NIAID van dr. Fauci martelt dieren met totaal onzinnige experimenten

Dr. Fauci lag een paar maanden geleden onder vuur toen bekend werd dat zijn instituut NIAID beagles (honden) op vreselijke manieren martelde voor onzinnige proeven....* Fauce werd uit de wind gehouden door de reguliere media die het verhaal als fantastisch hebben neergezet en dat Fauci (ook naar eigen zeggen) niets wist van de dierproeven........ Totaal ongeloofwaardig als je ziet welke kapitalen werden en worden ingezet voor deze dierproeven, anders gezegd: het is onmogelijk dat Fauci hier niets van heeft geweten, niet voor niets ook dat velen Fauci 'dr. Fraudski' noemen...... (zo meer daarover)

Fauci is de directeur van de NIAID, een divisie van het National Institute of Health, wat weer onderdeel is van het department of Health and Human Services (>> HHS), wat wij het ministerie van Volksgezondheid en Sociale Zaken zouden noemen.

Het 'ultra rechtse' platform The Epoch Times kowam gisteren met een bericht over een onderzoek naar met de belastingbetaler gefinancierde dierproeven op primaten..... Op Morgan Island, een eiland voor de kust van South Carolina, heeft het NIAID resusapen die het gebruikt voor uiterst wrede en barbaarse dierproeven.... Zo worden deze apen geïnjecteerd met ziekten als ebola en het Lassa virus (ook Lassakoorts genoemd), wat tot verschrikkelijke resultaten leidt en waaraan deze dieren op een afschuwelijke manier sterven....... 

Justin Goodman vicepresident van het White Coat Waste Project (WCWP) stelt dat deze nonprofit organisatie documenten via de Freedom of Information Act >> FOIA (als onze Wet openbaarheid van bestuur >> Wob) heeft bemachtigd waaruit blijkt dat de NIAID 13,5 miljoen dollar aan belastinggeld heeft gebruikt voor de eerder genoemde walgelijke experimenten........ 

In veel van deze experimenten, onthouden Fauci en zijn personeel de dieren met opzet pijnstillers, ook al veroorzaken deze experimenten de meest ondraaglijke pijn. Experimenten die o.a. bestaan uit het laten opeten van de kop van beagles door zandvliegen terwijl de arme dieren nog leven.... Ook worden deze dieren onder dwang gevoed met een experimenteel medicijn, voordat ze werden vermoord en uit elkaar werden gesloopt....  

Uit een database over federale uitgaven blijkt dat het ministerie HHS de Charles River laboratoriums vanaf 2018 maar liefst 13,5 miljoen dollar heeft toegekend, dit is onderdeel van een potentiële subsidie die 27,5 miljoen dollar groot is voor het fokken van en houden van apen. Voorts gaf het NIAID 8,9 miljoen dollar van die 13,5 miljoen dollar subsidie..... (en dan durft Fauci te zeggen dat hij niets van dierproeven weet....)

Het Morgan Island is in eigendom van het South Carolina Department of Natural Resources en wordt 'gehuurd' door de Charles River laboratoria........ De apen werden in 1979 vanuit het Caribbean Primate Research Center overgebracht naar dat eiland.

WCWP ontdekte het Morgan Island bij onderzoek naar 'angst experimenten' op de resusapen in een laboratorium van NIH in Bethesda (Maryland)...... Middels verder onderzoek werd duidelijk dat de laboratoria van Fauci de grootste financiers zijn van dat eiland, aldus Goodman..... Tussen de 500 en 600 van deze apen werden verscheept naar laboratoria van de NIH en NIAID, waar hen een hel op aarde wachtte.....

Goodman stelt volkomen terecht dat het zeer onwaarschijnlijk is, gezien zijn positie, dat Fauci niets afwist van de experimenten op deze apen (en op de beagles), zeker daar er aanzienlijke bedragen over tafel zijn gegaan voor het e.e.a....... Voorts vormen deze walgelijke experimenten een belangrijk onderdeel van de werkzaamheden in de laboratoria waarover Fauci beschikt, totaal ongeloofwaardig dan ook dat hij niets zou weten over deze barbaarse experimenten...... 

'The bucks stop with him', ofwel het is een schande dat Fauci net doet alsof hij niet verantwoordelijk is voor deze dierproeven, terwijl hij dat wel degelijk is >> de proeven worden bij wijze van spreken onder zijn ogen uitgevoerd..... Goodman stelt dat wanneer Fauci zo wordt geprezen vanwege zijn bijdragen voor de Coronacrisis (waar velen in de VS toch echt anders over denken), hij ook de verantwoording moet nemen voor al het slechte waarvoor hij verantwoordelijk is.....

Onderzoek naar vaccins (zoals dat tegen COVID-19) wordt aangevoerd als legitimatie van deze vreselijke experimenten, terwijl NB de NIH heeft gezegd dat ondanks de gelijkenisssen met mensen, 9 van de 10 medicijnen, die zijn verkegen door deze arme dieren te martelen, niet werken voor mensen, ze werken niet of zijn zelfs ronduit gevaarlijk, aldus Goodman..... Hier zou ik willen opmerken dat het veel verder gaat, een groot aantal wetenschappers stelt zelfs dat dierproeven niets zeggen over mensen, er is tegenwoordig een veel betere methode om medicijnen te teste en dat is middels het gebruik van menselijke cellen en computer modellen >> dit wordt aangeduid als: Research Modernisation Deal >> RMD**.

De marteling van dieren gaat zover dat men zelfs de stembanden van beagles doorsnijdt zodat men het geschreeuw van pijn niet behoeft te horen........ Schandelijk genoeg en uiterst brutaal geeft het ministerie van HHS aan dat het beagles gebruikt voor dierproeven omdat ze zo klein en volgzaam zijn...... De NIH geeft maar liefst 20 miljard per jaar uit aan zinloze dierproeven......

In het volgende artikel van The Epoch Times verder nog aandacht voor de kritiek van een paar wetenschappers op dierproeven.

De NIAID heeft op verzoek gereageerd op het onderzoek en durft met droge ogen te beweren dat het martelen van apen helpt bij het ontwikkelen van levensreddende preventie en behandeling van ziekten die de volksgezondheid aantasten...... Alsof dit geteisem niet weet dat dierproeven al lang zijn achterhaald...... Hierbij wil ik dan ook nogmaals de wens uitspreken dat degenen die zich beschuldigen aan deze walgelijke martelingen een langdurige en pijnlijke dood sterven, dat hebben ze dik verdiend!!!

Island of Rhesus Monkeys in South Carolina Exposed as NIAID’s Source for ‘Excruciating Experiments’

A group that investigates taxpayer-funded experiments on animals has disclosed a document exposing the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) “excruciating experiments” on rhesus monkeys.

The monkeys, which are owned by NIAID, are acquired from Morgan Island off the coast of Beaufort, South Carolina.

Justin Goodman, vice president of advocacy and public policy for the White Coat Waste Project (WCWP), told The Epoch Times that the nonprofit taxpayer watchdog group obtained the document in October through the Freedom of Information Act, revealing that the NIAID has spent $13.5 million in taxpayer funding on experiments that involve injecting monkeys with various infectious diseases such as Ebola and the Lassa virus that result in hemorrhaging, pain, brain damage, loss of motor control, and organ failure.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is the director of NIAID, a division of the National Institute of Health (NIH), itself a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

“In many of these experiments, Fauci and staff intentionally withhold pain relief, even though these are some of the most excruciating experiments in the federal government,” Goodman said.

WCWP recently exposed the NIAID’s experiments on beagles that involved having sandflies eat the dogs alive, as well as experiments that involved force-feeding 44 beagle puppies an experimental drug before killing and dissecting them.

A federal spending database shows that the Department of Health and Human Services has given Charles River Laboratories $13.5 million out of a potential award amount of $27.5 million since 2018 to breed and maintain the monkeys.

NIAID paid $8.9 million of that $13.5 million.

The island is owned by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and is leased to Charles River Laboratories.

‘Fear Experiments’

The island crossed WCWP’s radar when the group was investigating “fear experiments” on monkeys taking place inside of NIH’s lab in Bethesda, Maryland.

A deeper dive into those separate experiments at NIH led WCWP to discover the source of the monkeys at Morgan Island.

“We started triangulating information about that island with the experiments at the labs, and we found that Fauci’s labs are the single largest supporter of that island,” Goodman said.

In 2020, there were 3,521 monkeys on the island, with 750 born annually.

Between 500 and 600 of the monkeys are shipped to NIH and NIAID laboratories.

‘The Buck Stops With Him’

“It’s very unlikely that Fauci didn’t know about this given the amount of money involved and the fact that these experiments are happening in his own laboratories,” Goodman said. “These aren’t being contracted somewhere else. They are happening in his own house. If he’s going to get credit for any good he does, he needs to get blamed for any bad that’s happening on his watch as well. The buck stops with him, and he’s certainly responsible.”

The monkeys were shipped from the Caribbean Primate Research Center to the island in 1979.

According to PubMed.gov, the monkeys reestablished their former social groups from the Caribbean research center after being transported to the island.

‘Notoriously Unreliable’ 

Vaccine research is the reason given for some of the experimentation; however, despite their biological similarities to humans, the NIH said that nine out of 10 drugs that pass tests on animals fail in humans because they don’t work or they are dangerous, Goodman said.

“Research shows that despite their similarities to us, they are incredibly poor predictors of how vaccines and other drugs are going to act in humans,” Goodman said.

WCWP has exposed six different beagle experiments that Fauci has funded.

In one of the procedures highlighted, NIAID staff performed a “cordectomy,” which involves cutting a dog’s vocal cords so that it can’t bark, howl, or cry during an experiment.

“The reason that the Department of Health and Human Services gives on its website for using beagles is that they are small and docile, meaning they are easy to abuse,” Goodman said.

“White Coats,” Goodman said, “is a reference to those conducting the experiment, and ‘Waste’ is a reference to the horrible return on investment the taxpayers are getting from this type of experimentation that agencies like the NIH admit are incredibly inefficient and rarely improve human health, though the NIH alone continues to spend $20 billion a year on animal experimentation like what’s being done to the monkeys from Morgan Island.”

Dr. Stacy Lopresti-Goodman, a primate expert, psychology professor, and WCWP adviser, said, “Primate experimentation is a cruel and notoriously unreliable way to develop drugs and treatments for humans, and it doesn’t deserve taxpayers’ support.”

Dr. Tiffani Milless, a pathologist and medical adviser to WCWP, said that “infecting nonhuman primates with painful and debilitating illnesses with the goal of curing humans is not just cruel, but it’s incredibly wasteful.”

“The NIH should stop squandering tax dollars on wasteful and cruel primate testing that doctors like me cannot use to actually help people,” Milless said.

NIAID’s Response

When reached for comment on the experiments, the NIAID said the monkeys are used by NIAID “for research that helps develop life-saving preventions and treatments for diseases affecting public health.”

COVID-19: FDA vraagt om volledig rapport over toelating van het Pfizer vaccin tot 2076 geheim te houden >> klokkenluider ontslagen

Weer een staaltje volksverlakkerij van de eerste orde: de Food and Drug Administration (FDA) heeft een federale rechter gevraagd om de laatste pagina's voor de toelating van het Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-vaccin pas over 55 jaar vrij te geven......

Het verzoek van de FDA volgde op wat wij een WOB verzoek zouden noemen >> Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), een verzoek van de Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), een organisatie bestaande uit artsen en wetenschappers, inclusief Harvey Risch, een professor in epidemiologie. De PHMPT streeft medische transparantie na...... De FDA heeft de rechter gevraagd om het openbaren van de 329.000 pagina's met een hoeveelheid van 500 pagina's per maand vrij te geven, daarmee zou het bijna 55 jaar duren voor de laatste 500 pagina's worden vrijgegeven.......

De PHMPT heeft de zaak aanhangig gemaakt nadat de FDA weigerde om het gevraagde rapport vrij te geven, nu willen zowel deze organisatie als de FDA hun argumenten voorleggen aan de rechter, die tot een beslissing moet komen.

De belofte van de FDA om transparantie door te voeren, is om het zacht te zeggen een berg illusies, aldus Aaron Siri in een blogpost van 17 november jl, wiens firma de PHMPT vertegenwoordigt in de rechtszaak.......

Ik zou daar aan toe willen voegen dat ook deze zaak aantoont dat we lang niet alles mogen weten als het gaat om de COVID-vaccins, ofwel daarmee geeft de FDA de tegenstanders van de haastig in elkaar geflanste vaccins alleen maar meer reden om de vaccins te wantrouwen en zoals al zo vaak op deze plek opgemerkt: een heel groot deel van de tegenstanders behoort niet tot de klassieke anti-vaxxers, zij laten hun kinderen wel inenten tegen diverse kinderziekten en nemen ook de vaccinaties die bijvoorbeeld nodig zijn om tropische gebieden te bezoeken (dat is verplicht en daar hebben ze geen moeite mee, maar ja die vaccins zijn dan ook uit en te na getest). De politiek en de westerse reguliere media demoniseren deze mensen, zonder dat men echt aandacht heeft voor de argumenten waarmee deze mensen een COVID-vaccin weigeren..... 

Neem wat betreft het voorgaande alleen al het feit dat de farmaceuten die de vaccins maken, van de landen waar hun vaccin wordt verspreid eisen dat ze niet verantwoordelijk mogen worden gesteld voor de bijwerkingen op de korte, middellange en lange termijn (niets ander dan machtsmisbruik)....... Logisch daar de laatste twee, dus de bijwerkingen op de middellange en lange termijn, niet bekend zijn, daar die tijden nog moeten volgen, bedenk daarbij dat veel andere vaccins pas werden toegelaten na 10 jaar testen....... Niet voor niets ook dat Bourla, NB de CEO van Pfizer, heeft gesteld blij te zijn met de grote vaccinatiegraad in Israël (wat niet geldt voor de Palestijnen...) en de bevolking daarom in feite gebruikt kan worden als proefdier voor eventuele bijwerkingen op de middellange en lange termijn......*

Het heeft alles bij elkaar 108 dagen geduurd voordat de FDA volledige toelating gaf, 108 dagen vanaf het moment dat Pfizer begon met het produceren van de gegevens voor toelating van het vaccin, aldus Siri...... Volgens Siri is het zo als je de FDA op haar woord gelooft, dat het een intense, robuuste, grondige en complete beoordeling en analyse van deze documenten heeft uitgevoerd om er zeker van te zijn dat het Pfizer vaccin veilig en effectief is voor toelating...... Terwijl de FDA 108 dagen nodig had om een toelating van het vaccin af te geven, vraagt het nu (schandelijk genoeg, Ap) 20.000 dagen om de volledige hoeveelheid documenten beschikbaar te stellen aan het publiek.... Hoe ongeloofwaardig kan een overheidsorgaan zijn??!!! (en nogmaals: vind je het gek dat een een flink aantal mensen het vaccin niet vertrouwt??)

De FDA heeft niet gereageerd op vragen over deze zaak door The Epoch Times, zo meldt dit platform......

De FDA heeft de licentie voor het Pfizer COVID-vaccin afgegeven op 23 augustus 2021, minder dan 4 maanden nadat Pfizer begon met het leveren van documenten voor de volledige toelating van het 'medicijn......' Dit leidde tot een stortvloed van vaccin mandaten (het verplichten tot vaccinatie) in de publieke en privé sectoren.....

Eén van de bedrijven die betrokken waren bij de proeven met het Pfizer vaccin, heeft eerder deze maand aangegeven dat het onderzoek uitvoerde naar vermeende problemen met het vaccin, aan het licht gebracht door een klokkenluider die de British Medical Journal (BMJ) informeerde dat de proeven voor het vaccin vergeven waren van (onfrisse, Ap) zaken zoals de falsificatie van data...... Eerder werd overigens al bekend gemaakt dat Pfizer een zogenaamd onafhankelijk onderzoek naar het vaccin zelf heeft gestuurd.........

Brook Jackson, de klokkenluider, waarschuwde de FDA en binnen een paar uur daarna werd hij ontslagen door het bedrijf dat onderzoek deed naar het vaccin, te weten: Ventavia Research...... Volgens het oudste medische tijdschrift ter wereld, het British Medical Journal, nu aangeduid als de BMJ, heeft de FDA niet de Ventavia's proefsites geïnspecteerd, ondanks dat dit orgaan werd gewaarschuwd voor diverse zaken (die niet kloppen, Ap)........ (nogmaals: vind je het gek dat zovelen het vaccin niet vertrouwen.....)

Eerder deze maand heeft de FDA The Epoch Times laten weten dat hoewel het geen commentaar kan geven op de Ventavia zaak, het volledig vertrouwen heeft in de data die werden gebruikt ter ondersteuning van de autorisatie en goedkeuring van het Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-vaccin....... Waar dus nog wel het e.e.a. over valt te zeggen, om het nog eens zachtjes uit te drukken......  

Vanaf 14 november jl. zijn meer dan 256 miljoen doses van het Pfizer-COVID vaccin toegediend in de VS, een aantal dat me sterk overdreven lijkt, gezien de recente geschiedenis van vaccinaties in de VS..... 

Ondanks alles wat er al over de COVID-vaccins is gepubliceerd, 'laat ik me graag zo snel mogelijk vaccineren, ik kan niet wachten....'

FDA Asks Court for 55 Years to Fully Release Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Data

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) asked a federal judge on Nov. 15 to give it until the year 2076 to fully release the documents in its possession tied to the approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA’s request was made in a filing as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit by a medical transparency group. The government told the court it has 329,000 pages of documents responsive to the FOIA request and proposed releasing 500 pages per month to allow for redactions of exempt material. At that rate, the FDA would fully release the records in question in just under 55 years.

The plaintiff, Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), is a group of doctors and scientists, including Harvey Risch, a professor of epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health.

The group filed the lawsuit (pdf) after the FDA denied their request to expedite the release of the records. The plaintiff and the defendant, unable to reach an agreement on a disclosure schedule, are seeking a hearing to argue their cases before the judge, who may eventually make a decision in that regard.

“The FDA’s promise of transparency is, to put it mildly, a pile of illusions,” Aaron Siri, whose firm is representing PHMPT in the lawsuit, wrote in a blog post on Nov. 17.

“It took the FDA precisely 108 days from when Pfizer started producing the records for licensure to when the FDA licensed the Pfizer vaccine,” Siri continued. “Taking the FDA at its word, it conducted an intense, robust, thorough, and complete review and analysis of those documents in order to assure that the Pfizer vaccine was safe and effective for licensure. While it can conduct that intense review of Pfizer’s documents in 108 days, it now asks for over 20,000 days to make these documents available to the public.”

The FDA did not respond to a request for comment.

The FDA licensed the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine under the Comirnaty label on Aug. 23, 2021, less than four months after Pfizer began submitting documents for full approval of the drug. The FDA approval of the license in late August led to an avalanche of vaccine mandates in the private and public sectors.

COVID-19 is the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, commonly known as the novel coronavirus**.

One of the companies involved in the trials of the Pfizer vaccine earlier this month said it was investigating alleged problems brought to light by a whistleblower who told the British Medical Journal (BMJ) that the trial was riddled with issues, including the falsification of data.

The whistleblower, Brook Jackson, alerted the FDA and was fired within hours. Jackson was working for Ventavia Research Group, which operated several of the Pfizer trial sites in the fall of 2020.

According to BMJ, one of the oldest medical journals in the world, the FDA did not inspect Ventavia’s trial sites, despite being alerted about the issues.

The FDA told The Epoch Times in an email earlier this month that while it can’t comment on the Ventavia matter, it “has full confidence in the data that were used to support the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine authorization and the Comirnaty approval.”

As of Nov.14, more than 256 million doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the United States.

Beetje kort door de bocht de kop op dit bericht, maar niet te kort. De vergiftiging van de Skripals met novitsjok nadert na meer dan 3 jaar de ontknoping, al zullen er meer dan genoeg mensen zijn die dit verhaal van meet af aan niet geloofd hebben, daar ze weten dat elke blootstelling van dit gif zonder meer dodelijk is en volkomen terecht: een aanval met novitsjok is niet te overleven, in géén ziekenhuis op onze planeet.......Novitsjok is zelfs het dodelijkste bestaande chemische wapen.....

Naar nu blijkt is er gerommeld met de stalen bloed die bij de Skripals zijn afgenomen en dat volkomen illegaal daar het protocol dat in dit soort zaken gevolgd moet worden op meerder manieren werd overtreden..... Naar nu blijkt hebben niet alleen Oekraïne en Groot-Brittannië nog voorraden novitsjok maar ook de VS en Duitsland..... Alle tijdsprotocollen zijn overtreden in het onderzoek naar de bloedstalen, dit gecombineerd met de wetenschap dat zoals gezegd geen mens een aanraking met novitsjok zonder beschermende kleding kan overleven, geeft aan dat men de bloedstalen dusdanig heeft gemanipuleerd dat het lijkt alsof de Skripals met een novitsjok aanslag te maken hadden...... Niet alleen dat, maar al kort na de 'aanslag' werd bekend gemaakt dat men in Rusland weliswaar de formule heeft om novitsjok te maken, maar dat zelf nooit heeft gemaakt, daar men concludeerde dat deze chemische stof niet is te gebruiken tegen vijanden...... (het zou zich als bijvoorbeeld mosterdgas tegen de eigen militairen dan wel bevolking kunnen keren)

Uiteraard zet dit nogmaals grote vraagtekens bij de novitsjok aanval op de fascistische misdadiger Navalny, waar sommige westerse media durfden te stellen dat Navalny 2 keer met novitsjok is aangevallen..... ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Na de eerste keer zou hij al morsdood zijn geweest, hoe kan je hem dan nog een keer vergiftigen met novitsjok??!!!

Het volgende artikel geschreven door Dilyana Gaytandzhieva werd gepubliceerd op Defend Democracy Press. De documenten zijn verkregen middels de Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), wat men hier een 'WOB procedure' noemt (Wet openbaarheid van bestuur), althans een procedure die is te vergelijken met deze in Nederland gebruikte procedure om zaken aan het licht te brengen....... 

De novitsjok die na manipulatie werd aangetroffen in de bloedstalen van de Skripals werd geproduceerd in de VS, aldus Dennis Rohrbaugh van de US Army Chemical and Biological Defense Command’s Edgewood Research Development and Engineering Center......

Gaytandzhieva stelt in de kop van haar artikel dat het Britse ministerie van defensie de bloedstalen van de Skripals zou hebben kunnen manipuleren, echter gezien deze documenten en eerdere onderzoeken van echte journalisten en uitlatingen van specialisten op het gebied van chemische wapens, kan je niet anders concluderen dan dat manipulatie op zeker heeft plaatsgevonden!!! 

Lees het artikel van Gaytandzhievaen geeft het door, daar de reguliere media deze info niet zullen brengen, daar kan je donder op zeggen, immers dat zou ten overvloede nog eens aantonen dat ze hun werk niet hebben gedaan, maar zich hebben laten oplichten door diverse instanties, waaronder de Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) en het Britse ministerie van defensie, terwijl die meermaals zijn betrapt op liegen en manipulatie van berichtgeving....... (o.a. door klokkenluiders van de OPCW, wat betreft de leugens van het Britse ministerie van defensie: daarmee kan je een fiks archief vullen....). Je kan dan ook concluderen dat de aanslag op de Skripals en de vermeende vergiftiging van Nalavlny niets anders zijn dan 'false flag operaties'*, waarmee Rusland werd en wordt gedemoniseerd, een heel smerige vorm van propaganda..... UK Defense ministry document reveals Skripals blood samples could have been manipulated

New evidence has emerged of gross violations during the UK investigation into the alleged poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury on 4^th March 2018. The new revelations put into question the main evidence that the Skripals were poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok.

The blood samples taken from the Skripals could have been tampered with so that they test positive for Novichok, newly disclosed information obtained from the UK Ministry of Defense reveals. Furthermore, documents show that Russia was not the only country in the world that could be linked to the nerve agent Novichok.

The US had covered up its own Novichok program masked as research on fourth generation nerve agents (FGAs) and muzzled the Organisation for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) a decade before the Skripals attack.

Breach of chain of custody

Newly disclosed information obtained from the UK Ministry of Defense (MOD) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) questions the integrity of the main evidence that the Skripals were poisoned with Novichok, namely their blood samples. The ministry is in charge of the British military laboratory DSTL Porton Down which analyzed the Skripals blood samples and reportedly identified Novichok.

“Our searches have failed to locate any information that provides the exact time that the samples were collected”, the ministry states. The information held by MOD therefore indicates that the samples were collected at some point between 16:15 on 4 March 2018 and 18:45 on 5 March 2018 (the approximate time according to MOD when the samples arrived at DSTL Porton Down). Even the time of arrival at Porton Down is indicated as “approximate”.

The lack of this information is gross violation and breach of the chain of custody. The UK NHS protocol requires that a request form accompany all specimens sent to the laboratory and clearly state the exact (not approximate) date and time of collection. This newly disclosed information questions the whole Skripals Novichok poisoning story. The fact that the chain of custody of these blood samples was broken directly suggests that they could have been manipulated and tampered with.

 

 

According to the UK Defense Ministry document, there is no information as to when exactly (date and time) the blood samples were collected. Hence, these samples are inadmissible evidence in court as without a proper chain of custody the samples could have been manipulated and contaminated with Novichok.

A British toxicologist with extensive knowledge in the field of organophosphate pesticide analysis who wishes to remain anonymous for security reasons has reviewed the MOD document: “It is inconceivable that with such a visibility case, and the obvious significance of any and all biological samples, normal and expected sample logging and documentation did not take place. The person drawing the sample, in any clinical or forensic setting knows that the date and time must be recorded, and the donor positively identified. In a criminal case, evidence gleaned from these samples would be thrown out as inadmissible. Custody seals can be broken and re-applied. In a normal blood draw, the donor would sign the seal which is placed over the vials. In this case, with the donors apparently unconscious, then the phlebotomist would do the signing, and be able to later verify his/her signature on the seal. As we don’t know when, or possibly where the samples were taken, it would be difficult to prove that the seals were in fact the original seals. This lack of protocol is either very sloppy or clandestine.”

What is Chain of Custody and why is it important

The chain of custody is the most critical process of evidence documentation. Chain of Custody (CoC), in legal contexts, refers to the system of controls governing the collection, processing and storage of samples. These controls reduce the potential for samples to be accidentally or maliciously tampered with.

A template of Chain of Custody (CoC) form includes detailed information about each person handling the sample(s) from the time of collection to its receipt by the analyst. This essential information is missing in the Skripals case. Even the time of arrival at Porton Down is “approximate” not exact, according to the UK MoD document.

The chain of custody can be broken if:

1. a custody form is labeled incorrectly or is missing information such as exact date and time of collection, transfer and receipt
2. if a transfer of evidence takes an unreasonable amount of time, or
3. if there is reason to believe the evidence was tampered with

Although even one of the above conditions is enough for the chain of custody to be broken, in the Skripals case all three are present:

1. According to MoD, there is no information as to when the samples were collected and the time when they arrived at Porton Down is approximate (not exact)

2. The blood samples arrived at Porton Down 25 hours after the Skripals were admitted to hospital, according to MoD. For reference, the distance between the Salisbury district hospital and Porton Down is only 13 km or an 18-minute drive which means that the transfer of evidence took an unreasonable amount of time.

3.There are four reasons to believe the samples were tampered with since:

3.1. None of the people who were in direct contact with the Skripas tested positive for Novichok. According to the UK government, the nerve agent had been sprayed on the door handle of the Skripals house.  Yulia and her father Sergei touched the door handle and few hours later the two collapsed simultaneously on a bench in Salisbury. Meanwhile, few minutes after they had reportedly been poisoned by touching the door handle, the Skripals handed bread to three children to feed ducks. One of the children even ate the bread. This was documented by CCTV footage which the police showed to their parents. Despite the direct contact, no one of the children developed any symptoms of poisoning and their blood tests showed no traces of Novichok.

3.2. We have been told that Novichok is the deadliest nerve agent ever developed. However, none of the alleged “Kremlin targets” (the Skripals and Alexei Navalny) died and all made full recovery without any damage to their health or permanent harm. How is it possible that the deadliest nerve agent in the world has caused no harm to any of the targeted victims and they all fully recovered?

3.3. Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were poisoned with the drug Fentanyl, not the Novichok nerve agent, the initial report on the incident reveals. After I published this report on my Twitter account the information was immediately redacted and the drug Fentanyl was deleted from the original version.

3.4 Porton Down, which received and analyzed the blood samples, had already had Novichok prior to the alleged Skripals poisoning, according to British prime minister Boris Johnson. Although the UK Government publicly lied that only Russia could have been the source of the Novichok nerve agent, as it turns out, Porton Down could have also been the source of the Novichok agent identified coincidentally exactly by Porton Down in the Skripals blood samples.

The Navalny case

The chain of custody can be broken if a transfer of evidence takes an unreasonable amount of time. Such is the case with another alleged nerve agent victim – Alexey Navalny. His biological samples were collected in a German hospital and were delayed by 5 days before being transferred to OPCW designated laboratories, an OPCW document reveals.

Alexey Navalny fell sick during a flight from Tomsk to Moscow on 20^th August 2020 and was taken to a hospital in Omsk following an emergency landing. The Russian hospital identified no poison in his blood and attributed his condition to metabolic disorder. At the request of Navalny’s wife Yulia, Russia allowed the patient to be transported for medical treatment in Germany two days later. Germany announced that Russia had poisoned Navalny with Novichock and requested assistance from OPCW.  The following timeline of events as described by OPCW clearly shows that the biomedical samples taken from Navalny were inexplicably delayed by 5 days (working days according to the calendar) before being transferred to OPCW designated laboratories:

According to the OPCW report, biomedical samples were taken from Navalny on 6^th September. On 11^th of September OPCW received a request from Germany (5 working days after the samples were collected) and sent them to OPCW designated labs for analyses. According to recently declassified correspondence between Germany and OPCW about the Navalny alleged poisoning, “the samples’ transmission to OPCW reference laboratories should only take place after the consent by Germany”. Although the samples had already been collected, Germany delayed its permission by 5 days (working days according to the calendar.) There is no explanation as to why Germany delayed its permission for so many days.

 

 

Like the UK, Germany also possessed Novichok prior to the Navalny alleged poisoning. The sample was obtained in the 1990s, according to German media. In a joint report, German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung, the weekly Die Zeit and broadcasters NDR and WDR said Germany’s BND spy agency had secured the sample of the Novichok nerve agent from a Russian scientist. The German media report said the BND had informed the U.S. and British intelligence agencies about the case following the analysis, and small amounts of the poison were later produced in several NATO member states. One of these NATO member states was the US.

Documents reveal how US covered up its own Novichok program as research on FGAs

The US Army produced Novichok A-234 (the same nerve agent identified in the Skripals blood samples) in 1998 and in 2002 launched a special Novichok research program masked as research on Fourth generation agents (FGAs), documents reveal.

Dennis Rohrbaugh from the US Army Chemical and Biological Defense Command’s Edgewood Research Development and Engineering Center added the mass spectrometry profile of the Novichok nerve agent A-234 to the 1998-2001 version (NIST 98) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Mass Spectral Library. The Biochemical facility at Edgewood was making, synthesizing and analysing A-234 for some 20 years before the Skripal attack in Salisbury.

De FBI zoektocht naar de daders van de Antrax aanvallen in 2001 is belangrijk voor de vraag waar de COVID-19 uitbraak begon

Glenn Greenwald heeft een artikel geschreven waarin hij eerst aandacht besteedt aan de antrax aanvallen in de VS na de aanslagen van 9/11 (2001). Hij beschrijft hoe de FBI en anderen zochten naar de dader, waarbij men eerst de schuld in de schoenen van Saddam Hoessein probeerde te schuiven. Toen bleek dat de gevonden antrax, uit het VS militair laboratorium van Fort Detrick kwam, begon men een paar wetenschappers te beschuldigen, waarvan er één werkzaam was in dat laboratorium, met die beschuldiging werd de reputatie van deze mensen ernstig beschadigd, zoals die van dr. Steven Hatfill, een voormalig wetenschapper van de overheid, aan wie de VS overheid later 6 miljoen euro schadevergoeding moest betalen vanwege die valse beschuldiging...... 

Daarna werd microbioloog Bruce Ivins beschuldigd, deze wetenschapper was werkzaam in Fort Detrick, echter voor men hem kon aanklagen zou deze wetenschapper zich het leven hebben benomen...... Wat mij betreft discutabel, daar dit de FBI wel erg goed uitkwam: immers waarom zou Ivins zich het leven benemen als hij onschuldig was? Anders gezegd de kans is groot dat Ivins werd vermoord , waarbij men het op een suïcide liet lijken, dit om hem blijvend als schuldige aan te kunnen wijzen >> dergelijke 'suïcides' zijn een specialiteit van zowel de FBI als de CIA....... Overigens is het overgrote deel van de betrokkenen ervan overtuigd dat Ivins niets met de verspreiding van antrax te maken had: het zou zelfs onmogelijk zijn dat hij dit alleen zou hebben kunnen doen........

De militaire laboratoria van Fort Detrick

Greenwald vindt e.e.a. belangrijk gezien de vraag waar het Coronavirus vandaan kwam, onlangs door Joe Biden nog eens aangewezen als belangrijk onderzoeksproject. Uit onderzoek naar de antrax uit 2001 bleek dat deze was aangepast in het militaire laboratorium in Fort Detrick, zogenaamd om uit te zoeken of er een vaccin tegen deze vorm van antrax was te fabriceren...... Geheel terecht merkt Greenwald op dat de VS weliswaar verdragen tegen het fabriceren van biologische wapens heeft getekend, maar in feite nog steeds bezig is met het fabriceren van dodelijke virussen en bacteriestammen in het bewuste militaire laboratorium....... 

Jammer dat Greenwald niet het met spoed sluiten noemt van Fort Detrick in de zomer van 2019, dit daar er een gevaarlijk virus was ontsnapt....... Het zou overigens zeker zijn dat ook het Coronavirus in dat laboratorium onderwerp van onderzoek was, niet zo vreemd als je bedenkt dat dit virus al lang rondwaart, echter zonder de ernstige gevolgen zoals we die het laatste jaar hebben gezien >> alleen dat laatste is al verdacht en zou kunnen aangeven dat er inderdaad is 'gedokterd' aan dit virus (hoewel het Coronavirus nog steeds géén dodelijk virus mag worden genoemd zoals bijvoorbeeld Ebola....)..... Eén theorie is dat het militaire laboratorium van Fort Detrick samenwerkte met een laboratorium in Wuhan, de stad die onterecht werd aangewezen als plek waar het virus voor het eerst zou zijn gevonden, immers uit nader onderzoek vorig voorjaar van stalen bloed, afgenomen in november 2019 in Frankrijk, blijkt dat twee mensen in die maand al waren besmet met het Coronavirus dat intussen zoveel ellende heeft veroorzaakt.... Nader onderzoek heeft overigens uitgewezen dat al voor de ontdekking van de eerste Coronabesmettingen in China er in de VS al mensen waren besmet met het virus*.

Vergeet bij dit alles niet dat gezonde mensen amper last hebben van het virus en militairen zijn over het algemeen in goede conditie, dus de kans dat die ernstig ziek worden van het virus is zeer klein..... Tel daarbij op dat in oktober 2019 de militaire wereldspelen plaatsvonden in Wuhan, waar ook militairen uit de VS aan deel hebben genomen, ofwel het is heel goed mogelijk dat één of meer militairen dit virus onbedoeld hebben overgebracht naar Wuhan.......

Vorig jaar werd Fort Detrick weer geopend en ging men daar ondanks de 'pandemie' door met onderzoek naar biologische wapens als virussen om die in te zetten tegen een toekomstig vijandig land....... (en de bevolking van zo'n land.....)

The FBI's Strange Anthrax Investigation Sheds Light on COVID Lab-Leak Theory and Fauci's Emails

Mainstream institutions doubted the FBI had solved the 2001 anthrax case. Either way, revelations that emerged about U.S. Government bio-labs have newfound relevance.

One of the most significant events of the last two decades has been largely memory-holed: the October, 2001 anthrax attacks in the U.S. Beginning just one week after 9/11 and extending for another three weeks, a highly weaponized and sophisticated strain of anthrax had been sent around the country through the U.S. Postal Service addressed to some of the country's most prominent political and media figures. As Americans were still reeling from the devastation of 9/11, the anthrax killed five Americans and sickened another seventeen.

As part of the extensive reporting I did on the subsequent FBI investigation to find the perpetrator(s), I documented how significant these attacks were in the public consciousness. ABC News, led by investigative reporter Brian Ross, spent a full week claiming that unnamed government sources told them that government tests demonstrated a high likelihood that the anthrax came from Saddam Hussein's biological weapons program. The Washington Post, in November, 2001, also raised “the possibility that [this weaponized strain of anthrax] may have slipped through an informal network of scientists to Iraq.” Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) appeared on The David Letterman Show on October 18, 2001, and said: “There is some indication, and I don't have the conclusions, but some of this anthrax may -- and I emphasize may -- have come from Iraq.” Three days later, McCain appeared on Meet the Press with Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT) and said of the anthrax perpetrators: “perhaps this is an international organization and not one within the United States of America,” while Lieberman said the anthrax was so finely weaponized that “there's either a significant amount of money behind this, or this is state-sponsored, or this is stuff that was stolen from the former Soviet program” (Lieberman added: “Dr. Fauci can tell you more detail on that”).

In many ways, the prospect of a lethal, engineered biological agent randomly showing up in one's mailbox or contaminating local communities was more terrifying than the extraordinary 9/11 attack itself. All sorts of oddities shrouded the anthrax mailings, including this bizarre admission in 2008 by long-time Washington Post columnist Richard Cohen: “I had been told soon after Sept. 11 to secure Cipro, the antidote to anthrax. The tip had come in a roundabout way from a high government official. I was carrying Cipro way before most people had ever heard of it.” At the very least, those anthrax attacks played a vital role in heightening fear levels and a foundational sense of uncertainty that shaped U.S. discourse and politics for years to come. It meant that not just Americans living near key power centers such as Manhattan and Washington were endangered, but all Americans everywhere were: even from their own mailboxes.

The FBI first falsely cast suspicion on a former government scientist, Dr. Steven Hatfill, who had conducted research on mailing deadly anthrax strains. Following the FBI’s accusations, media outlets began dutifully implying that Hatfill was the culprit. A January, 2002, New York Times column by Nicholas Kristof began by declaring: “I think I know who sent out the anthrax last fall,” then, without naming him, proceeded to perfectly describe Hatfill in a way that made him easily identifiable to everyone in that research community. Hatfill sued the U.S. Government, which eventually ended up paying him close to $6 million in damages before officially and explicitly exonerating him and apologizing. His lawsuit against the NYT and Kristof were dismissed since he was never named by the paper, but the columnist also apologized to him six years later.

A full eight years after the attack, the FBI once again claimed that it had found the perpetrator: this time, it was the microbiologist Bruce Ivins, a long-time “biodefense” researcher at the U.S. Army’s infectious disease research lab in Fort Detrick, Maryland. Yet before he could be indicted, Ivins died, apparently by suicide, to avoid prosecution. As a result, the FBI was never required to prove its case in court. The agency insisted, however, that there was no doubt that Ivins was the anthrax killer, citing genetic analysis of the anthrax strain that they said conclusively matched the anthrax found in Ivins’ U.S. Army lab, along with circumstantial evidence pointing to him.

But virtually every mainstream institution other than the FBI harbored doubts. The New York Times quoted Ivins’ co-workers as calling into question the FBI’s claims (“The investigators looked around, they decided they had to find somebody”), and the paper also cited “vocal skepticism from key members of Congress.” Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), one of the targets of the anthrax letters, said explicitly he did not believe Ivins could have carried out the attacks alone. Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA) and then-Rep. Rush Holt (D-NJ), a physicist, said the same to me in interviews. The nation’s three largest newspapers — The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal — all editorially called for independent investigations on the grounds that the FBI’s evidence was inconclusive if not outright unconvincing. One of the country’s most prestigious science journals, Nature, published an editorial under the headline “Case Not Closed,” arguing, about the FBI’s key claims, that “the jury is still out on those questions.”

When an independent investigation was finally conducted in 2011 into the FBI’s scientific claims against Ivins, much of that doubt converted into full-blown skepticism. As The New York Times put it — in a 2008 article headlined "Expert Panel Is Critical of F.B.I. Work in Investigating Anthrax Letters" —  the review “concludes that the bureau overstated the strength of genetic analysis linking the mailed anthrax to a supply kept by Bruce E. Ivins.” A Washington Post article -- headlined: "Anthrax report casts doubt on scientific evidence in FBI case against Bruce Ivins" -- announced that "the report reignited a debate that has simmered among some scientists and others who have questioned the strength of the FBI's evidence against Ivins."

An in-depth joint investigation by ProPublica, PBS and McClatchy — published under the headline “New Evidence Adds Doubt to FBI’s Case Against Anthrax Suspect” — concluded that “newly available documents and the accounts of Ivins’ former colleagues shed fresh light on the evidence and, while they don't exonerate Ivins, are at odds with some of the science and circumstantial evidence that the government said would have convicted him of capital crimes.” It added: “even some of the government’s science consultants wonder whether the real killer is still at large.” The report itself, issued by the National Research Council, concluded that while the components of the anthrax in Ivins’ lab were “consistent” with the weaponized anthrax that had been sent, “the scientific link between the letter material and flask number RMR-1029 [found in Ivins’ lab] is not as conclusive as stated in the DOJ Investigative Summary."

In short, these were serious and widespread mainstream doubts about the FBI’s case against Ivins, and those have never been resolved. U.S. institutions seemingly agreed to simply move on without ever addressing lingering scientific and other evidentiary questions regarding whether Ivins was really involved in the anthrax attacks and, if so, how it was possible that he could have carried out this sophisticated attack within a top-secret U.S. Army lab acting alone. So whitewashed is this history that doubts about whether the FBI found the real perpetrator are now mocked by smug Smart People as a fringe conspiracy theory rather than what they had been: the consensus of mainstream institutions.

But what we do know for certain from this anthrax investigation is quite serious. And because it is quite relevant to the current debates over the origins of COVID-19, it is well-worth reviewing. A trove of emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci — who was the government’s top infectious disease specialist during the AIDS pandemic, the anthrax attacks, and the COVID pandemic — was published on Monday by BuzzFeed after they were produced pursuant to a FOIA request. Among other things, they reveal that in February and March of last year — at the time that Fauci and others were dismissing any real possibility that the coronavirus inadvertently escaped from a lab, to the point that the Silicon Valley monopolies Facebook and Google banned any discussion of that theory -- Fauci and his associates and colleagues were privately discussing the possibility that the virus had escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, possibly as part of a U.S.-funded joint program with the scientists at that lab.

Last week, BBC reported that “in recent weeks the controversial claim that the pandemic might have leaked from a Chinese laboratory — once dismissed by many as a fringe conspiracy theory — has been gaining traction.” President Biden ordered an investigation into this lab-leak possibility. And with Democrats now open to this possibility, “Facebook reversed course Thursday and said that it would no longer remove posts that claim the virus is man-made,” reported The Washington Post. Nobody can rationally claim to know the origins of COVID, and that is exactly why — as I explained in an interview on the Rising program this morning — it should be so disturbing that Silicon Valley monopolies and the WHO/Fauci-led scientific community spent a full year pretending to have certainty about that “debunked” theory that they plainly did not possess, to the point where discussions of it were prohibited on social media.

What we know — but have largely forgotten — from the anthrax case is now vital to recall. What made the anthrax attacks of 2001 particularly frightening was how sophisticated and deadly the strain was. It was not naturally occurring anthrax. Scientists quickly identified it as the notorious Ames strain, which researchers at the U.S. Army lab in Fort Detrick had essentially invented. As PBS’ Frontline program put it in 2011: “in October 2001, Northern Arizona University microbiologist Dr. Paul Keim identified that the anthrax used in the attack letters was the Ames strain, a development he described as ‘chilling’ because that particular strain was developed in U.S. government laboratories.” As Dr. Keim recalled in that Frontline interview about his 2001 analysis of the anthrax strain:

We were surprised it was the Ames strain. And it was chilling at the same time, because the Ames strain is a laboratory strain that had been developed by the U.S. Army as a vaccine-challenge strain. We knew that it was highly virulent. In fact, that’s why the Army used it, because it represented a more potent challenge to vaccines that were being developed by the U.S. Army. It wasn’t just some random type of anthrax that you find in nature; it was a laboratory strain, and that was very significant to us, because that was the first hint that this might really be a bioterrorism event.

Why was the U.S. government creating exotic and extraordinarily deadly infectious bacterial strains and viruses that, even in small quantities, could kill large numbers of people? The official position of the U.S. Government is that it does not engage in offensive bioweapons research: meaning research designed to create weaponized viruses as weapons of war. The U.S. has signed treaties barring such research. But in the wake of the anthrax attacks — especially once the FBI’s own theory was that the anthrax was sent by a U.S. Army scientist from his stash at Fort Detrick — U.S. officials were forced to acknowledge that they do engage in defensive bioweapons research: meaning research designed to allow the development of vaccines and other defenses in the event that another country unleashes a biological attack.

But ultimately, that distinction barely matters. For both offensive and defensive bioweapons research, scientists must create, cultivate, manipulate and store non-natural viruses in their labs, whether to study them for weaponization or for vaccines. A fascinating-in-retrospect New Yorker article from March, 2002, featured the suspicions of molecular biologist Barbara Hatch Rosenberg, who had “strongly implied that the F.B.I. was moving much more slowly in its anthrax investigation than it had any reason to.” Like The New York Times, the magazine (without naming him) detailed her speculation that Dr. Hatfill was the perpetrator (though her theory about his motive — that he wanted to scare people about anthrax in order to increase funding for research — was virtually identical to the FBI’s ultimate accusations about Dr. Ivins’ motives).

But the key point that is particularly relevant now is what all of this said about the kind of very dangerous research the U.S. Government, along with other large governments, conducts in bioweapons research labs. Namely, they manufacture and store extremely lethal biological agents that, if they escape from the lab either deliberately or inadvertently, can jeopardize the human species. As the article put it:

The United States officially forswore biological-weapons development in 1969, and signed the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention, along with many other nations. But Rosenberg believes that the American bioweapons program, which won't allow itself to be monitored, may not be in strict compliance with the convention. If the perpetrator of the anthrax attacks is who she thinks it is, that would put the American program in a bad light, and it would prove that she was right to demand that the program be monitored.

If the government is saying that the perpetrator was probably an American, it's hard to imagine how it couldn't have been an American who worked in a government-supported bioweapons lab. Think back to the panicky month of October [2001]: would knowing that have made you less nervous, or more?

Having extensively reported on the FBI’s investigation into the anthrax case and ultimate claim to have solved it, I continue to share all the doubts that were so widely expressed at the time about whether any of that was true. But what we know for certain is that the U.S. government and other governments do conduct research which requires the manufacture of deadly viruses. Dr. Fauci has acknowledged that the U.S. government indirectly funded research by the Wuhan Institute of Virology into coronaviruses, though he denies that this was for so-called “gain of function” research, whereby naturally occurring viruses are manipulated to make them more transmissible and/or more harmful to humans.

We do not know for sure if the COVID-19 virus escaped from the Wuhan lab, another lab, or jumped from animals to humans. But what we do know for certain — from the anthrax investigation — is that governments most definitely conduct the sort of research that could produce novel coronaviruses. Dr. Rosenberg, the subject of the 2002 New Yorker article, was suggesting that the F.B.I. was purposely impeding its own investigation because they knew that the anthrax actually came from the U.S. government’s own lab and wanted to prevent exposure of the real bio-research that is done there. We should again ponder why the pervasive mainstream doubts about the F.B.I.’s case against Ivins have been memory-holed. We should also reflect on what we learned about government research into highly lethal viruses from that still-strange episode.
