Trump gelooft zijn geheime diensten inzake Iran niet meer

'Ga terug naar school' schreef (of beter gezegd: schreeuwde) Trump op Twitter, een 'advies' van Trump aan de top van de belangrijkste geheime diensten in de VS, die 'oh gruwel' durfden te stellen dat Iran geen bedreiging is en niet bezig is met de ontwikkeling van een atoombom.......

Trump heeft zich door de zwaar corrupte oorlogsmisdadiger Netanyahu in laten fluisteren (op een niveau van 80 decibel) dat Iran de boel in het Midden-Oosten destabiliseert en dat niet de VS maar Iran verantwoordelijk is voor de illegale oorlogen van de VS tegen Afghanistan, Irak en Syrië..... Trump durft het nog niet aan, maar 'de bewering van Netanyahu' dat Iran ook verantwoordelijk is voor 9/11, klonk als muziek in z'n oren, zeker weet Trump 't niet meer, echter niet valt uit te sluiten dat Trump e.e.a. heeft gedroomd......

Moet eerlijk toegeven dat het me meevalt dat de westerse partners van de VS nog steeds achter de nucleaire deal met Iran (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, ofwel: JCPOA) blijven staan, terwijl de VS zich daaruit terugtrok. Hoe vreemd dan dat deze partners zich wel achter de VS scharen als het om Venezuela gaat...... Neem bijvoorbeeld de genocide in Jemen, waar dagelijks grote aantallen slachtoffers vallen, daaronder bevinden zich veel kinderen: het westen blijft achter de drogredenen staan die de VS aanvoert voor haar deelname aan die genocide, terwijl elke imbeciel kan zien dat de Saoedische terreurcoalitie verantwoordelijk is voor deze genocide...... De VS blijft zich achter die terreurcoalitie stellen en helpt zelfs militair mee aan de genocide, waar de VS o.a. de bombardementen op Jemenitische burgerdoelen regisseert middels haar AWACS vliegtuigen.......

Zie het verschil met Venezuela, daar wordt allesbehalve een genocide uitgevoerd, maar in het westen maakt men zich wel hysterisch druk over de toestand in Venezuela...... Terwijl er in Venezuela niet dagelijks grote aantallen doden zijn te bergen en wordt er daar niet systematisch gemarteld in de gevangenissen, zoals de Saoedische terreurcoalitie dit wel doet in Jemen...... 

Iedereen die het nieuws over Venezuela de laatste jaren heeft gevolgd, niet in de reguliere media maar op de sociale media, waar nog wel artikelen van echt onafhankelijke journalisten zijn te vinden, kan weten dat de VS al onder Obama een economische oorlog voerde tegen dat land..... Maar nee, niet de westerse politiek en reguliere media, nee men huilt mee in het koor van de VS wolven en stelt dat Maduro op moet stappen en dat hij verantwoordelijk is voor de desastreuze economische toestand in Venezuela.......

Hoe is het in godsnaam mogelijk dat het westen (buiten de VS) zich niet druk maakt over de genocide in Jemen, sterker nog: men noemt dit nog steeds geen genocide, terwijl alle tekenen daarvoor ruim voorhanden zijn...... Nee, de coup tegen Maduro is duizend keer meer belangrijker (zoals eerder de moord op Khashoggi) en dat is bepaald niet in de laatste plaats aan dezelfde hersenkronkels van superpsychopaat Trump te danken, die men in het westen dan (gelukkig) niet volgt in zijn strijd tegen Iran.......

Wat een ongelofelijke hypocrisie, gadver!!

(MEE) — US President Donald Trump has called US intelligence chiefs “extremely passive and naive” regarding Iran, a day after they contradicted his views during congressional testimony.

During a hearing on global threats on Tuesday, the leaders of several US intelligence agencies told the Senate Intelligence Committee that Iran is not taking steps towards making a nuclear bomb, a conclusion that contrasts starkly with Trump’s assessment.

Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats, as well as the directors of the CIA, FBI, National Security Agency and other intelligence agencies, spoke before the committee.

On Wednesday, Trump responded on Twitter, saying “the Intelligence people seem to be extremely passive and naive when it comes to the dangers of Iran. They are wrong!”

“Perhaps Intelligence should go back to school!” he added.

Former CIA Director John Brennan retweeted the president’s remarks, calling Trump’s refusal to accept the intelligence assessments a sign of “intellectual bankruptcy”.

In his arguments posted to Twitter, Trump accused Tehran of actively seeking nuclear weapons, reiterating the justification he gave for withdrawing last year from a multilateral treaty on Iran.

Under the 2015 deal, Iran agreed to restrict its nuclear activities in exchange for the lifting of sanctions.

The US intelligence officials told the Senate Intelligence Committee that Iran was not developing nuclear weapons in violation of the agreement.

During Tuesday’s hearing, the country’s top spies also took issue with Trump’s assertion that the Islamic State (IS) group has been defeated.

Trump defended his decision to withdraw about 2,000 US troops from Syria on grounds that IS no longer poses a threat, saying “we’ve beaten them”.

“Caliphate will soon be destroyed, unthinkable two years ago,” Trump said on Twitter at the time.

Trump has given the Pentagon about four months to withdraw US troops from Syria, backtracking from his abrupt December order for a pullout within 30 days.

The US intelligence chiefs said IS would continue to pursue attacks from Syria and Iraq against regional and Western adversaries, including the US.

“The President has a dangerous habit of undermining the intelligence community to fit his alternate reality,” Senator Mark Warner, the Senate Intelligence Committee’s top Democrat, wrote on Twitter. “People risk their lives for the intelligence he just tosses aside on Twitter.”

Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher, who served as a Marine Corps intelligence officer while deployed in Iraq, also defended the intelligence agencies, saying: “They are doing a very difficult job and they are actually trying to advance the president’s priorities”.

The CIA and the director of national intelligence office did not comment on Trump’s remarks.

Facebook, Spotify, Apple en Google werd geblokkeerd, overkwam (bijna) hetzelfde de directeur van het Ron Paul Institute, Daniel McAdams, Scott Horton van de Scott Horton Show en Peter van Buren, klokkenluider en ex-werknemer bij het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, nu 'directeur' van ANTIWAR, echter zij werden op Twitter geblokkeerd....... Nu blijkt dat er een innige samenwerking is tussen de hiervoor genoemde internetbedrijven als Facebook en Google met The Atlantic Council, een rechtse oorlogshitsersclub..... The Atlantic Council adviseert Facebook direct welke accounts te verwijderen vanwege buitenlandse bemoeienis (hieronder een meer uitgebreide formulering).....

Afgelopen mei werd e.e.a al bekend gemaakt, intussen zijn er meer bijzonderheden openbaar gemaakt over deze samenwerking en beste bezoeker dat is niet mis..... Zo zou de samenwerking leiden tot meer objectiviteit en neutralitijd wat betreft het opsporen en uitschaklen van 'fake accounts', die het gevaar in zich herbergen dat ze door buitenlandse mogendheden zouden kunnen worden gebruikt.... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Ofwel een uiterst rechtse denktank van oorlogshitsers en lobbyisten van het militair-industrieel complex, beoordeelt 'objectief en neutraal' over accounts en sites, die haar eigen agenda dwars zouden kunnen zitten......

Nu blijkt bovendien dat Facebook van de zwaar over een hondendrol getilde zakkenwasser Zuckerberg, één van de grootste donors is van The Atlantic Council........ Voorts wordt deze denktank gefinancierd door de NAVO, het Pentagon (wat mij betreft is deze denktank zelfs een instrument van het Pentagon en daarmee van de NAVO), westerse regeringen (de EU in haar geheel >> NEXIT zo snel mogelijk!) en de dictatoriale Golfstaten, dit nog naast bedrijven uit het militair-industrieel complex, plus het fake news 'journalisten' clubje Bellingcat........

Facebook and NATO Unite to Censor News They Dislike

(ZHE) — This is not at all comforting: during a week that witnessed Alex Jones’ social media accounts taken down by Facebook, Apple, Spotify and Google, and what appears to be a growing crackdown against alternative media figures including several prominent Libertarians, notably the Ron Paul Institute director, and the Scott Horton Show, who found their Twitter accounts suspended — we learn that the Atlantic Council is directly advising Facebook on identifying and removing “foreign interference” on the popular platform. 

While the initiative was initially revealed last May through an official Facebook media release, more details of the controversial think tank’s role have been revealed.

Supposedly the whole partnership is aimed at bringing more objectivity and neutrality to the process of rooting out fake accounts that pose the threat of being operated by nefarious foreign states.

And yet as a new Reuters report confirms, Facebook is now itself a top donor to the Atlantic Council, alongside Western governments, Gulf autocratic regimes, NATO, various branches of the US military, and a number of major defense contractors and corporations.

What’s more is that the team of four total individuals running the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFR Lab) is headed by a former National Security Council advisor for the last four years of the Obama administration, Graham Brookie, who is also its founder.

Apparently the group’s work has already been instrumental in Facebook taking action against over two dozen “suspicious pages” flagged potential foreign actors such as Russia. According to Reuters:

Facebook is using the group to enhance its investigations of foreign interference. Last week, the company said it took down 32 suspicious pages and accounts that purported to be run by leftists and minority activists. While some U.S. officials said they were likely the work of Russian agents, Facebook said it did not know for sure.

This is indeed the shocking key phrase included in the report:“Facebook said it did not know for sure.” And yet the accounts were removed anyway.

The Facebook-Atlantic Council alliance reportedly springs from the social media giant’s finding itself desperate for outside “neutral” help after a swell of public criticism, mostly issuing from congressional leaders and prominent media pundits, for supposedly allowing Russian propaganda accounts to operate ahead of the 2016 elections.

And in perhaps the most chilling line of the entire report, Reuters says, “But the lab and Atlantic Council bring geopolitical expertise and allow Facebook to distance itself from sensitive pronouncements.” This is ostensibly to defuse any potential conflict of interest arising as Facebook seems a bigger presence in emerging foreign markets.

Facebook’s chief security officer Alex Stamos recently told reporters, “Companies like ours don’t have the necessary information to evaluate the relationship between political motivations that we infer about an adversary and the political goals of a nation-state.” He explained further that Facebook would collect suspicious digital evidence and submit it to “researchers and authorities”.

Since at least May when the relationship was first announced, the DFR Lab has been key to this process of verifying what constitutes foreign interference or nefarious state propaganda.

But here’s the kicker. Reuters writes of the DFR Lab’s funding in the following:

Facebook donated an undisclosed amount to the lab in May that was enough, said Graham Brookie, who runs the lab, to vault the company to the top of the Atlantic Council’s donor list, alongside the British government.

Facebook employees said privately over the past several months that Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg wants to outsource many of the most sensitive political decisions, leaving fact-checking to media groups and geopolitics to think tanks.

Facebook has defended the process as part of ensuring that it remains politically neutral, yet clearly the Atlantic Council itself is hardly neutral, as a quick perusal of its top donors indicates.

Among the DFR Labs partners include UK-based Bellingcat, which has in the past claimed “proof” that Assad gassed civilians based on analyzing YouTube videos and Google Earth. And top donors include various branches of the US military, Gulf states like the UAE, and notably, NATO.

The Atlantic Council has frequently called for things like increased military engagement in Syria, militarily confronting the “Russian threat” in Eastern Europe, and now is advocating for Ukraine and Georgia to be allowed entry into NATO while calling for general territorial expansion of the Western military alliance.

Further it has advocated on behalf of one of its previous funders, Turkish dictator Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and gave a “Distinguished International Leadership” award to George W. Bush, to name but a few actions of the think tank that has been given authorization to flag citizens’ Facebook pages for possible foreign influence and propaganda.

Quite disturbingly, this is the outside “geopolitical expertise” that Mark Zuckerberg’s been seeking.
