Er was en is maar weinig aandacht in Nederland en de rest van het westen voor het schertsproces dat Lula da Silva, de bij de arme bevolking en een deel van de middenklasse van Brazilië immens populaire ex-president, 12 jaar gevangenisstraf 'opleverde'.
De huidige uiterst corrupte regering van Brazilië had er dan ook alle baat bij dat Lula zou worden opgesloten, terwijl de huidige president Temer ronduit een misdadiger is, die al zoveel op z'n geweten heeft dat hij de rest van z'n leven opgesloten zou moeten worden, bewijzen te over..... Met dank aan de CIA die de Braziliaanse (militaire) touwen stevig in handen heeft en natuurlijk met de onvoorwaardelijke steun van de Wereldbank en het IMF........
Lula zou de komende presidentsverkiezingen zonder meer hebben gewonnen, gezien de peilingen en zo voorspellen ook een aantal deskundigen....... Tja, daar kunnen de VS, de Wereldbank, het IMF en de oligarchie in Brazilië niet mee leven......

Gisteren in het radionieuws van 1.00 u (CET) op BBC World Service radio het bericht dat Lula da Silva in hoger beroep een nog langere gevangenisstraf kreeg opgelegd door omgekochte rechters. (dat laatste werd uiteraard niet gemeld op de BBC radio)........
Lula da Silva wordt beschuldigd van corruptie terwijl die corruptie niet eens op hem is terug te voeren!! Wel heeft de uiterst corrupte regering Temer het voor elkaar: een tegenstander die Temer zonder meer had verslagen is voorlopig afgeserveerd, immers met een veroordeling mag da Silva niet meedoen aan de verkiezingen in Brazilië....... Gelukkig kan da Silva nog in beroep, echter of hij daar succes mee zal hebben, is maar zeer de vraag......
Onbegrijpelijk dat men in het westen de inhumane, neoliberale regering Temer haar gang laat gaan met het 'uit de weg ruimen' van politieke tegenstanders en met de enorme corruptie die het land financieel nog verder onderuit haalt.......
Blijkbaar maken we ons alleen druk als de westerse politici en reguliere media een figuur als de voormalige Oekraïense president Janoekovytsj als corrupt afschilderen, dit terwijl men over zijn opvolger, de neonazi Porosjenko, die intussen bewezen heeft nog tientallen keren corrupter te zijn, de mond stijf dicht houdt........ Al helpt het in het geval van Brazilië natuurlijk wel dat da Silva en Rousseff 'links zijn' en de CIA in feite aan de touwen trekt......... Wat betreft corruptie heeft schoft Porosjenko 'zijn land' al zover in de westerse schulden gestoken, dat deze nog de eerste veertig jaar niet afbetaald kunnen worden, terwijl hij zijn gestolen tegoeden o.a. op geheime bankrekeningen in het buitenland heeft staan, ook in ons land........

Terug naar Lula da Silva: je snapt zeker wel dat de VS hard heeft meegewerkt aan de onterechte veroordeling van deze min of meer socialist, precies zoals de CIA dat heeft gedaan bij de afzetting van de Braziliaanse president Dilma Rousseff........... Ach ja, deze twee Braziliaanse politici hebben veel gedaan voor het arme deel van de bevolking en dat zint de werkelijke machthebbers in Brazilië natuurlijk niet, machthebbers als de welgestelden en grote bedrijven
Vanmorgen werd bekend gemaakt dat het paspoort van da Silva is ingenomen, zodat hij niet voor Brazilië kan werken in het buitenland......
Venezuela is zwaar ontwricht, dit zou volgens de reguliere zogenaamd onafhankelijke media de schuld zijn van president Maduro, maar wat u niet zal horen of lezen in dezelfde media, is de echte oorzaak van alle ellende: een smerige economische oorlog van de VS tegen het Maduro bewind in Caracas. Al in 2015 werden winkelketens van VS bedrijven (veelal supermarkten) slecht of niet bevoorraad, een direct gevolg van het agressieve Obama beleid. Deze winkels staan nu al voor meer dan een jaar leeg, waardoor er flinke tekorten zijn......
Uiteraard is het de bedoeling dat hierdoor een opstand uitbreekt, echter daar heeft de VS het geduld niet voor, dus heeft de CIA de oppositie voor haar kar gespannen en samen hebben ze deze opstand op poten gezet (benieuwd wat e.e.a. gekost heeft, voor de opstand met eenzelfde opzet in Oekraïne gaf Hillary Clinton daar maar liefs 4 miljard dollar aan uit....)...
Volgens de reguliere 'onafhankelijke' media treedt het Venezolaanse bewind keihard op tegen de demonstranten en zouden er daardoor doden zijn gevallen, echter het omgekeerde is waar, het geweld komt in hoofdzaak van de (veelal ultrarechtse) demonstranten en omgekochte jongeren..........

Clearing House" - The mainstream media consistently
fails to report who is instigating the violence in this conflict. Venezuela
is heading towards an increasingly dangerous situation, in which open
civil war could become a real possibility. So far over 100 people
have been killed as a result of street protests, most of these deaths
are the fault of the protesters themselves (to the extent that we
know the cause). The
possibility of civil war becomes more likely as long as the
international media obscure who is responsible for the violence and
the international left remains on the sidelines in this conflict and
fails to show solidarity with the Bolivarian socialist movement in
Venezuela.
If
the international left receives its news about Venezuela primarily
from the international media, it is understandable why it is being so
quiet. After all, this mainstream media consistently fails to report
who is instigating the violence in this conflict.
For
example, a follower of CNN or the New York Times would not know that
of the 103 who have been killed as a result of street protests, 27
were the direct or indirect result of the protesters themselves.
Another 14 were the result of lootings; in one prominent case,
because looters set fire to a store and ended up getting engulfed in
the flames themselves. Fourteen deaths are attributable to the
actions of state authorities (where in almost all cases those
responsible have been charged), and 44 are still under investigation
or in dispute. This is according to data from the office of the
Attorney General, which itself has recently become pro-opposition.
Also
unknown to most consumers of the international media would be that
opposition protesters detonated a bomb in the heart of Caracas on
July 11, wounding seven National Guard soldiers or that a building
belonging to the Supreme Court was burnt by opposition protesters on
June 12th or that opposition protesters attacked a maternity hospital
on May 17. In
other words, it is possible that much of the international left has
been misled about the violence in Venezuela; thinking that the
government is the only one responsible, that President Nicolas Maduro
has declared himself to be dictator for life (though he has actually
confirmed that the presidential elections scheduled for late 2018
will proceed as planned), or that all dissent is punishable with
prison (disputed by major opposition leader, Leopoldo Lopez – who
was partly responsible for the post-election violence in 2014 –
recently being released from prison and placed under house arrest).
If
this is the reason for the silence on Venezuela, then the left should
be ashamed for not having read its own critiques of the mainstream
media.
All
of the foregoing does not contradict that there are plenty of places
where one might criticize the Maduro Government for having made
mistakes with regard to how it has handled the current situation,
both economically and politically. However, criticisms – of which I
have made several myself – do not justify taking either a neutral
or pro-opposition stance in this momentous conflict. As South African
anti-apartheid activist Desmond Tutu once said, “If you are neutral
in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the
oppressor.”
Perhaps
the Venezuelan case is also confusing to outsiders because President
Maduro is in power and the opposition is not. It could thus be
difficult to see the opposition as being an “oppressor.”
However,
for an internationalist left, it should not be so confusing. After
all, the opposition in Venezuela receives significant support not
only from private businesses but also the U.S. Government,
the international right and transnational capital.
Perhaps
progressives feel that the Maduro Government has lost all democratic
legitimacy and that this is why they cannot support it. According to
the mainstream media coverage, Maduro canceled regional elections
scheduled for December 2016, prevented the recall referendum from
happening and neutralized the National Assembly.
Let’s
take a brief look at each of these claims one by one.
First,
regional elections (state governors and mayors) were indeed supposed
to take place in late 2016, but the National Electoral Council (CNE)
postponed them with the argument that political parties needed to
re-register first. Leaving aside the validity of this argument, the
CNE rescheduled the elections recently for December 2017. This
postponement of a scheduled election is not unprecedented in
Venezuela because it happened before, back in 2004, when local
elections were postponed for a full year. Back then, at the height of
President Hugo Chavez’s power; hardly anyone objected.
As
for the recall referendum, it was well known that it would take
approximately ten months to organize between its initiation and its
culmination. However, the opposition initiated the process in April
2016, far too late for the referendum to take place in 2016 as they
wanted. If it takes place in 2017, there would be no new presidential
election – according to the constitution – and the
vice-president would take over for the remainder of the term.
Finally,
with regard to the disqualification of the National Assembly, this
was another self-inflicted wound on the part of the opposition. That
is, even though the opposition had won 109 out of 167 seats (65%)
outright, they insisted on swearing in three opposition members whose
election was in dispute because of fraud claims.
As
a result, the Supreme Court ruled that until these three members are
removed, most decisions of the national assembly would not be valid.
In
other words, none of the arguments against the democratic legitimacy
of the Maduro Government hold much water. Moreover, polls repeatedly
indicate that even though Maduro is fairly unpopular, a majority of
Venezuelans want him to finish his term in office, which expires in
January 2019. As a matter of fact, Maduro’s popularity (24% in
March, 2017) is not as low as several other conservative presidents
in Latin America at the moment, such as that of Mexico’s Enrique
Pena Nieto (17% in March, 2017), Brazil’s Michel Temer (7% in June,
2017) or Colombia’s Juan Manuel Santos (14% in June, 2017).
Now
that we have addressed the possible reasons the international left
has been reluctant to show solidarity with the Maduro Government and
the Bolivarian socialist movement, we need to examine what
“neutrality” in this situation would end up meaning – in other
words, what allowing the opposition to come to power via an illegal
and violent transition would mean.
First
and foremost, their coming to power will almost certainly mean that
all Chavistas – whether they currently support President Maduro or
not – will become targets for persecution. Although it was a long
time ago, many Chavistas have not forgotten the “Caracazo” –
when in February 1989, then-president Carlos Andres Perez meted out
retaliation on poor neighborhoods for protesting against his
government and wantonly killed somewhere between 400 and 1,000
people. More recently, during a short-lived coup against President
Chávez in April 2002 the current opposition showed it was more than
willing to unleash reprisals against Chavistas.
Most
do not know this, but during the two-day coup over 60 Chavistas were
killed in Venezuela – not including the 19 killed, on both sides of
the political divide, in the lead-up to the coup. The post-election
violence of April 2013 left 7 dead, and the Guarimbas of February to
April 2014 left 43 dead. Although the death count in each of these
cases represented a mix of opposition supporters, Chavistas and
non-involved bystanders; the majority belonged to the Chavista side
of the political divide.
Now,
during the most recent wave of guarimbas, there have also been
several incidents in which a Chavista, who was near an opposition
protest, was chased and killed because protesters recognized them to
be a Chavista in some way.
In
other words, the danger that Chavistas will be generally persecuted
if the opposition should take over the government is very real. Even
though the opposition includes reasonable individuals who would not
support such a persecution, the current leadership of the opposition
has done nothing to rein in the fascist tendencies within its own
ranks. If anything, they have encouraged these tendencies.
Second,
even though the opposition has not published a concrete plan for what
it intends to do once in government – which is also one of the
reasons the opposition remains almost as unpopular as the government
– individual statements by opposition leaders indicate that they
would immediately proceed to implement a neoliberal economic program
along the lines of President Michel Temer in Brazil or Mauricio Macri
in Argentina. They might succeed in reducing inflation and shortages
this way, but at the expense of eliminating subsidies and social
programs for the poor across the board. Also, they would roll back
all of the policies supporting communal councils and communes that
have been a cornerstone of participatory democracy in the Bolivarian
revolution.
So,
instead of silence, neutrality or indecision from the
international left in the current conflict in Venezuela, what is
needed is active solidarity with the Bolivarian socialist movement.
Such solidarity means vehemently opposing all efforts to overthrow
the government of President Maduro during his current term in office.
Aside from the patent illegality that overthrowing the Maduro
Government would represent, it would also literally be a deadly blow
to Venezuela’s socialist movement and to the legacy of President
Chavez. The international left does not even need to take a position
on whether the proposed constitutional assembly or negotiations with
the opposition is the best way to resolve the current crisis. That is
really up to Venezuelans to decide. Opposing intervention and
disseminating information on what is actually happening in Venezuela,
though, are the two things where non-Venezuelans can play a
constructive role. Gregory

'Het beschermde deel' van het oerwoud tussen aanhalingstekens, aangezien deze bescherming geen bliksem voorstelt......... Een nieuwe stap in de al een paar eeuwen durende genocide op de oorspronkelijke bevolking van Zuid-Amerika.
In Brazilië heeft de uiterst corrupte regering Temer de subsidie voor FUNAI stopgezet*, een organisatie die stammen (veelal stammen die nooit contact hadden met de 'beschaafde wereld') in het oerwoud moet beschermen tegen het geteisem dat de oerwouden platgooit dan wel verbrandt teneinde daar een paar jaar bijvoorbeeld soja te kunnen telen voor o.a. onze gigantische veestapel (Nederland is nummer 2 importeur van gentech soja). Dat is dan ook de reden, dat de wezenloze PvdA sierkwast Koenders z'n mond over deze zaak houdt.

Tot m'n grote schaamte moet ik toegeven, dat ik een belangrijke petitie heb laten liggen. Op 30 april jl. kreeg ik deze petitie toegestuurd door Survival International.
De Braziliaanse regering Temer (u weet wel de zwaar corrupte misdadiger die met behulp van de CIA de vorige president, Dilma Rousseff, wist te lozen), heeft het budget ingetrokken, waar 19 teams van FUNAI mee betaald worden. FUNAI beschermt stammen in het Amazoneregenwoud, ook die nog niet in contact zijn geweest met de moderne 'beschaafde wereld'.
Deze bescherming is nodig, daar de kolonisten (niet zelden grote firma's) het Braziliaanse oerwoud verrampeneren* en daarbij schijt hebben aan deze stammen, hen verdrijven en niet zelden 'eenvoudigweg vermoorden....' Wat een paar honderd jaar 'beschaving' teweeg kan brengen......
Anno 2017 is er nog steeds geen eind gekomen aan de genocide op de oorspronkelijke bewoners van het Amazonegebied en de wereld kijkt weg!! We've
just received the alarming news that Brazil’s
government is withdrawing several of its teams that protect
uncontacted tribes' land. This is the biggest threat to uncontacted
tribes for a generation, abandoning them to large-scale invasions and
exposing them to devastating diseases.
The
move could condemn whole peoples to extinction, including the
Kawahiva Indians whose territory is already under attack by
politicians keen to reduce its size.
Uncontacted
tribes’ lands are guarded by just 19 government teams. Funding for
these dedicated teams is being held back, although the money required
to maintain them is equal to the average salaries and benefits paid
to just two Braziliancongressmen
per year.
Indigenous
activist Sonia Guajajara said: “By cutting FUNAI's budget, the
government is declaring the extinction of indigenous people.”
Join
us today in urging the Brazilian government to uphold
national and international law that protects uncontacted
tribes, and demand that their teams receive the funding they require

PERIES: It's The Real News Network. I'm Sharmini Peries, coming to
you from Baltimore. On Thursday, Brazil's President, Michel Temer,
signed a constitutional amendment that will limit fiscal spending
over the next 20 years. The measure is highly controversial and has
sparked protests throughout the country over the last few weeks.
Critics say that the amendment commits Brazil to austerity for the
next 20 years by limiting spending regardless of population or GDP
growth. Spending increases are only connected to inflation growth.
According to a recent poll, only 24% of the population supported and
60% are opposed to it. Many also view President Temer as being
illegitimate since he came into office through a legislative coup.
That was when Workers Party President Dilma Rousseff was ousted on
accusations of having committed administrative irregularities.
Joining
us now from London to discuss this is Alfredo Saad-Filho. Alfredo is
a Professor of Political Economy at the School of Oriental and
African Studies, the University of London, and was a Senior Economic
Affairs Officer at the United Nations Conference on Trade and
Development. Alfredo, thank you so much for joining us today. ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: Thank you very much for having me. SHARMINI
PERIES: Alfredo, let's start by giving us some detail of the
constitutional amendment that Brazil is now implementing, that's been
approved after being afloat for a few weeks now. What will it do? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: This constitutional amendment, as you explained in your
introduction, limits government spending in all areas by the Federal
Executive, by the Legislature and the judicial system to spending
this current year plus the rate of inflation for the next 20 years.
This is what it is intended to do: the idea is to limit the
government deficit and to provide credibility to economic policy in
Brazil. SHARMINI
PERIES: Now, there's been some controversy or reports that this is
also about social spending, that it freezes social spending
regardless of GDP growth. Is that the case, and what impact will it
have if it is? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: This is exactly what it does. Social spending is the area
of the government budget that has been growing the fastest because
Brazil is a country that is aging very rapidly. Population growth has
stalled for the last 20 years or so, so the population is getting
older, and demands on the social security system have been
increasing. Which is also a peculiarity of the Brazilian
Constitution, that it is very progressive in the social realm. It has
a very... a good social charter providing education, universal
education, providing a universal health system. And this is
incompatible with the now liberal economic policies that this
administration is trying to implement. And in the attempt to break
this impasse, the government has blamed the fiscal deficit on social
spending and tried to limit the spending of the government as a whole
as a way to stall the growth, suspend the growth, of public education
and public health in Brazil. SHARMINI
PERIES: Now, why would the Temer government, who is in a very tenuous
position as far as popularity is concerned, particularly given that
he was not elected -- and a measure being introduced here and passed
now is also very unpopular -- why would he be throwing himself into
such a vulnerability as far as what's happening on the streets and so
on, if he is looking like he wants to remain the president here? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: Because this is what they were trying to achieve by
removing President Rousseff from office: trying to shift economic
policy in Brazil towards neo-liberalism. You will notice that what is
not included in the ceiling for fiscal spending is the interest that
is paid on the domestic public debt. So the banks are protected --
the financial investors are protected -- but the retirees, but the
people who have illnesses, but the children in the public school
system, they are not protected, and their services will be limited,
so that the government should have enough money to pay the banks.
This is exactly what is happening in Brazil at the moment, which is a
political priority and President Temer is paying those who supported
him. SHARMINI
PERIES: And the other question is why was this done through a
constitutional amendment, rather than a piece of legislation? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: Because the public expenditure in health and education
and the public pensions paid by the State, they are all set in the
Constitution. So you would need something of that legal status in
order to limit those outlays. SHARMINI
PERIES: All right, then the people are protesting on the streets.
What do you think the short-term and the long-term effects of this
measure will be on Brazilians? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: In the long term, evidently it's a decline of the size of
the State. You will notice the absurdity. The education budget is 33
billion reals at the moment. The health budget is 94 billion reals.
The total fiscal deficit is 170 billion reals. But the government
provides in subsidy each year 200 billion reals. So subsidies for
large companies, subsidies for entrepreneurs are fine. The payment of
the interest on the domestic debt of the government, that is about 7%
of GDP -- that is fine. But education and health, they have to be
limited. So
this is the reason why there has been a lot of resistance against
this particular measure. And President Temer, whose popularity is now
stuck in single digits -- he is less popular than President Rousseff
was at the end of her administration -- President Temer is trying to
present this constitutional amendment as a political victory. But it
may well be that this is really the end of his administration. SHARMINI
PERIES: Well, how is it that a very unpopular president with an
unpopular Congress, with a very unpopular constitutional amendment,
gets it all through? I guess he's putting his political life on the
line here because of the investigations that have also been underway
and there's been some determination on all of that. So it doesn't
look like he's actually going to be able to even run in the next
election. Would you explain all of that to us? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: He cannot run in the next presidential elections that are
scheduled for 2018 because he has been judged guilty in a case of
corruption, and therefore rendered ineligible. So, one of the many
paradoxes of the political situation in Brazil at the moment is that
the current president cannot run for his own office in the future. It
is absurd. Now,
President Temer is in a very tenuous position, but he does have a
majority support in Congress, which is a very unpopular Congress,
with a large number of members of Congress being accused of
corruption and other misdemeanors. Now, even though the political
system is highly unpopular, the President is there to deliver
something that was promised when he was leading the conspiracy to
overthrow President Rousseff. This is what he is trying to do, and
any hesitation on his part will lead to -- almost inevitably lead to
-- his removal from office. Now,
notice the date: if President Temer is removed from office or forced
to resign before the 31st of December -- this year -- then there will
be direct elections for a president in Brazil. If he resigns or is
forced to step down next year, then there will not be direct
elections and Congress will elect someone indirectly to complete the
administration until 2018. So there is a race going on. This
administration is extremely fragile, and if the president steps down,
there will be elections, but my bet is that he will not step down
right now. He will wait at least until the end of the month, try to
coast until the beginning of the next year, so that Congress will be
able to elect someone that they trust, while in elections you do not
know what you're going to get. SHARMINI
PERIES: Right. Alfredo, there is a large number of legislative and
Senate lawmakers that are being investigated at the moment for their
corruption, or accusations of corruption and so on, and in an article
in The Globe and Mail a few months ago, they put this number at a
very high rate -- over 360 people in the Legislative Branch being
investigated. This pits a really peculiar situation in terms of
governance in Brazil with the courts and the legal system against the
Legislative Branch. What do we make of this and what can we expect in
the next few months? ALFREDO
SAAD-FILHO: Corruption is the way in which the Brazilian political
system works. The law says that financing for political campaigns and
political parties has to follow a particular route, but that route is
insufficient to support very expensive campaigns that have been
taking place in the country recently. So a lot of the funding for
politicians and for candidates has to go through illegal channels.
This is absolutely well-known in the country. It has always been
well-known, but it has become a major political issue right now. The
judicial system has been pursuing a number of leads of corruption,
but it is very, very important not to have any illusions about what
is going on. This is a dispute between groups, between cliques, to
see which one is the most prominent power in the Republic -- and at
the moment the most prominent power is the judiciary. There are no
controls essentially over the judiciary in Brazil. It is divided
within itself. Every day there are newspaper headlines about fights
between members of the Supreme Court and between judges at the lower
level than the Supreme Court itself. And they fight between
themselves, they fight with the lawmakers, particularly in the Senate
at the moment, and they all try to push President Temer to do their
bidding. It is an extremely confusing, chaotic, even political
situation where we see, at the same time, the disintegration of
democracy in the country, and the collapse of the Constitution. It
does not look good, and I suspect that the Brazilian Constitution
will not survive for very long. SHARMINI

Afgelopen zaterdagmiddag in het nieuws van 16.00 u. berichtte Radio1 (België) dat er rellen waren uitgebroken in Rio de Janeiro. De rellen begonnen nadat de oorspronkelijke Braziliaanse bewoners van een voor de Spelen ontruimd dorp, wilden protesteren in de buurt van een Olympische stadion. 'Uiteraard' werd dit niet toegestaan door de Braziliaanse autoriteiten en de politie schijnt er hard tegen aan te zijn gegaan........
Heb dit bericht niet kunnen verifiëren en het werd later niet herhaald op voornoemde zender. Echter, dat het al een paar jaar 'bal is' in de omgang met deze mensen is zeker...... Onlangs berichtte ik al over de hervatte genocide op de oorspronkelijke Braziliaanse bevolking, zoals op de Guarani, een genocide die sinds 2010 weer de kop heeft opgestoken: een groot aantal moorden op deze mensen en verdrijving van hun geboorte gronden....... Zie: 'Brazilië, de vervolging van de Guarani, terwijl wij 'genieten' van de Spelen........'
Eén ding is zeker: de reguliere media berichten zo min mogelijk over wat er verder gebeurt in Brazilië, het moet wel een 'leuk feest blijven, ja toch???' Overigens moet ik toegeven, dat men in een aantal organen van de reguliere media eindelijk toegeeft, dat de corrupte plaatsvervangend president van Brazilië, Temer, in feite een coup heeft gepleegd tegen de democratisch gekozen president Dilma Rousseff........ Oké men vertelt er niet bij, dat de CIA de grote regisseur is, maar toch.....
Fijn hé, het hele corrupte circus dat Olympische Spelen heet...... Godverdomme!!
De VS heeft Venezuela naar de afgrond gebracht, middels economische maatregelen, zoals het dumpen op de wereldmarkt van olie en steenkool tegen afbraakprijzen. Voorts dwong de VS o.a. bedrijven niet meer uit te leveren aan Venezolaanse bedrijven, dan wel particulieren......
De bedoeling was de bevolking in opstand te krijgen tegen het Venezolaanse bewind, eerst van Hugo Chávez en na diens (verdachte) dood*, die van Nicolás Maduro, gevolgd door de afzetting van deze presidenten....... De opzet is zo goed als gelukt: nadat de winkels voor een groot deel leeg raakten en blijven, naast het gebrek aan bijvoorbeeld veel medicijnen in Venezuela, is een groot deel van de bevolking in opstand gekomen.....
Het gaat de VS minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, Kerry niet snel genoeg, dus eist hij nu van de Venezolaanse regering een referendum over afzetting van president Maduro...... Waar haalt deze oorlogsmisdadiger het gore lef vandaan? Als een buitenlandse minister hetzelfde zou eisen in de VS, dus via een referendum een afzetting eisen van de valse slang Obama, zouden de rapen gaar zijn!!
Om maar te zwijgen over de gore machinaties van de VS om de economie van een ander land de nek om te draaien; als dat zou gebeuren met de VS als slachtoffer, zou men dit daar zien als een oorlogsverklaring.......
Niet te geloven: de VS gaat maar door met het terroriseren van andere landen....... Ook in Brazilië heeft de VS deze tactiek gevolgd, waar president Dilma Rousseff in feite is afgezet...... Dat laatste geldt voor een paar maanden, maar de kans dat Rousseff terugkomt als president, is bijna nihil....... Terwijl de VS gunstig gezinde regering van Temer, de neoliberale schoft die het presidentschap overnam in Brazilië, één grote corruptie bende is, waar in een paar maanden tijd al drie ministers vanwege grootschalige corruptie moesten aftreden en andere leden van het kabinet, inclusief Temer zelf, zware verdenkingen van o.a. corruptie tegen zich hebben.....
Meer en meer bewijzen stapelen zich op, dat de Braziliaanse president Rousseff middels een geplande staatsgreep moest verdwijnen. Vannacht om 2.00 u. maakte BBC World Service bekend, dat de huidige minister van Planning, Romero Jucá betrokken was bij de 'planning' voor afzetting van president Dilma Rousseff........
Uit een telefoongesprek, dat superschoft Jucá voerde, is duidelijk geworden, dat men Rousseff wilde afzetten, vanwege het door haar ingestelde onderzoek naar grootscheepse corruptie bij het staatsoliebedrijf Petrobras.........
Overigens is het niet uit te sluiten, dat de VS een rol speelde in het achterhalen en publiceren van dit telefoongesprek, dit daar de VS fikse kritiek krijgt voor haar bemoeienis met de staatsgreep tegen president Rousseff.........
Overigens is Jucá een goede vriend van de huidige rechtse hufter Temer, die de taak van Rousseff waarneemt en deze taak misbruikt om hervormingen door te voeren en bijvoorbeeld het ministerie van Cultuur op te heffen: 'Temer, interim-president Brazilië heft ministerie van cultuur op......'

De ultrarechtse Braziliaanse hufter Michel Temer, heeft als eerste, na de geslaagde coup tegen Dilma Rousseff, die hem interim-president maakte van dat land, het ministerie van Cultuur opgeheven.......
Ach ja, ultrarechts, ofwel fascisme heeft niets met cultuur, dat bleek wel in nazi-Duitsland, toen Goebbels opmerkte, dat wanneer hij het woord 'cultuur' hoort, hij z'n pistool zou trekken......... In Nederland bewijst de PVV tegenwoordig hetzelfde, het woord 'cultuur' is een vloek in de PVV kerk en met hand en tand verzetten de discipelen van haatprofeet Wilders zich tegen subsidies op cultuur..........
Als u dacht dat dit nieuws over Brazilië prominent in de de Nederlandse media is gemeld, heeft u het mis...... 'Natuurlijk' heeft ook Koenders geen woord vuil gemaakt, aan deze smerige beslissing, NB gedaan door een interim-president (die geacht wordt 'op de winkel te passen')......... Zoals Koenders ook geen woord vuil maakte aan de door de VS geregisseerde en betaalde opstand, die Rousseff ten val bracht.........
Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (DWN) meldde gisteren, dat de interim-president van Brazilië, Michel Temer, de laatste jaren regelmatig is gesignaleerd in de VS ambassade in Brasilia....... Volgens ingewijden, zou hij daar contacten hebben met een geheime dienst uit de VS (CIA)......
Volgens DWN zou door de VS in Brazilië dezelfde weg zijn gevolgd als eerder in Oekraïne: de president zwartmaken, de economie zoveel mogelijk saboteren (om de regering in diskrediet te brengen) en een opstand onder het volk uitlokken, gevolgd door het afzetten van de (linkse) president Dilma Rousseff........
Benieuwd hoeveel de VS in deze staatsgreep heeft gestoken, inzake Oekraïne was dit maar liefst 4 miljard dollar......

TABAKSACCIJNS EN CORRUPTIE
Tips voor 'vapers': veel gezeur anno 2019 over vapen en een 'vreemde longziekte'. Gebruik je e-sigaret niet als een gewone sigaret, immers die brand op en je moet dus blijven roken tot je het zat bent of tot de sigaret op is. Dit hoeft niet met de e-sigaret, deze werkt, mits opgeladen en gevuld met vloeistof, direct en je kan deze na een paar trekken wegleggen. Nogmaals: gebruik de e-sigaret dan ook niet als een sigaret. Daarover gesproken: als je aan een e-sigaret trekt doe dit dan niet direct op je longen, maar als een sigaret, dus eerst in je mond en dan pas inademen. Het laatste zie je maar weinig mensen doen (althans ik zie dat weinig). Directe inademing is overigens ook al niet nodig als je wiet of hasj rookt, ook het in je longen houden van de rook met wiet of hasj is totaal overbodig, je kan dit gewoon als een sigaret roken, 'stoned' wordt je toch wel en even snel. Houd je aan deze zaken en je zal zien dat je met vapen heel veel minder tabak rookt, of daar zelfs helemaal mee kan stoppen! Dan nog het volgende: vape alleen met vloeistof die van tabak is gemaakt, de extra smaken voegen meer overbodige schadelijke stoffen toe. Het is een misvatting dat vapen even slecht is als tabak, er zitten aanzienlijk minder schadelijke stoffen in en in vergelijking met de gewone sigaret, bevat de vape vloeistof maar één verslavende stof en dat is nicotine (in de gewone sigaret zitten meerdere verslavende stoffen waar de minst verslavende nicotine is !!!).Tot slot, rook je nog niet? Begin er niet aan en ga ajb niet vapen! Verslaving aan tabak is een vervelende en uiterst kostbare ziekte.
Per 1 maart 2011 werden de tabaksaccijns verhoogd. Voor shag ging de prijs met 0,26 cent per pakje van 45 gram omhoog.
Per 1 juli 2012 verhoogden de fabrikanten de prijs van tabak, voor een pakje shag met 15 cent. Per 1 januari 2013 wordt de prijs van tabak door de regering nog eens verhoogd, voor shag maar liefst 60 cent per pakje!
Maar er is meer, de belastingdienst heeft gezorgd voor minimum accijns: het absolute bedrag dat wordt geheven, is per 1 maart 2011 zodanig verhoogd, dat deze ten alle tijde gelijk is aan het bedrag dat als accijns wordt geheven op de hoogste prijsklasse. Een leuk cadeau in 2011, van de zeer 'integere' CDA tabakslobbyist Hillen en het laatste kabinet Balkenende, voor de grote tabaksfabrikanten, waar zoals gezegd in 2012 nog een cadeau van het disfunctionerende demissionaire kabinet Rutte bijkwam in 2013, met hulp van 'oppositiepartijen D66, GL en CU.
Daarnaast zijn al die prijsverhogingen een mooi cadeau voor de georganiseerde misdaad, die jaarlijks miljarden sigaretten smokkelen. Niets nieuws, want het CDA heeft via de EVP toch al hechte banden met de maffia, bij de VVD is het al niet veel anders en zoals blijkt ook bij D66, GL en CU.
Begin februari 2011 werd bekend, dat een onderdeel van defensie zich bezighield met misdaad, o.a. werd de smokkel van illegale sigaretten genoemd....
Vooralsnog weigert (september 2012) demissionair minister van Volksgezondheid Schippers de tabaksindustrie te dwingen de samenstelling van 'geheime' stoffen in tabak prijs te geven, stoffen die de verslaving aan tabak verzwaren en die de gezondheid nog meer schaden...
Het is zelfs zo zot, dat de minst verslavende stof in tabak nicotine is...... Nadat D66 hufter Borst weigerde de extra verslavende stoffen in tabak te verbieden, daar dit het roken zou bevorderen, hebben alle regeringen daarna deze meer dan schunnige houding
gevolgd.....
Totale opbrengst van tabaksaccijns in 2011: twaalf miljard euro!!!!!!!!!!! Dus als u nog eens wilt zeuren over de hoge kosten die rokers voor de gezondheidszorg opleveren..............
Het is intussen 2019 en nog steeds liegt men in de politiek dat prijsverhogingen het enige middel is om roken tegen te gaan. Daarvoor wijst men naar Australië, zonder te melden dat daar het aantal gerookte illegale sigaretten volgens deskundigen het aantal legaal verkochte sigaretten benadert...... Overigens is het nu al een paar jaar zo dat het aantal rokers in Nederland niet daalt, ondanks de enorme prijsverhogingen (waarvan vooral arme Nederlanders het slachtoffer zijn en zoals je weet: financiële problemen zijn geen stimulans om te stoppen met roken....).......

Muziektip van uw Azijnpisser bij de koppen en aanhangsels van Wilders en andere fascisten
Zit u zich te ergeren aan Wilders of andere politici met aanhangsels, beluister dan bijvoorbeeld Alabama 3 met het nummer 'Woody Guthrie' van de cd 'Power in the blood'. En u weet het: geluidsniveau 80 en de bas op abn (aardbevingsniveau). U zult merken dat u daar weer wat rustiger van wordt. Wetenschappelijk is het al vaker bewezen: muziek kan geneeskrachtig werken!
Atoom-stroom
Er werd tot voor kort veel reclame gemaakt voor atoomstroom. Als u in het bezit bent van 2 hersencellen of meer, zal u de leugens onmiddellijk herkennen. Voor de 1 hersen-celligen of andere dombo's het volgende: atoom-stroom is allesbehalve co2 vrij, kijk naar de bouw van zo'n centrale, afbraak is nog nooit gedaan en is praktisch bijna onhaalbaar. Bij de winning van uranium ontstaat een gigantische milieuvervuiling. Van ellende weten we niet waar we met het afval naar toe moeten. Dan de leugen subsidievrij: er is geen manier van energie opwekken, waar zoveel subsidie voor is gebruikt en gebruikt wordt dan voor kernenergie. Nog belangrijker: u scheept de wereld, uw kinderen en kindskinderen op met een gevaarlijk afval probleem, niet alleen het kernafval, ook de gebouwen die blijven staan zijn levensgevaarlijk afval! Het is inmiddels april 2013 en zijn we de ramp met de kerncentrales in het Japanse Fukushima 'rijker', intussen is het ongeveer een jaar geleden, dat de pro-kernenergie reclames te horen waren, maar waakzaamheid blijft geboden. De lobbyisten voor deze peperdure en levensgevaarlijke technologie werken dag en nacht door..... Samsom, de PvdA windvaan was voor de ramp in Japan, al 'voorzichtig' voor kernenergie, een mening die 180 graden draaide na de ramp in Fukushima, maar kijk niet op, als hij later zijn mening weer eens omdraait... Aanvulling op de veiligheid: volgens IT specialist Ronald Prins van Fox-IT, kan een elektriciteitscentrale via internet worden aangevallen, zelfs als de systemen niet op dat net zijn aangesloten (zie mijn bericht van 10 december 2010)
Het is bij de laatste aanpassing van deze boodschap april 2013 en binnenkort wordt de kerncentrale van Borssele stilgelegd voor de jaarlijkse controle, Essent en Delta hebben met de overheid afgesproken niet het hele reactorvat op haarscheurtjes te controleren.... (zie o.a. mijn berichten van 11 april 2013 en 4 maart 2015).
