their government and censoring countries their government doesn't like on behalf of their government, what you have is called government censorship.

QAnoners sometimes say to me "Why are you attacking us?? We're on the same side!" No we're not. We're on exact opposite sides. I oppose the ruling power establishment, you support it. You've been duped into backing one of the US establishment parties like any other partisan hack.

Write about the world's problems in a way that ordinary people can understand and you'll open a lot of eyes, but you won't get kudos from elitist commentators. Write in a way that only elitist commentators can understand and you'll receive plenty of kudos, but you won't open any eyes.

Imperialists who defend US warmongering with "But World War Two!" are actually admitting that their worldview is garbage by the fact that they have to reach back 75 years to find a US war they can actually justify in their minds.

To understand the world it's not enough to be intelligent, you've also got to be dedicated to learning what's true. Most aren't; they're dedicated to defending their own interests and worldviews. Smart people will often just use clever arguments to defend their false worldview.

The way bombing creates extremism which is used to justify more bombing is one of the most psychopathically brilliant scams ever devised.
