Professor Boyle: Obama de oorlogsmisdadiger die alle wetten met voeten heeft getreden, zou levenslang gevangen moeten zitten in Den Haag

Professor Boyle geeft al 41 jaar lang onderwijs aan de Harvard Law School, waar ook Obama studeerde. Volgens Boyle heeft Obama alle regels aangaande de rechtsstaat geschonden, sterker nog: Obama heeft zelfs de grondwet van de VS geschonden.......

Boyle stelt dat e.e.a Obama veel zwaarder is aan te rekenen dan bijvoorbeeld Bush en Trump, daar hij rechten heeft gestudeerd. Dit alles terwijl Obama tijdens diens presidentschap letterlijk stelde dat hij zeer goed is in het vermoorden van mensen.......

Niet alleen vermoordde Obama een groot aantal mensen in de illegale oorlogen die hij begon tegen Libië en Syrië*, maar ook de duizenden mensen die hij vermoordde met zijn 'drone programma', waar meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens als verdacht te boek stond, dus je raadt het al: vooral vrouwen en kinderen......  

Daarnaast breidde Obama het aantal militairen in Afghanistan fiks uit en ook daar beging de VS, zoals overal waar deze grootste terreurentiteit oorlog voert, enorme oorlogsmisdaden.... Zoals het bombarderen van een Artsen zonder Grenzen (MSF) ziekenhuis en dat een uur lang, terwijl het VS oppercommando meermaals werd gevraagd te stoppen met bombarderen........

Lees dit helaas enigszins krom geschreven artikel dat wel een heel duidelijk beeld geeft hoe Obama niet alleen wetten met voeten heeft getreden, maar ook zijn verkiezingsbeloften heeft geschonden (al vanaf zijn eerste termijn....)...

Ofwel: gezien het voorgaande had ook Obama levenslang gevangen moeten zitten in Den Haag......

September 14, 2018 "Information Clearing House" -  I am Francis Boyle, Professor of Law here at the College of Law. I’m the Senior Professor at the College of Law. I’ve taught here 41 years in a row without a break. I know Obama. He was behind me at Harvard Law School. Obama abandoned and betrayed every Principle about the Rule of Law that I learned at Harvard Law School including the United States Constitution.

I was fairly disposed towards Obama. When the Black Law Students brought him over here to the Law School from Springfield to speak, I went over there. I sat next to Obama. I introduced myself to Obama. I told Obama I couldn’t stay. I had to go home for dinner with my family. He said he understood. I wished him well and I shook his hand. I was the only Law Professor there that day. I am here to condemn Obama as a war criminal and worse.

The University of Illinois is giving him an “ethics in government” award. This is a sick joke and a demented fraud! The University of Illinois, for its own typical bootlicking reasons, wants to whitewash all of Obama’s international crimes. Obama should be sitting in a jail cell in The Hague with the International Criminal Court and not here getting some bogus “ethics in government” award from the bootlickers of the University of Illinois campus bigwigs.

I’m not the only one to say that. Obama and I had the same Jurisprudence Teacher – Philosophy of Law – at Harvard Law School, Professor Roberto Unger, the founder of the Critical Legal Studies Movement. What did our Teacher say about Obama on BBC Hard Talk and elsewhere?: “Obama is a disaster!” Again, Professor Unger, our teacher, said: “Obama is a disaster!” I agree with Professor Unger, one of the great philosophers of law in the post-World War 2 era. And I’ve been teaching Jurisprudence since I came here in 1978.

Now don’t just take Professor Unger’s words for it. What does Professor Noam Chomsky have to say about Obama and his drone murder extermination campaign against Muslims, Arabs, Asians of Color all over the world? Here’s Professor Noam Chomsky: “…particularly to the drone assassinations, the most extreme terrorist campaign of modern times – which have killed more than 5,000 people, including U.S. citizens and hundreds of children.” That is Noam Chomsky, one of the great intellectuals in the world and a personal hero of mine when he was leading the forces of opposition to the Vietnam War that I was opposing as a young man. That’s how Chomsky referred to Obama’s drone murder campaign: “…the most extreme terrorist campaign of modern times…” That’s amazing to think of! That’s the person here that the University of Illinois is whitewashing. That figure today on his drone murder extermination campaign is up to at least ten thousand. Trump is just continuing it.

Indeed, Trump is just continuing across the board policies that Obama put in place. The difference between Trump and Obama and Obama and Bush Jr. is that Obama knows better. He’s a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School just like I am. Obama has abandoned and betrayed every known Principle of the Rule of Law that I ever learned at Harvard Law School including the United States Constitution which he doesn’t give diddly-squat about. Indeed referring to his drone murder extermination campaign Obama bragged: “…I’m really good at killing people!” Those are Obama’s own words. That’s the man the University of Illinois is whitewashing today with their “ethics in government” award. Indeed Obama murdered four U.S. citizens at least that we know of, including Mr. Awlaki and his 16 year old son who was completely innocent of anything. Obama is a monster! He’s a criminal! As I said he should be in jail, not getting some bogus “ethics” award from the bootlickers at the University of Illinois administration.

Let’s review his record. The first thing Obama does when he comes into office, Bush Jr. has about 26,000 troops in Afghanistan, and Obama escalates that immediately by 100,000 troops. 100,000 extra troops murdering, killing, exterminating Afghans all up and down. We don’t even have a body count because the Pentagon won’t give us the numbers. My estimate maybe a million people. Obama is like Genghis Khan and His Mongol Horde, raping, robbing, pillaging and murdering all over the world innocent men, women, and children. That’s the guy they’re giving their “ethics in government” award to.

After he had done his genocidal work in Afghanistan, Obama moved on to Libya in order to steal their oil. Obama launched his war against Libya and exterminated about 50,000 Libyans – needlessly for no reason except Obama wanted to steal Libya’s oil. Indeed it was outright genocide for Black Africans living in Libya that Obama perpetrated upon them. Obama destroyed Libya as a State completely. It no longer exists and we the have the massive refugee crisis coming out of Libya with thousands of Africans – Blacks, and Arabs – drowning in the Mediterranean all thanks to Obama this war criminal.

After he was done with Libya, then Obama moved on to Syria and destroyed Syria. He worked with his jihadi terrorists to overthrow the government of Syria and create a total catastrophe. Maybe 500,000 Syrians have been murdered because of Obama, and that country is a catastrophe today. The battles still go on. We have no idea what’s going to happen over there. 

Just like he did in Libya, Obama used jihadi extremists to wage his wars for him. And America in Libya, became the air force for Obama’s jihadi extremists. Then he turned them on Syria and there the death and destruction by Obama goes on today. A second state that Obama has pretty much destroyed all by himself with his jihadi extremists – Genghis Khan and His Horde of Mongols.

Now, we come to Yemen started by Obama. Massive death and destruction in Yemen right now as we speak today. Obama supported Saudi Arabia and the UAE against Yemen and has killed close to 10,000 Houthis. Outright genocide. All to steal their oil and set off a humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen. Maybe 2 million Yemenis over there are suffering from cholera. It’s the largest outbreak of cholera in the world today. And they are starving. Obama starved them to death. There’s an embargo on them right now. They can’t even eat. Obama started this policy.

I could go on here forever but I’m not going to because I teach Obama’s atrocities to my law students. I think we could have no better indication of where Obama really stands than the eulogy he gave last weekend in honor of the war criminal and warmonger John McCain. John McCain was a war criminal. He bombed Hanoi killing innocent civilians when he was shot down. Outright war criminal. And when he got home McCain mongered for every war the U.S. ever waged since then including in Syria and supporting Obama’s Nazis in Ukraine. Let us recall John McCain’s theme song: “Bomb, bomb, bomb! Bomb, bomb, Iran!” Sixty million people and McCain did his best to start a war against them and kill them. Obama then appeared there to give a eulogy in support of this long-standing war criminal and warmonger.

Who else was there? Bush Jr. another Genghis Khan and His Horde of Mongols. They’re best buddies – Bush Jr and Obama. Who else did they trot out to honor McCain? Henry Kissinger! The three of them, yes, they all spoke right after each other: Kissinger, Bush Jr., and Obama. Kissinger of the genocidal Vietnam War. Murdering 58,000 young men of my generation and exterminating 3 million Vietnamese. I call him Hank Half-An-Eichmann Kissinger. I say that from personal experience. I went through the exact same Ph.D. program at Harvard that produced Kissinger before me. They gave me Kissinger’s Old Office at Harvard’s Center for International Affairs. 

“There but for the grace of God go I!” So here we have three major warmongers and war criminals honoring a fourth. You have Kissinger, Bush Jr. and Obama honoring McCain. Well as I say: Warbirds of a feather flock together!

I have one message for Obama that I want to deliver him here today personally as a lawyer and a law professor and a graduate of Harvard Law School:

Saoedi-Arabië woedend over VN rapport waarin de waarheid wordt verteld over S-A en de oorlog in Jemen

De VN bracht afgelopen dinsdag een rapport uit waarin Saoedi-Arabië wordt beschuldigd van oorlogsmisdaden (!!) In het rapport is voorts te lezen dat S-A zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan het vermoorden van duizenden Jemenieten (meer dan 30.000!!!), plus het verkrachten en martelen van gevangenen.......

Uiteraard ontkent de reli-fascistische dictatuur Saoedi-Arabië zoals gewoonlijk alle beschuldigingen..... Ook zal het rapport niets uithalen voor de sjiitische bevolking van Jemen waarop S-A bezig is een genocide uit te voeren...... Die 30.000 doden zijn vooral door de strijd gevallen, maar een enorm aantal mensen is intussen overleden door tekorten aan medicijnen, water, voedsel en elektriciteit (de laatste bijvoorbeeld voor ziekenhuizen). Alles het gevolg van de smerige oorlog die S-A met hulp van de VS, GB , de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten (VAE), Egypte en Marokko uitvoert in Jemen, aangevuld met de blokkades op land en zee (waar ook de VS controles uitvoert voor Saoedi-Arabië...).....

Zo is er door bombardementen op de infrastructuur al 2 jaar geleden cholera uitgebroken in Jemen, later werd daar de uiterst besmettelijke en gevaarlijke ziekte difterie aan toegevoegd, dit bovenop de honger in Jemen, hongersnood waarvoor Nederland vorig jaar nog een landelijke actie voerde...... Je kan dan ook inderdaad spreken van een genocide, zeker als je ziet dat de Saoedische terreurcoalitie doelbewust ziekenhuizen heeft aangevallen en nog aanvalt...... Zoals een paar maanden geleden een nieuw, nog te openen ziekenhuis van Artsen zonder Grenzen (MSF), speciaal gebouwd om de cholera uitbraak onder controle te krijgen.......* Opvallend, ik zocht op het internet (in het Nederlands) op verschillende manieren met meerdere steekwoorden naar dit bericht: geen berichten van Nederlandse media over dit voorval..... Blijkbaar ziet men MSF ook als een organisatie die 'fake news' (nepnieuws) verspreidt......

Waar halen de machthebbers van Saoedi-Arabië het gore lef vandaan om alles nog eens te ontkennen en te blijven liegen dat Iran meevecht in Jemen, daar is geen flinter bewijs voor, hetzelfde geldt voor wapenleveranties van Iran aan de Houthi rebellen, wel heeft Iran in tegenstelling tot bijvoorbeeld het westen, een groot aantal humanitaire hulpgoederen gestuurd naar Jemen en zoals je weet: humanitaire goederen bevatten geen 'blauwe bonen.......'

Furious Saudi Arabia Condemns UN Report on Yemen War Crimes

(ANTIWAR.COM) — A Tuesday report released by the UN confirmed in considerable detail misdeeds by the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen, killing thousands of civilians in Yemen, raping and torturing detainees, and using child soldiers. The report warned these may amount to war crimes.

While they didn’t specifically dispute any of this, Saudi Arabia was predictably furious about the report, angrily condemning it as having “misconstrued the facts of the conflict… ignoring the true reasons for the conflict,” while saying that it was an Iranian coup against the “legitimate government in Yemen.”

While previous UN resolutions more or less accepted the Saudi narrative that the war is meant to reinstall the Hadi government, that massive death toll and the many, many war crimes committed have fueled a lot of international consternation.

Still, UN reports detailing war crimes by the Saudi coalition have been met by Saudi condemnation, and in the past that, combined with US support for the war, has been enough to keep the UN from doing anything in particular about the situation. The UN General Assembly has repeatedly acquiesced to demands that the Saudis be allowed to investigate themselves on the war, which has meant probes are rare, and never come up with anything meaningful.

In het hieronder opgenomen artikel van Caitlin Johnstone, o.a. gepubliceerd op Medium(.com) en Anti-Media, stelt zij dat de reguliere (massa-) media van de VS eindelijk wakker zijn geworden en aandacht besteden aan de vreselijke oorlog van de Saoedische coalitie (inclusief de steun en onmisbare hulp van de VS en GB) tegen de sjiitische bevolking van Jemen..... Een bevolking die 'godzijdank' worden gesteund door de de Houthi's, een uiterst functionele strijdgroep, die ingreep nadat IS en Al Qaida de sjiitische bevolking aanvielen, zelfs in moskeeën....... Nu is de verontwaardiging groot, zelfs bij MSNBC, die zoals Johnstone in haar vorig artikel stelde in 1 jaar tijd niet één keer aandacht schonk aan de smerige, door de VS gesteunde en gefaciliteerde oorlog tegen het Jemenitische volk, maar wel 455 keer aan Stormy Daniels......* Zonder steun van de VS en GB zou Saoedi-Arabië de oorlog tegen de Houthi's niet kunnen voeren, zo doet de VS de coördinatie van de bombardementen, tankt het de straaljagers en bommenwerpers van de Saoedische terreurcoalitie (inclusief Marokko**) in de lucht af, zodat ze zo 'efficiënt' mogelijk kunnen bombarderen.....

Doelen van deze moorddadige coalitie: huizenblokken, ziekenhuizen, scholen, energiecentrales, waterbedrijven, huwelijks- en begrafenisceremonies en de infrastructuur inclusief de riolering..... Door het laatst genoemde is er zelfs de eerdere genoemde grote cholera uitbraak ontstaan in Jemen, die nog maandelijks honderden doden eist..... Zelfs een ziekenhuis van Artsen Zonder Grenzen (MSF) speciaal voor cholerapatiënten werd door de Saoedische coalitie plat gebombardeerd, voordat de eerste patiënten konden worden behandeld.......... (hoeveel bewijs wil je nog hebben dat de Saoedische terreurcoalitie, inclusief de VS en GB, bezig is met een genocide??)

Intussen is er ook de al eerder genoemde difterie uitbraak in Jemen, dit nog naast de hongersnood die intussen al meer dan 2 jaar aanhoudt en waarvoor vorig jaar nog een actie werd gevoerd in Nederland........ 

Over Nederland gesproken, ik moet zeggen dat de media hier wel behoorlijk lauw hebben gereageerd op de Saoedische aanval tegen een schoolbus en dat op een drukke markt....... Als Assad iets dergelijks had gedaan had het land op z'n kop gestaan en waren er al vragen gesteld in de Kamer....... Terwijl de keren dat de hysterie toeslaat over het gedrag 'van Assad', die opwinding keer op keer onterecht blijkt te zijn, zoals zelfs bevestigd door VN onderzoek, echter dit verandert niets aan de hysterie, men blijft 'gewoon' volhouden dat Assad zijn eigen volk afslacht, zonder ook maar een greintje aan bewijs te leveren........

In de VS begint men wakker te worden nu nog Nederland en de EU!!

Mainstream Media Finally Concedes Defeat on Yemen, Ends Blackout Of Coverage

(CJ Opinion) — Last month, an article by Fair.org went viral in republications by popular alternative media outlets ranging from Salon to Zero Hedge to Alternet to Truthdig, among many others. The article was initially titled “ACTION ALERT: It’s Been Over a Year Since MSNBC Has Mentioned US War in Yemen”, but many subsequent republications went with variations on the more attention-grabbing headline, “MSNBC has done 455 Stormy Daniels segments in the last year — but none on U.S. war in Yemen”.

The centerpiece of the article was the following graphic, which I saw shared on its own many times in my social media feeds:

                         

That’s about as in your face as it gets, isn’t it?

Ever since the Saudi-led assault on Yemen began in March of 2015, alternative media outlets everywhere have been repeatedly and aggressively decrying the mainstream media in the US and UK for their spectacular failure to adequately and accurately cover the violence and humanitarian disaster with appropriate reporting on who is responsible for it. After the 2016 US election, journalist Michael Tracey wrote an essay documenting how throughout the entire year and a half that Americans were pummeled with updates from the mass media about candidates and their campaigns, not one single question about Yemen was ever asked by any mainstream outlet of any candidate.

This is of course outrageous, but because of how media coverage works, mainstream attention was never drawn to the problem. It hasn’t been a total media blackout, but because it only turns up in mainstream media reports every once in a while with little if any emphasis being placed on who is behind the devastation, it occupies a very peripheral place in western consciousness. The average American would probably be able to tell you that some parts of their government appear to be concerned about Russia, Syria, Iran and North Korea, because those rival nations have been the subject of intense mass media coverage, but if you asked them about Yemen you’d likely be told something like “I think there’s some kind of humanitarian crisis there?”, if anything.

This has all changed in the last few days. Suddenly, the atrocities being inflicted upon the people of Yemen are being pushed into mainstream attention by the mass media outlets which have been ignoring them for more than three years. The Washington Post (WaPo) editorial board published an op-ed titled “End U.S. support for this misbegotten and unwinnable war”. CNN did some actual, real journalism for a change with a viral exclusive documenting which American war profiteers were behind some of the more devastating Saudi bombings. And yes, MSNBC finally did cover the violence in Yemen, breaking its year-long silence to report on a US-supplied bomb which killed 40 children with such urgent condemnation of those responsible you’d never know they’d been consistently ignoring such incidents which have been going on for years.

Now politicians and celebrities everywhere are shoving the horror of their government facilitating the slaughter of innocents into mainstream attention.

What’s interesting here is that nothing at all has changed except for the coverage. US-supplied bombs have been dropping on marketplaces, hospitals and funerals and slaughtering civilians in far more deadly incidents for years, and the US has also been providing extensive assistance to Saudi airstrikes, as well as attacking Yemeni targets directly. The only thing that has changed is that now it’s being reported with an urgency and volume that is appropriate for such a horrific incident instead of an occasional low-profile mention with little or no mention of responsibility.

Nobody with their eyes open believes that the mainstream media have just suddenly developed a conscience and now deeply care about the mass murder of Middle Eastern civilians. So why the change? If you ask some of the Trump supporters I’ve seen responding to the shift, it’s because their president can now be unfairly blamed for a military campaign which began long before he took office. But that doesn’t really hold water, does it? I mean, the aforementioned year in which MSNBC didn’t cover Yemen took place entirely during this administration, and every American with cable TV knows that MSNBC markets itself as the anti-Trump network. If they’d wanted to use Yemen as another angle from which to criticize this administration they would have done so, instead of not doing so at all. The entirety of mainstream media have been grossly neglecting this issue up until the last week despite having every opportunity to condemn Trump for it.

For the record, while we’re on the subject, I personally don’t much care if Trump gets all the blame for the Yemen catastrophe at this point. I’ve spent 2017 and 2018 fighting the insane corporate liberal notion that all American depravity began in January of last year, but at this point I’m happy with literally anything that just ends the death and devastation. A year into the war, the 30-year CIA veteran Bruce Riedel said that “if the United States of America and the United Kingdom tonight told King Salman that this war has to end, it would end tomorrow, because the Royal Saudi Air Force cannot operate without American and British support.” If using this as an opportunity to attack Trump creates the necessary political pressure to end the bombings, blockades, starvation and disease that is killing untold thousands of Yemeni civilians, then fine, whatever, I’m all for it.

But again, from what I’m seeing right now I don’t believe that this is about Trump. Not directly anyway. From what I can see right now, I think what we are witnessing is a clear instance in which alternative media successfully caused the establishment to lose control of the narrative on an important issue.

In the US, criticism of Saudi Arabia is nearly as taboo as criticism of Israel. As we saw explained in a leaked State Department memo last year, it is standard US policy to use human rights abuses as a bludgeon with which to attack rival governments, while sweeping the atrocities committed by allies under the rug. Because of its lucrative petrodollar deal with the US, and because its opaque and unaccountable monarchy makes it capable of nefarious maneuvers to advance geopolitical agendas that an ostensible democracy would have a hard time getting away with, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of America’s most important allies. And the plutocrat-owned media, whose controllers have a vested interest in protecting the establishment upon which their kingdoms are built, consistently fall right in line with that same State Department policy.

This, and the fact that the control of a key strategic region is at stake, is why we’ve been seeing the Saudi war crimes in Yemen and the US facilitation thereof downplayed for years by the mass media. And they would surely remain downplayed indefinitely were it possible.

But it wasn’t possible. The story kept getting pushed toward mainstream consciousness year after year, and eventually the fact that an outlet which upholds itself as the flag bearer of Trump’s opposition has been completely ignoring this administration’s facilitation of war crimes was made viral. At a certain point a Dem-voting audience which is being told day in and day out that Trump presents a unique and unprecedented level of danger to the world will lose trust in the outlets which market themselves to that demographic if they refuse to make a big deal about the fact that this administration is helping tyrants murder busloads of children.

For this reason, western mainstream media have been forced to finally report on the cruelty being inflicted upon the people of Yemen by Saudi Arabia and its allies in order to avoid losing credibility. The story got out, and the story about their lack of coverage of that story got out, and now they’re all reporting on it like they’ve been doing so this entire time. Which, if it continues, will make it very difficult for the US/UK/Saudi war machine to retain the consent of the governed for its mass slaughter.

In my opinion, we can safely call this a win for alternative media. The voices who aren’t beholden to the empire and its geopolitical agendas refused to let this story die, and eventually succeeded in overtaking the dominant narrative. Not because media-controlling oligarchs like Brian L Roberts and Jeff Bezos gave them permission to, but because unauthorized truth was spoken and carried by many ordinary people into mainstream consciousness via Facebook shares, Twitter retweets and speaking out loud and proud wherever possible. A people’s information battle was fought and won by the people.

If things go as I am hoping they will go, we will see more and more such populist hijackings of dominant narratives in the future, and ultimately a failure of the oligarchs to continue manufacturing consent for their omnicidal, ecocidal, Orwellian agendas. We will have to be aggressive, we will have to be creative, and we will have to be interesting enough to catch the eye of the casual citizenry, but the fact that trust in the mass media is at an all-time low and our ability to network and share information is at an all-time high combines with the fact that we have truth on our side to create some very exciting possibilities. I find this all very encouraging.
