NIDV, organisator 'wapensymposium': uitstel wegens zorgen om volksgezondheid.... ha! ha! ha! ha!

Kreeg vanmorgen de nieuwsbrief van BDS Nederland met een paar onderwerpen, één ervan ging over de wapenbeurs ('wapensymposium' >> ha! ha! ha!) die in Rotterdam zou worden gehouden, een paar van de deelnemers zouden de Israëlische wapenfabrikanten Elbit, IAI en Rafael zijn geweest. Alsof je een dictatuur uitnodigt om met haar wapenfabrieken te komen pronken, overigens geldt hetzelfde voor de deelname van wapenfabrikanten uit de VS.... 

De VS, het land dat overal waar het haar belieft dood en verderf zaait, ofwel je kan stellen dat de VS de grootste terreurentiteit ter wereld is.... De wapenfabrikanten uit de VS (en Israël) voorzien iedereen die gehoorzaam doet wat de VS wenst van wapens..... Zo is de drugsoorlog in Mexico in feite veroorzaakt door de VS, ten eerste door de invoer van vooral harddrugs (althans als je cocaïne daartoe rekent) en ten tweede door het volpompen van Mexico met wapens..... Al moet ik bij het eerste punt nog opmerken dat een groot deel van de drugsinvoer in de VS wordt gedaan door de Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) en de CIA (en niet zelden de FBI), het aantal keren dat deze diensten betrokken waren bij de invoer van enorme hoeveelheden drugs is al lang niet meer op 2 handen te tellen.....

Terug naar de wapenbeurs in Nederland, deze beurs wordt georganiseerd door de Stichting Nederlandse Industrie voor Defensie en Veiligheid (stichting: goed voor lage belastingen), vreemd genoeg wordt deze stichting met 2 verkortingen aangeduid, NEDS en NIVD, gegarandeerd dat dit ook met belastingbetaling te maken heeft..... De 'NIDV' houdt jaarlijks een symposium waar 'defensie' (lees: oorlog) en industrie elkaar ontmoeten.....

De NIDV liet dit jaar weten dat 'het symposium' niet doorgaat vanwege de nieuwe Coronamaatregelen, volgens een woordvoerder gaat het om de volksgezondheid: "En daar mogen we niet te lichtvaardig mee omgaan....." ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Het gore lef van een lobbyclub voor een industrie die verantwoordelijk is voor het zaaien van dood en verderf..... Waarbij deze industrie ook nog verantwoordelijk is voor etnische zuiveringen en genocide (etnische zuivering van Palestijnen en genocide uitgevoerd op de Palestijnen, wat ook opgaat voor de genocide op de sjiieten in Jemen)....... Kortom de wapenindustrie heeft de grootschalige westerse terreur mogelijk gemaakt niet alleen in Israël en Jemen maar ook in landen als Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië, landen waar dat westen niets, maar dan ook helemaal niets had en heeft te zoeken!! 

Een 'nieuw land' waar de VS verantwoordelijk is voor grootschalige terreur is Ethiopië en dat daar het bewind daar zaken doet met China.......

Een ander gevolg van het illegaal oorlog voeren (terreur van de bovenste plank) door de VS en haar NAVO-partners is het kweken van terreur op de straten van vooral West-Europa..... Om nog maar te zwijgen over de enorme vluchtelingenstromen die deze illegale oorlogen veroorzaken >> schunnig dan ook dat men in het westen geen vluchtelingen op wenst te nemen, terwijl men het vluchten zelf heeft veroorzaakt, als men zo tegen het opnemen van vluchtelingen is, waarom dan deelnemen aan illegale oorlogen??!!! (illegaal daar er geen VN resolutie aan ten grondslag ligt, bovendien worden deze oorlogen 'gelegitimeerd' met enorme leugens) Het ergst is uiteraard het feit dat de VS met hulp van haar NAVO-partners alleen deze eeuw al 5 miljoen mensen heeft vermoord, waarbij het aantal voor het leven gehandicapten nog veel groter is.....

De kans op een kernoorlog is groter dan ooit tevoren en ook daarvoor is vooral de westerse wapenindustrie (met name die in de VS) één van de hoofdverantwoordelijken!! 

'Nog een weetje': de EU geeft 30 keer meer uit aan de wapenindustrie dan aan mensenrechten bescherming...... In de VS geeft men jaarlijks zelfs meer dan 700 miljard dollar uit aan oorlogsvoering, terwijl daar zo'n 50 miljoen mensen afhankelijk zijn van voedselbonnen en is het aantal daklozen gigantisch, het zouden er 550.000 zijn, maar er zijn organisaties die het aantal daklozen tegen 1 miljoen schatten....

BDS stelt dan ook volkomen terecht dat er geen uitstel van dit symposium moet komen, maar een afstel dat blijvend is!!

 Protest: Geen uitstel maar afstel voor het wapensymposium van NIDV

 

Afgelopen donderdag waren wij, samen met onder andere Free Palestine Maastricht, in Rotterdam om een harde vuist te maken tegen de NEDS Wapenbeurs die deze week in Ahoy plaats zou vinden. De NIDV – Nederlandse Industrie voor Defensie & Veiligheid, houdt een jaarlijks symposium in Rotterdam Ahoy waar defensie en industrie elkaar ontmoeten. Hierbij nemen ook de Israëlische bedrijven Elbit, IAI en Rafael deel.

Dit jaar werd de beurs uitgesteld vanwege de nieuwe corona maatregelen. NIDV over het uitstel: "Het gaat immers om de volksgezondheid en daar mogen we niet lichtvaardig mee omgaan".  

Maar hoe gezond is het om een langeafstandsraket op je dak te krijgen? Hoe gezond is het om in apartheid te wonen, om geen vast dak over je hoofd te hebben, om geen toegang te hebben tot gezonde levensmiddelen omdat de Israëlische staat die afhoud? Wij protesteerden dus alsnog: wij eisen geen uitstel van de beurs, maar afstel! Lees meer

Elbit Systems (wapenfabrikant) voorziet landen van drones waarmee mensenrechten en rechten van vluchtelingen op grote schaal worden geschonden

Elbit is Israëls grootste wapenfabrikant en is wereldwijd leider op gebied van drones en militaire observatie technologie, waarmee dit bedrijf een belangrijke rol speelt in racistische grensbewaking (het voorkomen dat vluchtelingen grenzen oversteken), gedwongen verplaatsingen en andere oorlogsmisdaden en mensenrechtenschendingen......

De Boycot, Desinvesteringen en Sancties (BDS) beweging voor vrijheid, gelijkheid en gerechtigheid verzet zich tegen deze smerige fabrikant en als gevolg van eerdere successen, winnen meerdere campagnes aan invloed om Elbit te stoppen.

Vervolgens komt BDS met voorbeelden zoals een campagne tegen Elbit in de EU: Elbits Hermes 900 drones spelen een belangrijke rol in het observeren en tegenhouden van vluchtelingen die de Middellandse Zee of de Egeïsche Zee oversteken..... Terwijl de EU zich aan internationale verdragen als het VN Vluchtelingenverdrag zou moeten houden i.p.v. de Middellandse Zee (inclusief de Egeïsche Zee) te veranderen in een massagraf.... (en zoals al zo vaak op deze plek verzucht: vluchtelingen die bijna zonder uitzondering op de vlucht zijn geslagen vanwege westerse grootschalige terreur in hun thuisland.....)

Canada is met Elbit bezig nieuwe wapens te ontwikkelen, waarbij de regering Trudeau laat zien lak te hebben internationaal recht, mensenrechtenschendingen en misdaden tegen de menselijkheid (vergeet niet dat Israël nieuwe wapens en wapensystemen uitprobeert op het al zo vervolgde en praktisch weerloze Palestijnse volk...)..... BDS heeft in haar petitie een fout gemaakt als het om Canada gaat, daar men spreekt over de regering Andrews van Victoria, terwijl deze (deel-) regering zich in Australië bevindt (heb dit gecorrigeerd in het artikel), zie ook de volgende alinea:

Het voorgaande geldt ook voor Australië, waar de regering Andrews van Victoria zich schuldig maakt aan meewerken met mensenrechtenschendingen en schending van internationaal recht...... Overigens vanwege dit uitproberen van nieuwe wapens op de weerloze Palestijnen zou ik willen toevoegen dat zowel Canada als Australië zich ook schuldig maken aan misdaden tegen de menselijkheid......

In de VS is een aantal mensenrechtenorganisaties tegen het uitbreiden van Trumps racistische grensbewaking met digitale technologie van Elbit Systems (de versterkte grensbewaking is niet teruggedraaid door Biden.......) Het bedrijf heeft meerdere contracten met de VS overheid om de grensbewakingstechnologie aan te passen....... Nog 'een leuk detail': Elbit Systems heeft voorafgaand aan de VS verkiezingen vorig jaar zowel de Republikeinse als de Democratische Partij gesteund met een bedrag van $ 112,000.00 om zo door te kunnen gaan met de militarisering van de VS-Mexicaanse grens....... (overigens bewijst het doneren van geld aan politici door grote bedrijven in de VS ten overvloede dat we hier niet met democratische verkiezingen te maken hebben en dan is dit nog maar het spreekwoordelijke puntje van de enorme ijsberg aan geschonken bedragen........ (die naar ik dacht ook nog steeds van de te betalen belasting mogen worden afgetrokken.....)

Intussen proberen zionisten in Israël en daarbuiten de acties tegen Elbit Systems weg te zetten als antisemitisme....... Daarnaast wil men zelfs het gebruik van het woord 'zionist' wegzetten als antisemitisme..... Te zot voor woorden!!!

Joe Catron publiceerde het hieronder opgenomen artikel op MintPress News, ik nam het over van Anti-Media. In zijn artikel schrijft Catron over de bedrijven die Israël helpen bij haar fascistische apartheidsbeleid en dan met name bij het geweld de grootschalige terreur tegen de Palestijnse bevolking in de Gazastrook en op de West Bank, waar Israël vooral in de Gazastrook de ene massamoord na de andere begaat........

Mij viel vooral Monsanto* op, dat Israël het kankerverwekkende glyfosaat levert waarmee de fascistisch Israëlische apartheidsstaat de Palestijnse akkers van de Gazastrook besproeit in de buurt van de grens met Israël, ook al niets meer of minder dan smerige terreur....... Anders gezegd: Israël besproeit de akkers in feite met een chemisch wapen en dat op het grondgebied van de Palestijnen, zodat de voedselvoorziening van de Palestijnen in hun openluchtgevangenis Gazastrook afhankelijk blijft van o.a. Israëlische import...... Dezelfde akkers worden bij tijd en wijle door Israël gebulldozerd met machines van Caterpillar.......

Uiteraard worden deze bedrijven ook gefinancierd door banken, jammer dat Catron daarvan niet de namen heeft genoemd. Wel noemt hij de HSBC bank die grote wapenfabrieken financiert, waaronder die in Israël........ Deze wapenfabrieken in Israël proberen hun nieuwste wapens in de praktijk uit op Palestijnen......... 

Ook jammer dat Catron Facebook niet noemde, deze organisatie weert Palestijnen al heel lang van haar platform, waar zionisten hun smerige gal wel mogen spuien.....

(MPN) — As Israeli soldiers gun down unarmed Palestinian demonstrators in the Great March of Return, their lethal operations depend on an array of contractors and suppliers, many of them companies based outside Israel.

“The Israeli military relies on a network of international companies, supplying everything from sniper rifles to tear gas, to carry out its massacres of protesters in Gaza,” Tom Anderson, a researcher for Corporate Occupation, told MintPress News. “These companies are knowingly supporting war crimes, and are complicit in state-orchestrated murder.”

Since the mobilization began on March 30, Israeli forces have killed 205 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the United Nations’ Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Occupied Palestinian Territory reported on October 4.

There have been 21,288 injured, including 5,345 from live ammunition, resulting in 11,180 hospitalizations. Thirty-eight of the dead and 4,250 of the wounded were children.

A press release accompanying a September 25 report by the World Bank warned, “The economy in Gaza is collapsing,” adding that “the decade-long blockade is the core issue.”

Corporate Occupation and the American Friends Service Committee, the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) Movement, and Who Profits maintain comprehensive lists of corporations enabling Israel’s crimes against Palestinians.

Here are a few of them:

Caterpillar, Inc.

Caterpillar is known internationally for Israel’s use of its bulldozers to demolish Palestinian homes in the occupied West Bank and inside Israel itself, as well as for its role in the killing of Rachel Corrie, an International Solidarity Movement activist from the United States, who was crushed to death by one of the company’s Israel-operated machines in the southern Gaza Strip on March 16, 2003. In Gaza, Caterpillar is notorious for Israel’s deployment of its equipment to reinforce a military barrier around the Strip, as well as to level Palestinian farmland inside it. These leveling operations both destroy Palestinian agriculture, keeping Gaza a captive market for Israeli producers, and maintain a clear line of fire for Israeli soldiers to shoot Palestinians.

Combined Systems, Inc.

Combined Systems — a Jamestown, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer owned by Point Lookout Capital and the Carlyle Group — supplies light weaponry and security equipment, such as tear gas and flash grenades, to repressive governments worldwide. In May, Corporate Occupation researchers spotted an Israeli vehicle, with police markings but obviously intended for military use, equipped with the company’s ‘Venom’ tear gas launcher next to the Gaza barrier.

Ford Motor Company

While other manufacturers, like General Motors, also provide vehicles used by the Israeli army to deploy its soldiers along the Gaza barrier, Ford’s are distinctive for their creative use. In 2003, Israeli vehicle manufacturer Hatehof began retrofitting Ford F550 trucks as armored personnel carriers. By 2016, Israel had moved on to F350s, modified by Israeli military electronics company Elbit Systems as autonomous unmanned vehicles capable of remotely controlled fire.

Monsanto*

Along with herbicides from the Dow Chemical Company and ADAMA Agricultural Solutions, an Israeli unit of China’s state-owned National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina), Israel sprays Bayer subsidiary Monsanto’s notorious Glyphosate (marketed as Roundup), a known human carcinogen, on Palestinian fields across its military barrier with Gaza several times annually. As does its deployment of Caterpillar bulldozers to level the same fields, the aerial application, conducted by two civilian Israeli companies under contract to the army, serves both Israeli economic and military interests — preventing Palestinian self-sufficiency in agriculture, while allowing its forces to easily detect and fire upon Palestinian farmers and other civilians using their own land.

G4S plc

Formerly one of Israel’s biggest occupation contractors, G4S sold its major Israeli subsidiary, G4S Israel, in 2016, but kept a stake in the construction and operation of Policity, Israel’s privatized national police academy. Israel claims that its police enjoy civilian status, but routinely deploys them in military operations against Palestinians in both the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, including their use of both Combined System’s ‘Venon’ tear-gas launcher and weaponized drones to repress the Great March of Return.

Hewlett Packard

Now three companies with interlocking operations — HP Inc., Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), and DXC Technology — HP equips the Israeli military with computers and has undertaken contracts to “virtualize” IDF operations, starting in 2007 with a pilot program for the Israeli navy, which enforces the blockade of Gaza.

HSBC Bank plc

HSBC provides extensive financing to some of the most notorious military manufacturers in the world, several of them Israeli.

“HSBC holds over £800m worth of shares in, and is involved in syndicated loans worth over £19b to, companies that sell weapons and military equipment to the Israeli government,” Huda Ammori, campaigns officer for the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, told MintPress. “These investments include Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest private security firm, which markets its weapons as ‘field-tested,’ due to them being tested on Palestinian civilians in Gaza.”

A leading drone manufacturer, Elbit has played a key role in aerial attacks on the Great March of Return.

Motorola Solutions Inc.

Motorola provides the encrypted smartphones the Israeli military uses to deploy soldiers, as well as radio and communications services for the Israeli police.

Remington

Among casualties of the Great March of Return, Amnesty International reports, some “wounds bear the hallmarks of U.S.-manufactured M24 Remington sniper rifles shooting 7.62mm hunting ammunition, which expand and mushroom inside the body,” along with others indicative of Israel Weapon Industries’ Tavor rifles. “In the United States this is sold as a hunting rifle to kill deer,” Brian Castner, a weapons specialist for the human-rights organization, said in April.

Dipping Company, LLC

The White Plains, New York-based food manufacturer, co-owned by PepsiCo and Israeli foodmaker Strauss, has donated food packages to the Israeli Army’s Golani Brigade, notorious for its human-rights abuses in both Gaza and the West Bank.

“We Must Channel Our Rage”

As the Great March of Return, now in its 29th week, continues, participants and supporters say targeting firms complicit in its repression is one of the most effective means of solidarity.

“We must channel our rage at Israel’s atrocities into effective actions to hold Israel accountable,” the BDS National Committee said in a statement on April 12. “Together, we can escalate Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns.”

“Israel is meeting the Palestinian protesters with live fire, massacring over 190 Palestinians to date,” Ammori told MintPress. “Israel’s racist discrimination and brutal violence is evident, and the campaign to end complicity is vital.”

VS sancties tegen Rusland ingegeven door eigenbelang

In een artikel met de titel: 'It's the Economy, Stupid': What Really Drives US Sanctions against Russia', stelt schrijver Arkady Savitsky (wat mij betreft) ten overvloede dat de sancties van de VS opgelegd aan Rusland, puur zijn ingegeven door (commercieel) eigenbelang.

Zo heeft Trump Duitsland meermaals de wacht aangezegd te stoppen met het Nord Stream 2 (NS2) project, een gaspijpleiding van Rusland naar Duitsland, die niet over de grond van corrupte Oost-Europese staten als Oekraïne wordt aangelegd, maar deels door o.a. de Oostzee. Waar Trump uiteraard de EU wil dwingen haar peperdure LNG te kopen, gas dat met tankers moet worden aangevoerd..... 

De Trump administratie wil dit om nog enigszins de kosten terug te kunnen verdienen van de zwaar gesubsidieerde winning van schaliegas in de VS....... Een winning waarin de kosten niet eens zijn berekend voor het verrampeneerde landschap, de vervuiling van de ondergrond en grondwater, plus het lozen van enorme hoeveelheden zwaar verontreinigd water in rivieren, dan wel direct in de oceaan.......

Het VS ministerie van handel heeft 12 Russische firma's genoemd die de 'nationale veiligheid in gevaar zouden brengen' en handelen 'tegen het VS buitenlandbeleid....' Daarbij zou je denken aan firma's die het Pentagon en het ministerie van buitenlandse zaken hebben gehackt, echter de zaak steekt 'iets anders' in elkaar. 

Savitsky noemt het schaliegas verhaal niet, hij richt zich op de bescherming van de VS bedrijven in de vliegtuigbouw, dus bedrijven als Boeing. Zoals gezegd gaat het niet hacken of andere vormen van spionage, zelfs niet om de militaire tak van de luchtvaart, maar om de industrie voor de burgerluchtvaart, daar men in Rusland plannen heeft voor het bouwen van vliegtuigen die de concurrentie aangaan met o.a. bestaande VS toestellen.

Al is het natuurlijk meer dan duidelijk dat de VS Rusland bankroet wil helpen, iets dat de VS nog niet in 100 jaar zal lukken, daarvoor heeft Rusland (gelukkig) veel te veel grondstoffen. De VS wil de machtigste staat op de wereld blijven en aan die stoelpoten wordt gezaagd door zowel Rusland als China, vandaar deze meer dan belachelijke sancties, die in feite zijn gebaseerd op door de VS zelf bedachte leugens en de door de VS zelf georganiseerde opstand en coup in Oekraïne...... Of het enorme aantal leugens over de oorlog in Syrië, een oorlog waarvoor de VS de hoofdverantwoordelijke is....... Leugens en acties die met grote graagte worden verspreid en gevolgd door de reguliere westerse (massa-) media en de hielenlikkers van de VS, waaronder de EU lidstaten, het enige land in de EU dat daar nog enige kritiek op heeft is de Duitse premier Merkel......

‘It’s the Economy, Stupid’: What Really Drives US Sanctions Against Russia

The US Department of Commerce has imposed restrictions on 12 Russian corporations that are “acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the US.” The notice has been published in the Federal Register. US corporations are banned from exporting dual-use goods to the sanctioned companies.

A closer look at the list makes one wonder. The companies under fire have no relation to defense production and have no ties at all with the Russian Ministry of Defense. None of them have signed any contracts with the military. AeroComposite, part of Russia’s state-run United Aircraft Corporation, produces wings for the civilian MC-21 airliner, Aviadvigatel produces engines for military aviation, it has neither technology nor experience to get involved in defense projects, Divetechnoservice is a civilian diving equipment producer, Nilco Group deals in grain, oil products, steel, wood, port services, paper, electronic parts and cement.

It’s not the military the US aims at this time. The real target is Russian civil aviation, which is on the rise. It’s enough to remember that as soon as Aeroflot Company announced its plans to acquire 100 Superjet SSJ-100 airliners instead of American Boeings, the US Treasury said it was considering the possibility of introducing sanctions against the Russian company Sukhoi, allegedly because its combat planes may have been used in Syrian chemical attacks. 

A closer look at the blacklist shows the US has sanctioned those who are involved in the production of civilian airliner Irkut MC-21. Aviadvigatel is to supply PD-14 and PD-35 engines, which cannot power combat planes. AeroComposite, a producer of composites, is responsible for the development and creation of the composite wing for the aircraft. The MC-21 will be the world’s first airliner with a capacity of more than 130 passengers to have composite-based wings. The estimated share of composites in the overall design is 40%. So far, the company has produced composite parts only for MC-21 and no other aircraft.

True, the share of Russia-produced components is growing. Russia belongs to the club of the chosen. There are few aviation engines and composite wings producers in the world. The US wants no competitors. The way to deal with the problem is a sanctions war waged under the pretext of fending off imaginary threats to national security instead of fair competition.

The US aims to strike the soft underbelly. Russia does buy some components for the MC-21’s black wing abroad. Black wing is specific revolutionary knowhow to radically enhance the aircraft’s performance and make the new plane attractive for foreign customers. The vacuum infusion technology used for mass production is a breakthrough achievement. The Irkut is the only aircraft in the world to combine a composite wing with a narrow-body. Today, only wide-body aircraft boast composite wings.

Russia-produced composite materials make the aircraft lighter and consequently cheaper. Carbon fiber and binders may be a problem if sanctions are in place. The US Commerce Department knows where to hit.

Engines are also a problem. Until now MC-21s have been powered by Pratt & Whitney engines. The PD-14 – the first new engine built in Russia since the Soviet Union’s break-up ­– is ready to take their place. It is 100 percent Russia-made. The PD-14 is going through tests with serial production expected to start this year. With PD-14 operational, MC-21 will have an advantage over the competitors – A320 and Boeing-737.

Avionics is where Russia is lagging behind. Progress is there but it’s still a weak point. The aircraft’s production depends on Rockwell Collins. Honeywell, UTC Aerospace Systems, Goodrich Corporation, Hamilton Sundstrand, Eaton, French Thales, British Meggitt, Swedish CTT System and Israeli Elbit - each of them exports components for the new Russian airliner.

It’s impossible to substitute all the imported parts in one fell swoop. The production of all the needed equipment in Russia will take time and effort. At the same time it would greatly spur the Russian airspace industry. Some components could be purchased in other countries, such as China, to give the industry time to meet the challenge. The worst outcome is a two-year delay in mass production of MC-21. It’s sad but Russia can live with that.

The other consequence – the US sanctions in place can scare customers away. That’s the main goal the US is pursuing. The message is “Don’t buy Russian even if it’s civilian products, be on the safe side.” With no demand on the world market, the project may not survive. This is the way to nip the Russian competitor in the bud.

The sanctions will also negatively impact the plans to build a Russia-Chinese wide-body airliner. Aviadvigatel is developing new engine specifically for this plane. Its PD-35 will have no analogues in the world. The project is the first and only challenge to the monopoly of Boeing and Airbus. Russia is the only competitor with experience of its own. The Soviet Union has built the Il-96, a four-engined long-haul wide-body airliner designed by Ilyushin. That’s why China joined Russia in the effort – it needs its expertise. The last thing the US wants is to see this project come into life. It praises free market until its monopoly is preserved. The emergence of competitors makes America forget its principles and shift to protectionist policy. International agreements and the rules of WTO become immediately forgotten. The Russia’s technological progress is met with punitive measures.

Forget about Crimea, Ukraine, Syria, the Skripal poisoning story and other things not even mentioned by President Trump in his address to the UN Security Council on September 27. The US uses pressure to eliminate competitors and do away with any hope for fair competition. Washington protects Boeing by resorting to the policy of twisting arms. On September 24, the EU, Russia, China and Iran met on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to agree on introducing a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to counter US sanctions against Iran. That’s the first and a very significant step to repel the US attacks.

The EU, Russia, China and other nations face a common threat. They can unite and on their own rules while creating their own markets protected from American pressure with fair competition as the basic principle. If the US wants to be isolated, let it. It’s free to choose its fate but so are others. The time has come to teach the bully a lesson.
