Ilhan Omar gelooft dat Trump een fascist is

Ilhan Omar is het congreslid voor de Democraten, waarvan het beest Trump stelde dat ze maar terug moest naar het land van herkomst als ze het niet eens is met o.a. zijn 'vluchtelingenbeleid'. Waar Trump het land waar Omar vandaan komt, Somalië, typeerde als een door misdaad vergeven land...... Blijkbaar is Trump (weer eens) vergeten dat de situatie in Somalië deels aan de VS is te danken en dat er geen land op de wereld is waar zoveel mensen worden vermoord als in de VS zelf......

Omar gelooft dat Trump een fascist is, waar ik zou willen stellen dat de VS fascistisch wordt geregeerd door de Trump administratie, alleen de reactie van Trump op Omar geeft al aan dat dit een werkwijze is die zonder meer thuishoort in een fascistische dictatuur.....

Als Wilders hier met zijn minder Marokkanen oproep, zweepte Trump zijn toehoorders zo op dat ze begonnen te schreeuwen dat Omar terug gestuurd moet worden. Later zij Trump dat hij dit scanderen niet bedoeld had, terwijl zelfs een imbeciel wel de relatie zal leggen tussen wat Trump heeft gezegd en de reactie van zijn figuurlijk blinde en dove fans.....

De VS kent concentratiekampen voor volwassenen en kinderen. De grote gekleurde minderheid zit onevenredig vaak in de gevangenis, daar zij veel eerder een zware straf krijgen opgelegd, deze minderheid wordt daarnaast etnisch geprofileerd door de 'politie' in de VS, waardoor ze veel eerder worden gearresteerd dan witte burgers, deze minderheid is als in de gevangenis oververtegenwoordigd onder de werklozen en tot slot: deze minderheid wordt nog steeds op alle mogelijke manieren gediscrimineerd........

Dit alles anno 2019...... Ongelofelijk!!

Ilhan Omar on President Trump: “I Believe He is Fascist”

(MEE) — Ilhan Omar called Donald Trump fascist after the US president stood by as his supporters launched into a racist chant against the Democratic congresswoman.

Omar condemned Trump for what happened at the rally in North Carolina a day earlier, when the crowd chanted “Send her back!” after the president’s latest tirade against the Somali-born representative from Minnesota.

“We have said this president is racist. We have condemned his racist remarks. I believe he is fascist,” Omar told reporters on Thursday.

I want to remind people that this is what this president and his supporters have turned our country – that is supposed to be a country where we allow democratic debate and dissent to take place.

“And so this is not about me. This is about us fighting for what this country truly should be.”

Omar is Somali-American and came to the United States as a refugee. She is one of the first two Muslim women ever elected to the US Congress last year.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump – who has faced a barrage of criticism for recent racist comments he made against Omar and some of her Democratic Party colleagues – attempted to distance himself from the chant.

“I felt a little bit badly about it,” Trump told reporters at the White House, as reported by Reuters.

“I would say that I was not happy with it. I disagreed with it. But again I didn’t say that. They did. And I disagreed with.”

But a video widely circulated on social media showed the president standing silently at a podium as his supporters shouted the racist phrase.racis

He paused for several seconds during the chants, which also came after Trump launched into a tirade against the congresswoman.

“Tonight I have a suggestion for the hate-filled extremists who are constantly trying to tear our country down,” Trump said at the rally.

“They never have anything good to say. That’s why I say: ‘Hey, if they don’t like it, let them leave. Let them leave’.”

Trump earlier this week also tweeted that Omar and other progressive Democrats should “go back” to the “crime-infested places from which they came” – a comment that draws on a historical white supremacist trope against people of colour.

While Trump did not specify anyone, his comments were interpreted to refer to four congresswomen known as “The Squad”: Omar, Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, New York’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts.

The congresswomen were elected to the US House of Representatives last year and have been some of Trump’s most prominent critics.

Tlaib is Palestinian-American, Ocasio-Cortez’s parents are from Puerto Rico, and Pressley is the first African-American woman elected from the state of Massachusetts.

The Democratic-controlled House passed a symbolic resolution on Tuesday condemning Trump for his “racist comments” against the lawmakers, which it said “legitimised fear of new Americans and people of colour”.

Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, a Michigan Democrat whose district includes large Arab and Muslim communities, welcomed the passage of the resolution, condemning Trump for using “hatred and fear” to divide Americans.

“Throughout the course of our country’s history, language that is xenophobic, racist, sexist, intolerant, prejudiced, or discriminatory has divided and pitted us against each other,” Dingell said in a statement.

Fox News veroordeelt eigen presentator voor belachelijke uitlatingen aangaande Ilhan Omar

Jeannine Pirro, een Fox presentator van de 'show' 'Justice with Judge Jeannine' (ha! ha! ha!), heeft tijdens deze show afgelopen zaterdag gesteld dat het dragen van een hidjab door Omar aan kan geven dat ze de VS constitutie geweld aandoet......

Deze uitlating ontketende terecht veel protest, niet alleen van de 'gewone kijker' maar ook van vooraanstaande joden en joodse organisaties, die het met Omar eens zijn wat betreft haar kritiek op de staat Israël, waarmee ze o.a. volkomen terecht stelt dat de staat Israël veel te veel invloed heeft op de politiek in de VS. Men stelt e.e.a. in verband met de hetze in de VS tegen de islam (islamofobie) en het racisme tegen gekleurde VS burgers.....

Volgens Pirro heeft Omar haar denkbeelden* niet uit de Democratische Partij** en daarbij vroeg ze zich af waar ze haar denkbeelden dan vandaan heeft, waarmee Pirro Omar in feite beschuldigt haar denkbeelden te halen van moslim extremistische sites..... Gelukkig hebben figuren als Bernie Sanders gesteld dat Omar geen antisemiet is, als ze kritiek levert op de staat Israël en de verbintenis met de VS politiek......**

Opvallend toch dat zelfs Fox de uitlatingen van Pirro niet tolereert, nu nog even de daad bij het woord voegen en Pirro ontslaan!!

Host Jeannine Pirro said Omar may not support the US Constitution because she wears a hijab.

(MEE) — Fox News has condemned recent comments by host Jeannine Pirro about US Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, which prompted accusations of racism and Islamophobia, as well as calls for Pirro to resign, over the weekend.

Pirro, host of the Fox News show “Justice with Judge Jeannine”, on Saturday said the fact Omar wears a headscarf (hijab) may mean she doesn’t support the US Constitution.

Late on Sunday, Fox News released a statement condemning the host’s comments, US media outlets reported.

“We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar,” the US cable news network said, as reported by The Hill. “They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.”

On Monday, Omar herself thanked the network for its statement.

“Thank you, @FoxNews. No one’s commitment to our constitution should be questioned because of their faith or country of birth,” she wrote on Twitter.

Fox News' Jeanine Pirro questions Ilhan Omar's hijab

Fox News' Jeanine Pirro questioned Saturday whether Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's Islamic religious beliefs stand in opposition to the US Constitution.

Pirro’s segment on Omar came after days of controversy over the congresswoman’s criticism of Israel and questions she raised about the influence exerted by pro-Israel lobby groups on US politics.

Omar faced several days of attacks from US journalists, commentators, pro-Israel groups and others, including members of her own Democratic Party, who accused her of anti-Semitism.

Jewish- and Muslim-American activists came to her defence, however, saying Omar never said anything anti-Semitic.

“In a time of rampant Islamophobia and anti-black racism coming from the halls of power, [the] Democratic leadership … needs to be standing with black Americans and not scapegoating them,” said Rabbi Alissa Wise, deputy director of Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), during a rally last week.

Top Democratic presidential contenders Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren also issued statements denouncing Islamophobic attacks against Omar and highlighting the distinction between anti-Semitism and criticism of Israel.

On her show on Saturday, Pirro said Omar did not get her “anti-Israel sentiment” from the Democratic Party.

“Think about this, she’s not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party, so if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from? Think about it. Omar wears a hijab, which according to the Quran 33:59 tells women to cover so they won’t get molested,” she said in the segment.

“Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to sharia law? Which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Sunday called for Pirro to be fired.

“Such an open and un-American expression of religious bigotry should be rejected by any media outlet seeking even a modicum of credibility,” said the group’s national executive director, Nihad Awad, in a statement.

“Jeanine Pirro should be fired, and Fox News should apologise to its viewing audience.”

In a statement of her own, responding to the criticism, Pirro said she “did not call Rep. Omar un-American”.

“My intention was to ask a question and start a debate, but of course because one is Muslim does not mean you don’t support the Constitution,” she said, as reported by US media outlets.

Ilhan Omar, heeft sinds 2017 een zetel in het lagerhuis van Minnesota voor de Minnesota Demcratic-Farmer-Labor Party en is beleidsdirecteur van het Women Organizing Network. Deze dame weet van wanten en dat was te merken het afgelopen jaar. Ze heeft zich dan ook gehaat gemaakt bij zowel de Republikeinse Partij als de Democratische......

Haar laatste verdienste is een pleidooi tegen Obama, die ze terecht ziet als een moordenaar, al zou ik daar massamoordenaar van gemaakt hebben, tevens is hij duidelijk een oorlogsmisdadiger, maar deze 2 zaken liggen dan ook in elkaars verlengde. Omar meldt volkomen juist dat Obama het vermoorden van verdachten middels drones goedkeurde, een moordprogramma dat onder zijn bewind fiks werd uitgebreid en waarbij godbetert meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht....... 

Vervolgens stelt Omar dat de change die Obama beloofde nep was, die verandering kwam dan ook niet, niet of amper in het binnenlands beleid (een paar positieve zaken zoals het slappe Obamacare) en zeker niet in het buitenlandbeleid, sterker nog: Obama begon in feite zelfs 3 oorlogen, die tegen Libië en Syrië, de laatste genoemde oorlog is een uitvloeisel van de opstand die de VS organiseerde in dat land, een opstand zodat men Assad af zou zetten, helaas voor de VS en gelukkig voor het Syrische volk is dat niet gelukt.....

De derde oorlog dan? Dat is de oorlog in Oost-Oekraïne, één op één te danken aan de opstand die de VS organiseerde in dat land en die een eind maakte aan het presidentschap van de democratisch gekozen Janoekovytsj...... Dat weet men in de westerse politiek en de westerse massamedia en toch blijft men tot op de dag van vandaag volhouden dat het om een annexatie door Rusland gaat........ In de Donbass (Donetskbekken) regio besloot men onafhankelijk van het door neonazi's bestuurde Oekraïne door te gaan en die beslissing zorgde ervoor dat de schoft Porosjenko o.a. neonazi-bataljons naar het oosten heeft gestuurd om daar de boel plat te bombarderen...... Voorts is het zeker dat de Porosjenko junta weet had van het neerhalen van vlucht MH17, immers waarom werden alle radarposten van het land uitgeschakeld, op de dag van het neerhalen van die vlucht....... Mensen er zijn nog veel meer redenen om het rapport over de MH17 in de prullenbak te smijten, neem bijvoorbeeld de vraag wie er baat had bij het neerhalen van MH17, daar hoorden zeker de Russen en de opstandelingen niet bij. Porosjenko en het westen daarentegen hadden er alle belang bij om Rusland verder te demoniseren, als was het alleen om de NAVO nog op meer plaatsen langs de Russische grens te stationeren, terwijl bewezen is dat de VS en NAVO beloofden het bondgenootschap niet verder uit te breiden richting Moskou, een overeenkomst gesloten met Gorbatsjov in 1991.......

Mei vorig jaar kwam Trump onder vuur door een foto van 2 kinderen die in een kooi lagen, bobo's van de Democratische Partij spraken er schande van, totdat bekend werd dat het om een foto uit 2014 ging, dus gemaakt ten tijde van Obama's presidentschap...... De Twitterberichten werden haastig verwijderd.......

De VS mag in haar handen knijpen met Ilhan Omar, eindelijk een eerlijke politicus die niet op eigen gewin en macht uit is en durft te stellen waar het op staat!

(ZH) — Buried near the end of a Friday Politico article on Rep. Ilhan Omar and her polarizing impact on the Democratic party is a stunning comment by the Minnesota Democrat; former president Obama’s “hope and change” was nothing more than a mirage.

As she saw it, the party ostensibly committed to progressive values had become complicit in perpetuating the status quo. Omar says the “hope and change” offered by Barack Obama was a mirage. Recalling the “caging of kids” at the U.S.-Mexico border and the “droning of countries around the world” on Obama’s watch, she argues that the Democratic president operated within the same fundamentally broken framework as his Republican successor. –Politico

“We can’t be only upset with Trump. … His policies are bad, but many of the people who came before him also had really bad policies. They just were more polished than he was,” said Omar.

“And that’s not what we should be looking for anymore. We don’t want anybody to get away with murder because they are polished. We want to recognize the actual policies that are behind the pretty face and the smile.”

President Trump came under fire last May for a photograph of two migrant children sleeping in a cage at an ICE detention facility which went viral. After a laundry list of journalists and public figures angrily tweeted the photo – including CNN’s Hadas Gold, NYT Mag’s editor-in-chief Jake Silverstein, Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau and former LA mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, they deleted their tweets in shame when it emerged that the photo was taken in 2014, under Obama.

The widespread abuse of children detained at the border under the Obama administration has been largely glossed over. As we reported last September, howeve, the University of Arizona and the ACLU did not let it go unnoticed.

One woman interviewed was detained for nearly a month in CADC while she was six months pregnant. She was shackled during transport to and from the facility. At the facility, she was denied monitoring or treatment for an ovarian cyst that posed a risk to herself and the fetus, and received no response to her requests for prenatal vitamins or extra padding for her bed.68 (Her case is described more fully in the box below.) Another woman interviewed was separated from her breastfeeding baby daughter, who was less than two months old, while she was detained in Eloy for two weeks. –University of Arizona

Among those findings are that women did not receive adequate medical or mental health care,were often mixed together with women serving criminal sentences, and were often transferred from faraway states. In most cases, researchers found that women were separated from at least one child. –ACLUAZ.org

The Politico interview comes one day after the House passed an anti-hate resolution which started out as a rebuke of Rep Omar over anti-Israel comments, and expanded to a general condemnation of ‘hate’ after the Democratic party became deeply divided over whether or not criticizing Israel is fair game. 

The revamped measure passed overwhelming by 407-23, while nearly two dozen Republicans rejected it because it failed to specifically name Omar.
